Law is a system of rules put in placed and enforced through a set of institutions.

It is the principles and regulations established in a community by some authority and applicable to its people, whether in the form of legislation, or of custom and policies, recognized and enforced by judicial decision.

With the rules in place, it helps to help people, business in place to deter them from administering any harmful or deceptive actions resulting in losses.

It is a intelligent system to control and maintain order. At home, school, work or in business, there are always rules and regulations to follow, depending on the seriousness, basic rules will be set for home and school for basic needs whereas at work and business, laws are usually used to control, reduce and prevent theft of confidential business secrets, recipes and fraud charges against both employees and employers keeping the interest of the business in place where profits is the key.

It reflects the way which we want to live our lives. With the help of law, it maintains the social order of how we live our lives, similarly likewise in nature; there are both predators and preys who also follow the natural survival instincts to prey and eat just enough and protecting themselves too.

If we want to survive, we need to learn the rules of engagement, in business, there are such rules which are not written in any books except for the one book which I have mentioned previously in earlier blog entries.

Everything in the world is about rules or laws whichever way you call it. Follow the rules and practice and you will be fine to live a long shelf life like products manufactured from factories. Just follow the standard practice and nothing will go wrong. Add and try being innovative and you risk putting yourself at risk and health complications, reducing your own life span.

Example: Man likes to be unique, such as having tattoos, piercing; playing punk act like gangsters only to flee at the sight of police, doing things that the society just rejects which includes smoking, gambling, drugs consumption, raping, prostitution and many others, all of which falls into the grey area and can be a double edge sword if used correctly.

Law is used everywhere and anywhere like a net casted all over covering all the way from the sky to the land and even the seas. 法律以经捕下了天罗地网，就算你是天之骄子也难逃法网，想逃也逃不掉。No matter where you go, you have to learn rules of the community and environment which you are engaging yourself into, and do so to survive, not to commit suicide like the robbers, scammers, who thinks they can outsmart the law but they are in fact just denying and tricking themselves that it is possible, but few years down the road, they will still end up being caught, if that is so, why still even bother to try their luck?

Instead of testing the system, why not ride on the system like a surfer surfing the waves like a champion, if you can’t beat them, join them. Don’t believe it, you better do. Simply said, just try swimming against a huge wave and see what happens. Perhaps that hard reality might knock some sense into those silly individuals.

Control is to exercise restraint, dominate, command and to eliminate and prevent something or someone getting out of hands. Example controlling a forest fire, restraint a dog with a dog leashes to deter it from going against the owner’s direction.

Be it wealthy or poverty, everybody needs to exercise some control in them.

People in poverty will have to exercise restraint over poor money decisions and better manage whatever resources they have for survival.

Wealthy individuals will have to control their spending as well as investments to limit their losses and increase their profits.

How to win the game and succeed is another issue, but controlling our own financial statement and knowing how to do it is important to everyone if they don’t want to live and suffer in misery filled with money woes each day and home becomes a war place.

There are lots of issues, emotions which we need to control, being successful means there are even more things to look at so if you exercise lots of control over positive things and people, you should be seeing your profits increase with time, if you’re seeing it, than it is time to relook at what are you in control of and what to give up control over so as to switch and learn what you should be controlling yourself to move forward and upwards.

Adaptation is the evolutionary process whereby a population makes chances to become better suited for to its habitat. It is a process rather than physical changes, even if there is; it takes generations to gradually change.

It is required and important for any living thing’s survival which includes you and I who is working hard to brining the bread home to fill our stomach and than our desire for those entrepreneur individuals who seek success.

It is the ability to identify weakness, make slight or drastic changes if it’s life threatening for survival. Only when we adapt to change, than can we improve, and achieve better results than our seniors and people who have done it earlier than us.

Like Olympic swimming, the swim suit is becoming more of the technology dope to replace the drug doping which will result in disqualification for competitors.

We must adapt to new chances, embracing new habits and behaviors, thoughts which is beneficial and throw away what is not in our mind.

