Survival is skill. It is the process of surviving unusual circumstances, dangerous situation or even natural disasters.  It is the techniques to provide basic necessities like food, water and shelter to get help.

Under certain conditions either as mention above or when chased out for a community, a person or any living organism will try their very best to live, that is a genetic system build in most of the living organisms in particular man.

In the documentary show on Okto “Is It Real: Federal Children”, it highlights different previous cases of children who were left in the care of animals, learning their language and some eventually landed up in mental institutions as their caregivers give up.

To survive and live on means to find food, water and shelter, it is already being programmed in our mind. Inside the mom’s womb, in the case of a twins, they will fight for survival in food and space, thus sometimes, moms give birth to twins of different size and weight due to food and space competition.

After birth, the mind is fine tuning the brain wires to learn and accept whatever knowledge and education in the crucial few months to first few years of life.

Before and after birth, the first few years are critical in picking up new skills and knowledge, in this documentary case example, it is the ability to learn and master human language since the federal children are being bought up by dogs, wolfs or relatives from the money family.

Brain is a wonderful organ, which can also rewire itself to adapt to changes which explains why people either upgrade or downgrade themselves in terms in intellectual wisdom and behavior by mixing and learning from the group of people they hang around with.

A person who once experienced a accident, causing bones fracture and damage to the brain thus during the healing process, the body needs to relearn how to walk in road accidents cases. This is when the brain will retune and rewire itself to adapt to learn new things unless that particular learning section of the brain is damaged.

Before I side track too much, lets get back to the topic on survival, as it suggest, our brain are programmed to seek for necessity to give us food, water and shelter. In particular to shelter, this covers the area of attention, care and concern which is just being discussed briefly in the show which I will write more in depth about it.

Shelter to my understanding thanks to the documentary show is defined by care and concern being showered to a infant/child by showing love and attention. When this attention and love is missing from the equation, which maybe a result of abusive parents or lack of attention from both working parents, it will lead to more complications which we see in Singapore these days which is sexual related problems.

Sex itself covers a wide array of topics. The core fundamentals of sex boils down to love and attention, when people will start searching for love and attention from whatever source available which will give us what we seek thus the reason why these days, boys and girls often get into boy-girl relationship.

Reason is simple, to compensate for the lack of attention and love from their caregivers who are their parents, grandparents or relatives and adoptive parents.

Children are being neglected due to intensive global competition for money which converts to bread and bacon for the family thus parents as care-givers have no choice but to seek employment for income to bring the bread and bacon back home.

Looking at the perspective of adults and parents, they are not wrong, and it is their mind, the already programmed system to seek for food, which comes from work to get money thus sexual related problems which we have in Singapore and in other countries is a global problem and is not exclusively to a country.

It is the basis of survival, in order to tackle the problem of sexual related issues, we need to go back to the basics, provide attention and love to the children which are near impossible given the competition from both local and foreign talents for the same piece of pie.

There are many ways to go about and provide a solution to sexual related issues to cut the roots of the problem, but that I will keep it secret till the time for me to offer it as a business product and services for the solution.

If you who is reading this post is a parent, try your best not to neglect your children else problems will gradually crept up to you for your ignorance and those problems will only show up when your children grows up. So if you know the cause already from my post, start showing more attention and love to your children.

Steel is made up of Iron and Copper, with different treatments; it translates to different toughness of steel depending on the purpose it is manufactured for.

It has many properties and benefits and most importantly it is recyclable, flexible enough to be made into anything, from cars, to bridges, buildings vessels air planes, all requires steel. Without the invention and mass application of steel into daily lives, it will not be possible to even talk about profits and wealth.

Having watched documentary which talked about steel thus the topic for today, are you tough enough like the steel? Do you have what it takes to have balls of steel?

In business, entrepreneurship, it’s all about profits, money, wealth and flexibility. In manufacturing business, it is all about the steel first which allows countries to prosper, war to be made safer with the use of high grade steel in armored vehicles. It is used in the core frame of our daily lives.

Earth is running out of steel, and has estimated of only twenty-seven billion tons of steel left thus recycling of steel started eighty years ago due to shortage of steel. With the shortage of steel, manufactures are taking substitutes and mining the components out to made steel from hematite as a substitution.

Like wise in business, if we want to profit, we must learn to be like the steel, with so many properties and benefits of the steel, suitable for all types of use, under the process of heat treatment, water cooling, heating again, tampering followed by welding to form into different grades of steel.

If we want to profit and be wealthy, we need to learn to bend it like steel, the properties of steel under the processing treatment, use strategies and reuse skills which can be applied to any business, platform to increase profits. To have the balls of steel, we first need to have guts to choose our own path, stick it out till we make it there.

Ask yourself what is your passion, what choices do you have, what skills do you currently possess, and what additional skills do you seek to learn and apply?

