Employment to many people is like a thorn in the flesh, having to report to work, doing things that they do not enjoy, and that is exactly what is happening to majority of the people globally.

Only those who really enjoy their job, are able to out perform and work in areas beyond their designated job scopes, such gives them an edge not only in preparation for the vacancy when the time comes, but also gearing up oneself in terms of being prepared and not get caught off guard when the promotion is announced,  not knowing what to do, and fail to perform in the worse situation and get replaced shortly after.

There are a couple of reasons why being employed is actually better and it helps support not only a person but a family to have a better standard of living.

1: Having a fixed working hours allows the employee/individual to better plan and manage their time after working hours.

2: Being employed means there is a stable income, required as a criteria for an entrepreneur, where funds, capital and cash flow means everything to the business, without it, the business cannot even start, it is like a vehicle without any fuel.

3: By being employed, keeping our minds active, keeping updates to market changes, economic impacts on our lives, it keeps our minds vigilant, may help eliminate depression which actually started due to the patient having too much time to waste and end up thinking about imaginary harmful thoughts that are not beneficial to oneself but also affects their immediate family members having to take turns to look after the patient.

4: Be employed, gives us at least an helpful environment whereby we can identify potential friends, business partners to talk with. As they know what is happening, and so more likely they will understand, and have something in common to chat, this saves the trouble of finding soul-mates or buddies from complete strangers online who may have ill motives posing as a danger to ourselves.

5: A salary is not just helpful to a person, but it allows an individual to support a family and start a family on their own with proper financial planning.

6: It is strongly recommended for individuals who are clueless on their future prospects, at least by following the company’s foot-steps alining in the same direction, they can progress together with the company and earn higher salary if we prove our worth.

7: Certain companies may have excellent staff benefits that includes traveling package as a reward to employees for their hard work,  so this again helps singles who may want to go on a holiday but without any financial abilities to experience different countries, tourist attractions first before they determine if they want to come back again with their family and friends. All done so from company’s pocket, that’s market testing, an excellent way to save money.

8: During the process of employment, it prepares oneself for entrepreneurship from an employee’s perspective, so in future, should they really decide to go solo, they know what policies to implement, and what not to, so as to maintain a happy working environment that only helps the business to grow faster and recruit talented individuals who understand and value the importance of a happy conducive working environment is hard to come by, something like spotting a needle in the deep blue sea. (Nonetheless, it depends on respective individuals passion and interest for different job scopes)

9: It allows aspiring business owners to model after a proven tested working model and implement it in their new business if they existing company refuse to even listen to employees feedback. (The case of why business fail and employees turn competitors; actually it’s being forced to, as employees enjoy doing what they love, but are being denied the room for growth and experimentation, some business owners just don’t get it and they never will)

10: As employees, we are always exposed to many different types of people from all walks of live, and it helps in allowing us to learn and test different methods to deal with customers who may be a difficult client, which adds up to the value creation for both the business, and the employee in company and personal development.

If you are not employed, yet, start looking, but be very patient and keep on searching until you find the right environment that gives you the room for exploring and experimentation.

We can actually be successful by being an employee, but only if the environment is right with minimal office politics and helpful team members with open discussion practices.

If you are wondering why many businesses never grow bigger than they can or may even have failed, the best place to find answers will be in your employment where you learn from the company’s mistakes and make sure you do not repeat them in your own business in future by simply reducing the amount of complaints and unhappiness in the office. If you do not want to be a failure in life, be employed, at least you get to learn something and it may be helpful in the future.

Timing is everything.

It matters in business, relationships, education and even life itself.

In business, investors, business owners, operators always wait for the right timing before executing their advertising, promotion campaigns in order to capture the highest potential viewership and attention when it comes to buying advertising spots in television, radio, newspapers, mobile marketing using apps.

Examples like: Cashing in on year end sales, especially when Christmas and New Year is round the corner, thus giving more reasons for customers to buy more. As they need to buy gifts, and new furniture, new renovation, repair works to give their homes a uplift for a new year with new look for fresher feeling.

In relationship, both genders will at times capitalize on the best moment to propose the other hand to live together as a couple.

As for education, tests and examinations are always place at the end of each term and closing academic semester respectively. Why can’t tests and exams come before studies? It’s obvious, as they need ample time for students to learn, practice and prepare themselves, getting ready for the examinations.

Getting rich, be successful also requires timing, wait for the perfect moment, but as we wait, get ready, and be prepared when it comes. else when you miss it, the spot will be taken by others who are more prepared than you. (This always happens in sports, businesses and even relationship.) Only people who grab onto the opportunity when presented clinch the top honors, and recognition.

Success must be continuous riding on the momentum and maximizing on the frame to go even higher. It’s a bit like how celebrities using some tricks or two to gain more publicity, so as to become popular and earn more money.