A perfect example of adaptation is Apple company, who embrace the technology chance and adapts perfectly that allows iPhone to have the second largest market share with a global presence, following closely behind Nokia who is one of the pioneers in telephones, with the risk of getting obsolete if they don’t make any changes.

Change for the better, not for the worse. Keep updated with chances, but if you don’t like to stay updated, than going property which is nearly technology bullet proof and is the one method which created billionaires in the Forbes ranking.

Arrogance is to be overbearing to the extent that people around them disapprove of their behavior or actions. It is the offensive display of superiority or self-importance without any humility.

Arrogant behavior is when people who are confident starts to show off and think that nobody is having more results, profits and potential than their peers and not thinking that someday there will be somebody who is better than them in everything appearing in front of them.

Such people assume that they are superior towards others, by being insolently proud. If you know of such people, they will only hang around people who are weaker than themselves playing the big brother looking after their smaller siblings while taking instructions from their senior brother behind the scene who is in-charge of him. The senior lets him have all the face, ego and pride, a perfect example, gangsters, loan-sharks who hang around together.

In times of trouble, than you will see each of them running for their own lives and survival in the event of a bigger group of gangsters seek revenge on the weak, particular going after a smaller group of individuals.  In Singapore, you will never ever see gangsters on equal strengths pit off against one another in a fight, it is only in Hong Kong, Japan and other countries than will you see them in the newspapers when titans fight one another.

People who are arrogant simply just display the sign of actually being a coward who depends on a group of people to solve their own personal grievances via revenge. They socialize only among themselves, and is contented with the false protection they enjoy.

Police are the military titans who are not arrogant like gangsters; in fact they just observed them like the big brother, only coming into the picture when they start to stir trouble and problems making the police job difficult.  This is a standard observation from news press all over the world; they just sit by the side and observe which has more benefits than otherwise.

In business sense and perspective, it is easier and preferred to allow your competitors whom you know at the back of your hand to survive, knowing their strengths and weakness by hard than to silence all the competitors they know and give rooms to new competitors that they now have to work hard and gathering evidence against a newly formed group making their job more difficult. Rather than killing all opposition, why not just let them survive, and only show their power when such gangs get out of hand.

The competitors can sort of like be each others allies in one way or another, given the sufficient space to live, they will not clash, than the gangsters who the police know at the back of their hands will help the police reduce their workload by stopping any newly formed gangs from increasing their territory thus in a way, that’s how the society works.

Know who your allies are and who your enemies are. Mutual cooperation is needed even if there’s a conflict of interest for survival.

Confidence is to have full trust or belief in oneself and one’s abilities, it is the assurance that a person display that the audience believed the person/speaker completely. It is the trust and the faith in a person or thing.

It is a belief and trust of self-confidence that helps individuals complete any task at work, in school or in business. In the world of animals and man together with other living organism, it is all about survival and confidence. Without self-confidence, life will not be passed on.

Man animals and other organisms are similar in various ways. They during the mating season/period will display their respective own skills, strengths and beauty to ward off other competitors to attract a mating partner. Fending off competitors means to display their strength first and gauge the possibility of winning before making getting into physical action.

Like a monkey, first accessing his rivals before fighting, the winner who emerges victorious will have the rights to mate with the female. The loser will either stay within the group of the monkey than helping to keep a look out for any external treats as a scout if not leave or find another group to find a mating partner.

How man mate is whereby both the male and female shows confidence of themselves via their own respective abilities. For male, standard guide will be wealth, home, money, financial security which will never get out-dated.

Females on the other hand display that they have the figure, motherly instincts like care and concern or interest plus developed assets both mentally and physically.

Mating is a showcase of easy way of displaying self-confidence via actions, speech and other factors. Business profits and deals are made based on their previous credentials, success rate, relevancy and return on investments before striking a deal.

In a presentation, if the speaker is weak in the sales pitch, soft voice, unable to help his audience share the same vision and dreams as the speaker to sing in the same cord, the speaker than fails the presentation giving the chance to his business rival.

The way we speak, talk, look, conduct ourselves, even walking display the level of confidence that we have ourselves. There are two types of confidence, first is inner confidence, a self belief and next is external confidence, the way you dress, how you walk and communicate shows how confident you are.

