Language is a system of study for both encoding and decoding of information as communication process.

There are many different variations of languages, from pictorial diagrams, to words, calligraphy, verbal, visual, body and even natural weather predictions and even the use of symbols in some instances.

Man has multiple systems for information processes such as facial, visual, verbal, hearing, body and emotional communication plus breathing rhythm if in close body contact.

Animals on the other hand especially in the marine life have an extensive communication channel which is a common language in different species. It is similar to man having a common language such as English across the globe. Having watched “Water Colours Part 2 of 3”, with a new knowledge of how colour works.

While fishes cannot talk, they compensate it for their brilliant variety of colours. The colour as a language of communication is the same among all the reef animals in particular those animals that does cleaning.  The colourful display of colours and the ability to change colours is how marine animals in particular those living near the coral reefs and sea bed communicate with one another, colours is the language, used by shrimps, fishes, octopus, squids and rays.

Different body parts of colours serves different purposes, either for survival, sex or to allow other cleaners to clean off parasites from their body. Changing of colours represents the appreciation the cleaning services, and for acceptance of partner for the opposite sex during the mating season for fishes.

Colour changes also happens when the fishes are growing up, having completely different colour and body shape so as to remain completely different from the adult fishes to reduce the association and competition thus increasing their chances of survival living next to the adult fishes.

Man also communicates, but unlike the marine animals, we express ourselves more through body language and via sound. While we cannot change our colour, our body also grows more developed as we grow into adulthood, having either more muscular body for  or more curves which increases the sex appeal and attraction from the opposite gender.

Master the art of understanding language, the system of communication via different means so as to increase your chances of survival and to grow up stronger without putting yourself at risk as you grow.

Reduce risk and increase your odds of survival by mastering the language in different variations not limited to only speech.

Laziness is the lack of desire to expand effort. It is to appear sluggish, slow moving, resistant to work.

It is a psychological problem that manifests itself in our own mind. By repeating telling ourselves that we are lazy, one day you will notice that you will tell others yourself and confirm yourself from your own mouth that you’re a lazy bone thus pushing and avoid any job or work which can be a hassle.

Laziness derives from the word lazy, but there’s a slight critical difference between these two words which dictionary and schools don’t talk about.

Laziness is a problem while being lazy is a catalyst to speed up productivity and efficiency at work for finding shortcuts. Once you start working, you will realize the difference. A shortcut is needed to reduce time, effort and to increase profits for minimal effort made.

People who practice laziness, will have a harder difficult lives and living in a environment filled with problems created by their own laziness.

People who are lazy are making lots of money. Look at your employment, do they do the work themselves or do they pass or divide their workload to the group to minimize the time spent on a project. Just do a simple comparison, is it easier for a group of people to complete a project or just a individual to complete a project? When workload is spread out, the workload decreases and thus profits are made in the process.

Another example will be for the sales people. Are the people bring in sales for companies and allow the business to profit earning more or is the employees doing the administrative work earning more? Ask and you will notice the difference. People who bring in the bacon and pass the job or work to others are earning more money, while the doers are making just average income doing not as productive things as compared to bringing in profits for the company. Nevertheless, administrative employees are just as important, if not the job or work will not get done if nobody takes up the job.

To be wealthy and successful, you first have to learn to become a lazy person finding shortcuts without reducing the profit margin or to increase any problems comprise safety at work.

Once you find or have created the blueprint, you have found yourself a winning formula which can bring you wealth and it all starts from the mind, put on your thinking cap. It is like selling a franchise business, you hold the master key, you just sell your franchise model to investors who want profits from the business, collecting royalties from every investor who is using your system.

To master the art of being lazy without having laziness in your mind is an art, a skill that must be learned and applied correctly and it all starts with your mind. So stop being a lazy bone and start thinking.

Conduit is a natural passage way, a channel or a media to convey information.

We were born into a world full of various different passage ways. Each to different specialization in skills as employees and nothing with regards to path to be a successful entrepreneur or wealth that people dream of.

Whatever is a conduit in the world across the globe is just the natural passage way for people born into this world to become an employee, to work their guts hard, helping others but themselves get rich than wealthy.

To be wealthy and successful, don’t seek to follow the trail of a conduit built and walked by millions of people before you. Go hiking, draw and chart your own trail towards entrepreneurship with the right mentors and seek advice, coaching, and produce results.