How to seize the moment. It is simple, but again, it is not easy. While you wait for the perfect moment, continue working on other projects, if you have completed one, as you monitor the already success project, than work on slightly bigger project riding on your previous success, as those are only temporary, so work on more projects, so when the time comes, the person/business who is more successful with higher profits (combined) compared with their competitors wins.

He who succeed, and thinks it is his/hers, will not win. Just think of the the rabbit and the tortoise story and you will understand.

Winners never take break, losers take lots of break.

So what if you want to take a small break, make sure you have an edge/advantage on your competitors, take a break, rest yourself, and get back up fast before your competitor is within your sights (radar), you will continue to take the lead. By that, it means always be aware of what competitors are doing, thus you can take a break as long as you continue to let them play be the chasing pack, while you lead the chase.

Never rush, plan your time properly and you will be one step closer to success, it is just round the corner.

Battle to many is nothing but a combat between two or more parties fighting over something ranging from assets, to land to property rights, anything that’s related to money.

It is actually more of like a marketing campaign if you were to look at more in depth.

The difference is what makes the rich richer and the poor poorer. The stronger, well equipped depending on the type of battle always wins. It is this simple idea and difference in thinking that draws and divide the line between being rich, or poor, successful individuals or failures in life.

Just think, would you pay to watch people fight? There are so many types of pay to watch fights all over. Wrestling, boxing racing and even war..all competitors are in a race to fight to the end with hopes to emerge as the winner. The experienced past winners always have a higher chance of winning.

Both the organizer and participants are rewarded for being part of the battle. The audience however may either lose or win depending on the bets he or she made.

The battle although they are both winners and losers, yet both are considered winners, for publicity is already made, awareness created, engrave inside people’s mind, becoming the talk over the next few days until the next fight comes along.

The audience on the other hand, stands to gain very little if not almost close to zero unless they win at betting. Sports during competition are considered as a battle, while daily routine and practice is part of the competition to increase their competitive edge against themselves, and their partners (team-mates) and competitors to avoid being replaced or eliminated with a stronger competitor when the contract expires.

The rich makes lots of money from a simple battle, while the poor lost lots of money in a battle for they fight to harm themselves without getting any reward in return nor do they get any recognition nor awareness out of which. The only thing they get is negative publicity which ruins their future creditability, a black negative record to their track record that only worsen they ability to succeed in future.

Having said my point, the next time if you are being challenged into a battle or a fight, think twice if not trice, if you stand to gain something or not. Should you get injured, at what price, if you make any profit over the injuries in the process and if that same injury can increase your odds of winning to create more publicity (in-direct future profit) in the long term.

Don’t get into a fight, competition or battle if you stand to lose from that activity.

Hope is the use of positive thinking in most if not all of the process behind every single successful organization if not civilizations to date.

Just just thinking positively, opens new chapters and windows in each individuals life and also another step forward into the path of success.

It is both a feeling, a strategy, a gesture of such simplicity commonly overlooked by majority of the people living all over the world in different countries.

Simply because they allow the higher earning individuals to instill in them other people’s hope and remove their own individual hopes while working and moving forward in the quest of success and equality. Thus in the process, if you are working forward to help other people’s success without any benefits to you in return, why should you continue to help others succeed at your own expense?

Isn’t it foolish? Yet majority of the people still are willing to help others succeed at their own expense fighting for a little salary increase that is not sufficient to counter against currency inflation.

A cruel fact that most people have eliminated and replaced with hope is non other than dreams. But before dreams can even take place, there must be hope in place, the ability of positive thinking to move forward.

“For nobody can make you feel unhappy without your consent.” – While others may purposely make things difficult for you going against you at work, in relationships or in business, it is up to ourselves to think positive and respond positive, thus when the negative person realize its attempt to negatively influence you, they will proceed to find easier targets or preys who are willing to suffer and hang around in misery together with the bigger group of pessimist for mutual comfort without realizing that they are digging their own grave in the process.

Without thinking positive, hope will not be positive, nor will an individual feel great, without the enthusiasm, dreams cannot be fulfilled.

Without hope, nothing can fall in place. Think positive and take a step forward each time, and be down to earth, don’t fall into the honey words or nonconstructive comments from people who are not helping you move forward.

For wanting to succeed, the basic fundamental pillar is first to hope, and amplify it by aligning yourself with like-minded people, if not create and influence others to think positive too thereby creating a common goal and work towards success together in their respective fields and specialty.

Learn to at least keep your hopes alive, only by doing so can you keep your dreams alive.

Integrity is something that is considered to be worthless in majority of the people but considered priceless in the minority professionals.

Worthless in the sense whereby there are immediate return on investment also know as profits, mark-ups and margins do not show up instantly thus majority of the employed and self-employed individuals have experienced what all working adults would least like to be faced with, and that is office politics.