Having inner confidence, self-belief in you is far more critical than having external confidence. Clothes, body language can be faked, but inner confidence cannot and be faked unless they are trained in that area.

Often it is those with strong self-belief in themselves, when people are confident, even if they (guys) are outside walking in shorts, slippers and t-shirt ladies will still turn their heads and follow you as you walk pass them. I have tried it out on and it works. Inner confidence can be sensed by others even in the same gender, if you have strong inner confidence, the odds of winning is stacked with you against someone who only depend on external confidence like relaying on buying branded clothes putting on a false mask on a daily basis.

If you walk with confidence, you will feel wind as you walk even if there’s no wind on the streets. Don’t believe me, try it.

For starters, first wear office attire, put on a tie for guys formal attire and walk on the streets, be neat and tidy, don’t drag your shoes, and you’ll feel something different. That is when you feel the difference between the choice of clothes you wear and walk, than only will ladies start turning their heads slightly.

As for people with strong self-confidence inside themselves, they know very well how it feels like to have looked upon.

There is a common saying “Fake it till you make it” but I would prefer to say “First you fake it, second you network with successful individuals, third get the results your desire by doing what they do and fourth you have made it.” That is the real process of the common saying, but people just take it at face value without looking at in deeper into the meaning.

Confidence can be trained, built and taught but it must be used on the right things without harboring any ill intentions in exchange for some temporary gains as to permanent gains.

Freedom is the ability to do anything without being held back by the powers or ability or influence of anyone.

It is the ability to do as we wish without any limitations or obligations.

The older and wiser we grow up with time, the more freedom we seek. Freedom comes with a price, a heavy expensive price.

Expensive price is the reason wealthy and successful businessmen than can have the freedom.

People who are poor are trapped in their own invisible prison they built themselves. Working hard for a job, just getting paid peanuts, benefits being utilized greatly by employers it’s like rearing an elephant that can do so much work but only feeding it the required food and nothing additional beyond their diet.

People travel to break away from their barrier or prison which they built themselves. When they can’t afford for luxury items and expenditure, than will it be of a misery for such people.

When they are not able to fulfill their goals or give up, their determination changes to despair and with that feeling engraved in their mind, they than resort to negative methods to get what they want or they pay more than what they can afford to resulting in crimes and bankruptcy.

What hobbies you like determines the lifestyle you will live. It is similar to a pet owner buying a pet which he/her likes. With time and observation, you will notice that it is not coincidence that a pet owner purchases a pet displaying similar behaviors and habits like their owner. It is like a spoilt brat is all due to the failed upbringing of their parents who failed terribly to discipline and instill proper education to their children.

Look at the older generation of uncles in Singapore, those people who enjoy keeping singing birds in cages, taking them out on weekly basis to an area for singing birds to sing and show off their birds to others, thus making friends, deals of transaction etc. Hobbies to me are not only a simple affair, it is the reflection of your inner desire, the subconscious and your thinking, it has to do with psychology.

If you seek an expensive hobby and have strong desire and urge to realize it, than network and meet up with successful businessmen who can help you achieve your dreams of realizing your expensive hobby. It is only when you speak up your true desire, than your mind will really take it into serious consideration and the natural law of attraction (as shown in The Secrets) will automatically comes to you with opportunities, provided you must grab it tightly.

Only when you hang around with people who have attain such results deem impossible by many, than the odds of success increases and is on your side, because the successful people will not only encourage you, but also give you a helping hand when you show with actions and trust with time and commitment, the delegation to helping yourself first before anything else.

To the successful and wealthy businessmen, anything is possible as long as you work towards your goal whereas for the poor people, everything is impossible and beyond their reach plus the common phrase they always say, don’t be crazy, stop day-dreaming which only put them one more step closer to living with regrets and misery.

Do you want to fly like the eagle in the sky or do you want to craw on the ground like a centipede cutting each others throat for survival? Be magnificent and be admired or be a beautiful poisonous creature that nobody wants to avoid?