Wealth is all about creation of assets, the more you own, the more assets in different forms will find their way to you. Wealth is not about chasing money; rather it is money chasing you with each new system you have build to allow it to start.

Getting rich is about you chasing money by working hard, and there is no possible for you to outrun and win against money. You have two legs, the money have four legs (corners) and can even fly in the air. So if you want to have wealth, find a system and learn the proven tested system to help you build your wealth.

Don’t chase after money. Let wealth chase you instead.

Limit is a boundary surrounding specific area. It is the point, line or edge where nothing can proceed beyond nor able to surpass.

Immediately once the birth of a new-born we are very much limited to whom we are by birth and the financial ability and limited area of influence we have on others.

There is always a limit to everything and this limit applies to both the wealthy and poor people regardless of nationality, race, language, or religion. The difference between the similarities of the wealthy and the poor people are the differences in the number of limitations they have on anything and everything.

Poor people are living in a very small private limited situation. They are limited to how much they earn based on their education, how much they earn per hour, only allowed to obey and never to disobey their employees, their parents, teachers and their spouse who is their life-time partner. Even their choice of food, the first thing poor people look on the menu when they enter a restaurant is not the choice of food but rather how much it cost. Being poor are just pathetic; it’s like being a slave if not just like a dog serving their masters. Poor people are helping their masters (employees) to get rich and only contented to have a miserable sum of income as compensation without any benefits to themselves who worked so hard.

Wealthy people on the other hand have way much lesser limitations set upon them. Being wealthy has their benefits, in fact lots of it. They travel around with style, big cars, lesser routine checks, advance booking and reservation of seats. Wide variety of choices to choose from when they dine out, they choose what they really want, without looking at the price tags.  They have memberships, exclusive private invitations etc which only the top prestigious people will be allowed access to.

Both the poor and wealthy people are the same, a pair of eyes, ears, one nose, mouth and even the body organs are the same. All having the same twenty-four hours but what’s the big difference. Talk to them and you will know instantly with just a simple question “How to earn more money?”

The poor will tell you “Buy stocks, follow inside secrets, follow the TV, news reports gossips, buy 4D, TOTO, Lottery etc” while the wealthy will tell you “Invest in property, start a business, hire employees, build a system to run it auto-pilot basis, network with successful businessmen build powerful connections etc”

Now that’s the difference, and it all starts with a simple place, the brain, the mind is where you can change, if you want to be wealthy, start by correcting the negative non-productive thinking inside, dump all of them into the rubbish bin and implant new positive thinking that will help you build stairs, your steps to connecting with wealthy people.

If you’re willing to change, anything and everything you imagine is possible. If you aren’t even others help you get rich, you will not be wealthy without knowing how to manage the sudden increase of money.

Duplication is a simple action which is similar to copying but with a slight difference between the two words.

Copying is a act of 100 per-cent identical copies of a product/proposal/work. Duplication is the act of modeling after successful master copy and do some minor changes to the newly product giving it a new live and a unique selling proposition exclusively to a targeted group of customers if it’s intended for business.

It is only up to today, actually just a few days back that I finally realized the ease and have a deeper understanding to the term duplication even when I was thought, told and shared about duplication prior to this few days.

The rich get richer is because they are the masters of duplication together with a few other factors in it to make them successful in their own ways.

Success is easily attainable, but to continue to have repeated successes in different businesses, it requires duplication which is use in businesses. Franchise model is just one variation of a business model that adopts this duplication which made them successful.

A system, with a concept, an idea is required with a tested proven system to ensure success and with some other required education in financial related fields.

Having successfully trouble-shoot my first website which is the blog you’re reading right now, I have than did my second website with absolute duplication, with minor chances, applying the same settings, plug-ins and improve on the  minor settings to create a USP.

Duplication is easy, but learning the first step is often the hassle. Conquer the first step and you’ll be fine with the second step onwards. There may be some small stones, but it isn’t big like as compared to the first step with so many question-marks here and there.

With a new theme, I will need to consult my mentor to fine-tune my website soon. Having started on duplication, I hope that you who is reading this right now, can work towards duplication as well, if you have yet to do so, than start working on walking your first step.