It is a unpleasant, ugly politics battle, making an office environment hostile, changing individuals with happy to sad in a matter of seconds.

Yet it is considered to be priceless in the minority professionals. Reason being so is have you ever seen any wealthy individuals with bad office politics? Never, and you will not observe anything like that in their business operations at any point of time. The office environment might be hostile, but it’s considered a battle of survival of the fittest with the best sales closing etc.

Not many people will actually pay attention to this word, it’s more of a morals and ethical principles to differentiate character, reputation of an individual, business or around a brand label.  It is what separates the successful minority professionals from the unsuccessful majority of the individuals fail to excel in.

For having a negative reputation, integrity, it is equivalent to lower possibilities of closing a deal with a client based on past record. When you are not worthy to be of a positive influence among your immediate social circle of peers, friends and family members, chances are you will only attract the same group of individuals similar to you in character and personality. That is why there is these phrase “Great minds think a like”, and the reason you see both the wealthy individuals (business owners, venture capitalist) and the mafia leaders hang out together.

Even within the mafia syndicate, they must also observed integrity and disciplinary issues among the ranks which makes that look awesome, attracting numerous recruitment globally among the young and gullible into committing crimes and being scapegoats of the experienced and seasoned leader.

So what happens in between where no integrity are being followed, that’s where you are faced with office politics, arguments, disputes, fights that can be easily avoided by a peaceful discussion to exchange ideas.

If you forgo and choose to ignore to value integrity, you put yourself at risk of spoiling your interpersonal relationships with your friends, peers, colleagues, family members, relatives thus in-directly spoiling your own future. Why so, because once the people who know you in the past, when you are fouling, ill-manned, your past friends who may not even know how you have changed and improved for the better ends up spread word of mouth on how bad you used to be in the past when you and them were still young. So in the process, ruin your chances of leaving a positive impression on any potential lead, prospect who may be considering securing a business deal with you in future.

Start to foster good relationships from young, if you have a negative record, start repairing them as soon as possible to prepare for a brighter future.

Preparation, laying the basics right.

Start things off on the right foot, if you want to be wealthy might as well get the basics right.

Value is the concept of worth. In economic sense, it is the price of goods and services.

Understanding and appreciating value holds the key to creating wealth. One which not many will realize, but yet it is practiced in every single business model globally and you’ll notice this in every profitable business model and industry. Those who don’t, never made it successful and end up closing business, feeding banks interests on top of loans and never really learn what went wrong in the first place.

While it is important in business, the business owner not necessary need to deliver it him/herself to the clients. This can be done through the employees under a set of SOP also known as standard operation procedures. Understanding how to deliver value and the experience to the end clients will result in business growth, in return healthy financial accounts.

While most businesses seek to offer value, but not many understanding the link to providing quality value as compared to cheap, affordable low-end value for money products and services.

Both the super rich, affluent and the ordinary middle income business owners all provide value contributing to their success, but only the super rich knows how to get up their value by charging more and backing it up with quality service and experience.

Looking at a either a 5 or 6 star hotel, the treatment of the clients, Very Important People aka VIPs, as well as the space, ambiance, room for quiet conversations, experience, gathering only the brightest, richest, influential contacts worthy of the start treatment. That is what makes value.

Unlike the ordinary value-for-money, $2 food, wile it’s good for majority, but it’s not financially profitable for the business owner. He/she may be trying to sell more (quantity) to compensate for the low price. In-directly losing focus on the quality, freshness of the food, which is key reason for which clients will buy from a store. That’s one critical mistake made by most newly start-up business owners in food business in markets and in food courts.

Yet when you look at fast-food restaurants, they have changed their business operations model from cooked (8yrs back), prepared for walk-in clients to order first, while your food is being prepared, therefore offering quality, freshness guarantee. Clients don’t mind waiting for quality stuff, as long as they are within budget, not too costly, and it should be fine.

The same long queues, and waiting customers can be seen for really delicious food stores in markets locally too. Thus the next time you want to take a shot at wealth creation, remember to provide value with quality, and not quantity.

The other thing that I may have touched on in earlier paragraphs are servicing, but not much written on that particular, as it is general knowledge, and i leave it to your own observations of how different business service their own clients to have them coming back for more, even if the price is slightly higher.

Know wealth, learn to offer value, give clients your best services, and have they agree to value (quality) for money products and services and you’ll find yourself in the wealth creation circle and on your way to growing your wealth. That’s how the rich get richer, and the best part is, you can train others to do it.

Brand is a symbol, name, slogan or anything that is used to identify and distinguish a specific product, service or business. A business without a brand is like a headless body with no identity.