In life, everything we do, we want a bigger share of the slice, be it business, relationship, food, home or assets, we never fail to desire and seek for bigger and better items to indulge ourselves in especially luxury and pleasure and holidays traveling.

Big is important, the bigger items and assets you possess, the bigger you influence will have on other businesses. Being successful with results will attract more talents below you, wanting to learn the steps from you.

With more influential power, the ability to influence and the words creating stir among people, when this phenomenon happens, you will soon be on your way to be a outstanding person commanding respect, fellowship of seekers wanting to be kept under your wings.

Big are not rocket science, but a gradual genetic thirst and intense urge of desire to increase our share in whatever we do. This happens even in the cat family, tigers, lions, leopard and jugular and among the reptiles. The bigger they grow, the larger stomach they have, the increase of volume in food or prey they target.

Growing bigger is a natural progression, if you don’t seek to improve your standards of living and lifestyle, denying yourself, your body and your genes of the natural instincts to grow and get stronger, you of course will get weaker as each day pass, and be consumed by other larger animals.

Big is beautiful. It happens in both genders.

Females seek beauty in terms of both physically, and deeper wallet size to allow them to spend happily swiping the credit cards on a shopping spree thus ladies will naturally without fail look up to a man who can provide financially for the ladies. Even if there’s no love, the lady will still stick to the man who’s the provider. This again is inside the genes, since apes gradually evolve into barbarians than to modern man today.

Males without say look for materialistic gains but by being practical and doing it within their ability in terms of assets, wealth, influential power, commanding respect from people, get acknowledgment from even their competitors.  Respect comes not from being able to earn money, but is built when they are entrusted with secrets that ties to reputation and they will not try to oust out a fellow competitor via underhand tricks such as accusations, piracy etc.

Look at Tiger Woods incident, the sex addiction scandal was not at all surprise among the golf professionals in the inner circle of the golf association, in fact other golf professionals even helped Tiger to cover up for his personal life matters. Personal and business issues will never ever be mixed together, that’s one rule of alpha males, an unspoken rule binding all successful professionals together.

There were news articles reports which mention about this, and also on reports that the ladies regretted not listen to the advice to remain silence in return for money benefits and choose to reveal it to the media. Why the regrets, read newspapers to find out more, I know it, because I’ve read that book which told me all about the unspoken rules of alpha males which was meant for ladies, but I borrowed it to read and gain unlimited wisdom and in-depth understanding.

The reason why businessmen never fails to be a sore topic among ladies claiming for equality is already written all over different books, but they just don’t spread out, thus when men see such things, they are often ignored. The unspoken language of the successful wealthy businessmen, to be like them, if ladies can’t beat them, why not join them but first thing first, there are lots of steps to take to be able to join the bandwagon.

The core reason why people always say businessmen and not businesswomen is solely because it’s a fact that alpha males rule the world, not the government, the holder of wealth calls the shot. To win the game, you first have to learn the rules of the game. Not learning yet playing will only result in unfavorable results working against you.

Alpha male value honor and integrity while beta males, alpha females and females will just take it with a pinch of salt and do steps that sabotage and ruin their own future without anybody doing anything.

Learn the rules of the game, if you don’t be prepared to be left behind and you will not even notice who speed up the process even if the compliance and person who wants to get rid of you are standing in front of you.

Fairness is what every poor mindset people think of only, to have a fair game, no advantages or biases towards anyone.

Advantage is what wealthy successful people neither seek, which does not and neither looks nor sounds fair to majority of the poor mindset thinking majority.

Decades and centuries have proven that there’s no fairness in this world, the strongest and fittest wins, the natural order of life.

All babies do start of on the same footing, having the same equal chance of survival, but there are other factors which babies can’t control, their family background, their genes, the blood line of heritage they will inherited etc. These are the unfair advantage of born in different family backgrounds.

Poor often say if I have this amount of money, I also can make it big and successful like those super rich with my business ideas. Some people even claim that they steal their ideas, when the fact is they neither know each other nor spoken to each other, let alone even know of each other existence, so how can the poor mindset person say their idea of success was stolen?