It is the title; subject who tells the audience, clients and passer-bys what this business, product or service is about. Without a good brand, it will send a wrong signal to the clients affecting the revenue and profit of the business.

If done properly, the business will have brand equity, equity, intangible asset, trademark and many others. It symbolized the quality assurance, reputable, creditable business offering products and services which the customers will trust without a doubt.

It is what separates and distinguish between successful wealthy big businesses versus small scale businesses that do not know how to optimize and leverage on their brand.

Making money is simple, making tons of money is difficult and it boils down to the brand, business strategies and how it intends to sell itself to the market. There’s lots of considerations, but start business off with the right footing, brand yourself, your business, products and services first.

Ownership is having legal rights of procession; proprietorship. It is to have the exclusive rights and control over property.

It involves multiple rights, from title to intellectual property, distribution rights, translation, print, copy, duplication, recording, transmission in whole or in part in any retrieval system or in any other permission related to the use of a product or property.

Having ownership of a proprietorship is akin to winning and having a money tree bearing fruits of money and increasing the owner’s wealth with deeper pockets.

Example: Having a great story, can be translated into a book, animation, video, drama series and movie or be converted into other mediums of products for instance bookmarks, gifts, clothes, or any other product which can be sold for money.

The world is our limit, as long as we the owners put on our thinking cap, wealth, money and riches will find their own way and crawl onto the owners if you know how to market and generate profits from your own products, knowledge of expertise which is exclusively only available to you yourself only.

There are thousands of ways to get rich, have you found your own method to make it big? Going from rags to riches is a simple but uphill task which is not easy without proper guidance.

Burden is complete opposite of responsibility. It is a form of negative responsibility or a troubling obligation. It is a load carried around with difficulty.

Separating the differences of responsibility and burden is what makes the rich and poor difference.

Rich turn every fault with a solution and benefit from it. They turn problems into solutions and close it as it is.

Poor on the other hand turn every fault into a new problem creating more problems and troubles which is related or associated with a fault thus implicating people who is linked with the event or incident. Those who fall into this poor category, will than turn a small problem into a big problem and create many more problems that than become a problem maker thus the poor get poorer day by day.

Within a family, watching the baby growing up from to a adult can be either a responsibility or a burden. Depending on how parents and grandparents who may help in taking care of the baby or child.

Rich people take care of their children as a form of responsibility within a limited period; giving only what they need thus they can better manage and be independent. This is the model way whereby it is tested proven and works for centuries, refer to documentary on how wild animals and beast take care of their babies and learn from them.

Poor people show care and concern for their children like a burden that will last till they die without time limit. They always try to shield their children from dangers thus children grow up weaker day by day and become more dependent on their parents.

To get rich, wealthy and successful, you have to learn to be independent, seek assistance instead of help.

Responsibility is an obligation that everybody has in different degree and duties.

It is be accountable, and be responsible for personal action by means of being reliable and dependable. It is the duty which every one of us has since birth. The complete opposite of responsibility is burden which all of us have as well.

There are numerous kinds of responsibilities entrusted to different individuals depending on their status, role and position. Social, moral, corporate, media, individual, professional, cabinet and ministerial responsibility is just some examples of the variations of responsibilities. I will write about the root of responsibility which boils down to individual responsibility.

Individual responsibility changes with time as we grow older and taking different roles and status depending on our personal development.

A duty of a baby to teenager is to grow up strong healthy and do their parents and family proud. The duty of a adult is to ensure that he/she in turn take care of their parents who help groomed them to who they are as an adult. As parents and grandparents, it is to ensure that their children grows up strong, independent with good grades to support themselves and their own newly formed family and also their parents and in-laws plus grandparents if financial ability permits them to do so.

In order to be accountable, and responsible for one’s actions, he/she must be given the right education knowledge and guidance to grow up into a fine example or as a role model.  While responsibility is a topic which no schools will talk and teach, it is what we learn as we grow, that helps us individuals understand the real definition of responsibility or each of their own duties and the roles they have play.

Experiences and knowledge help shape responsibility of an individual, given the wrong guidance, a child will learn about increasing burden than responsibility and increasing troubles and problems affecting the surrounding people slowing down their individual progress or growth in whatever areas.

Schools may be taught the word responsibility but it is only done on the very surface of that word without in depth studies on it as it varies from people to people thus it is largely learn based on experience.

Rich people have more areas to take note as compared to the poor people who in turn is dependent on people for help without helping themselves.

If you want to get rich, wealthy and successful, make sure you understand the real essence of being responsible which is further divided into two words which I have written above and that is to be reliable and dependable which sums up the whole of responsibility.

Have a clear understanding from anyway possible if you want to be rich and successful. The poor is getting poorer day by day due to the fact that they push away their individual responsibilities and make it a burden of their families and relatives thus they are poor.