Throw them the people with a sudden increase of money, in a short period of time, they will be reduced back to the same old person, it has being proven countless times without anybody purposely sabotage or anything. It just happens.

How many times have you read news articles, know of people who suddenly became rich from being lucky with lottery, TOTO, 4D and hitting the jackpot can maintain their sudden surge of money to the next generation? No one has ever done it, even those who said they wanted to invest also failed to roll the money bigger.

The reason that is holding the truth to this, is the belief, mindset what is in their head, their financial literacy, how much do they know about wealth management, investment that will help them to get wealth not rich not money. It is only when you change your thinking, than only your wealth status quo will change as you increase your mindset towards being positive and learn plus apply and perfects it.

If you understand the essence of this blog entry, than start looking for your advantage, and don’t expect the world to have fairness, even if there is, you have choose to abandon the equal chance presented to you when the opportunity was there presented to you, but you just rejected it.

Money is the common language regardless of boundaries as long as we all live in modern civilizations than we have a simple way to go shopping even if we don’t know how to speak their native language.

Armed with just a calculator, all you need is to press the buttons, show to the vendor and point to the item you want, than the vendor will take the calculator, clear the screen and key in the price he/she can accede to, sometimes leaving tactics are used to make the vendor sell it off at a cheaper price if the business show signs of not doing so well.

Everything we do, we earn money, buy food, study, survival, happiness, all requires money. There was once when money isn’t a need or a want, because back than, being self sufficient was still able to meet ends needs so it was more on relationship and helping one another. That particular era, had left and evolved thanks to the hindsight of the leaders of nations, but it may look like they are helping the country to progress, but it has a selfish agenda behind it also. Taking away the rights to be self-sufficient, by having their own land, set up their own stalls, don’t need to pay tax, earning their own keep, that was before and after WWII era, when I wasn’t born.

That time was the period whereby entrepreneurship flourishes and lots of successes all around. That time, money although was important, but it isn’t as important as the bonding people have in the older generation. In today’s world, to get wealthy and successful, we need to take back what we own from our nation leaders if not buy over the rights permanently, our country Singapore isn’t fully theirs yet, as there are still plots of lands belonging to a few individuals who didn’t think nor is intelligent enough to have foresight and hindsight to profit from their assets which are billions if not trillions dollars worth.

Less than a handful of individuals still own their own assets, land, plots of land which was passed down from generations, some siblings may have agreed to government ‘kind intentions’ that’s filled with hidden agenda, but it’s a willing party, so who to blame except for their ignorance and greed for instant gratification, not taking into consideration of what happens to their next few generations which are the difference between poor and wealthy mindset of people that makes them who they are.

When you show that you can depend on yourself, your assets to survive, you will be the natural king leader attracting followers, as the others must depend if not learn from you how to be self-sufficient, but no matter how they learn, they can learn everything, but they can’t take away the ownership of the land that’s exclusively to the land owner, not the government unless they surrender the rights to it.

Once you surrender your rights to the ownership, they may make it look like it’s a win-win situation, but look, you benefit only one miserable time, whereas government benefit forever having 25years leasehold, 99years leasehold, freehold properties, selling lands to big MNCs for hundred year period, than take it back. Look, if you know how to profit, wealth will find you once your brain is tune and adjusted correctly and money will follow if not haunt you, that is why the wealthy successful businessmen always fail in one thing, to spend away all their wealth which just keeps growing on its own after the ball has started rolling. That’s the one and only failure I notice that the wealthy and successful businessmen all have in common, but hey at least it’s a positive failure.

So if you still want to be wealthy go buy over lands from other countries while you still can, make sure you know how to manage your land for maximal profitability and in accordance with the owner decision and plans with the plot of land so as to have win-win situation.

When I have the money, I will also move to the place I want to live, a place where government cannot do anything there, since government don’t own the land there yet, I hope I can generate enough money to support myself and be a resident there in Singapore, earning my own keep while my wealth generation system is still running and spreading the essential tools for wealth and success provided the person is still alive and have yet to surrender the rights on death.

Money is not everything, but without money, you can’t buy anything.