For entrepreneurship to take place, flexibility is crucial, embracing change and keeping up with times is important, but sticking to the basics and your true talents is the best choice and decision you will ever make.

The lifestyle you will lead depends only and solely on the type of employment you are in, the passion which you have in your heart. If you are unhappy with your employment, have no passion for anything, than it’s time for a change, if you want to, else remain happy and be contented to have a stable employment with fixed income.

Just do what you like, but ask yourself if that’s really and truly the life you desire.  It is better to die trying than to die regretting.

Revenge is to harmful action in response to a grievance. It is to let the wrongdoer suffer the same or greater pain than that which was originally inflicted for the suffering, pain, torture and humiliation a person has gone through.

Revenge falls into two types, positive and negative.

Negative revenge is whereby the sufferer is determined to get back to the wrongdoer paying any price to the extent of death and dragging the wrongdoer down together with the sufferer together.

Positive revenge is whereby the sufferer will undergo a complete transformation and shed of its previous skin, learn new business skills and traits whatever is required to succeed and topple the wrongdoer legally and get their hands back on the property, assets that the sufferer once possess if not for the wrongdoers actions.

Once the sufferer is ready to make the move for revenge, the land mines are all ready set and position in place, which is a method whereby all alpha males does but they do it so brilliantly that nobody except those who speak and know their language will understand with the help of their networks to other business partners thus blacklisting any individual who will serve as a treat to ruin their reputation which is why wealthy successful businessmen always hang around each other, helping one another.

Helping one another to succeed is the way and how things works, you can’t climb up the ranks by upsetting other people. Do your best to create all win situation, even in employment, it is a huge win to a win situation in a employer employee relationship thus when both sides are happy, they profit together even if the compensation isn’t really that equally distributed but at least everyone is ‘happy’.

To prevent employees from stealing or using trade secrets, make sure they are satisfied with the compensation to prevent employees turning their back against their former employer and stealing their business.

Whatever you do, do it gracefully without offending anybody, else when the time and opportunity comes, you who have a dark history will suffer the consequences of your actions previously.

Revenge can be the catalyst to entrepreneurship if done the correct way and with proper guidance and coaching.

Never be offensive unless and until provoked.

Conduit is a natural passage way, a channel or a media to convey information.

We were born into a world full of various different passage ways. Each to different specialization in skills as employees and nothing with regards to path to be a successful entrepreneur or wealth that people dream of.

Whatever is a conduit in the world across the globe is just the natural passage way for people born into this world to become an employee, to work their guts hard, helping others but themselves get rich than wealthy.

To be wealthy and successful, don’t seek to follow the trail of a conduit built and walked by millions of people before you. Go hiking, draw and chart your own trail towards entrepreneurship with the right mentors and seek advice, coaching, and produce results.

Wealth is all about creation of assets, the more you own, the more assets in different forms will find their way to you. Wealth is not about chasing money; rather it is money chasing you with each new system you have build to allow it to start.

Getting rich is about you chasing money by working hard, and there is no possible for you to outrun and win against money. You have two legs, the money have four legs (corners) and can even fly in the air. So if you want to have wealth, find a system and learn the proven tested system to help you build your wealth.

Don’t chase after money. Let wealth chase you instead.

Substitution is to take the place of a person or an item, to replace the place of something by having a substitute.

Using substitute is a negative habit or mindset thinking that a replacement is just as good, false conscious self-denial thoughts to our mind, replacing inferior quality or less worthy brands for the original brand.

Substitution only happens and is embraced by poor minded people who can accept anything as long as they have something. Wealthy mindset people will however reject and only accept the best they can find without allowing any room for quality drop in terms of service, product or packaging.

Look at the poor, they trying to buy electronic gadgets, latest multi-purpose handphone with camera and mobile computer built in functions wasting their money, keeping up with the fashion fad making themselves only poorer and saving less and less with each increasing month as new products are launched into the market. With new products, poor are getting poorer buying liabilities and not assets.

Look at the wealthy successful people. They purchase property, never sells it, instead they rent it out, collect rents, buy new properties, mortgage it for new property and repaying the mortgage to keep their properties. They sell only assets such as units in a building and not the ownership of the building which they still own the rights to. With a leasehold period, there’s a expiry date to the transaction, so the owner can resell the unit again when the lease term stated in the contract is due. Wealthy people build wealth; they never sell it away making others rich, they just make themselves and help people who help them get rich.

If you want to be wealthy and successful, stop accepting substitution for replacement, insist on the original, and some day you will find yourself to seek for items, assets which you never once looked at.

Learning to say ‘NO’ is a start, mastering the skill of selectively rejection by saying ‘NO’ is the mastery of skill to a wealthy mindset.

Speed is a movement, swiftness, the rate of motion moving ahead.

Doing different things and work requires different mastering and utilization of speed at the required level, not always must we charge ahead at full maximum speed.

In life, we need to learn to be like a racer in a race track, we cannot always drive at top gear. As the car is round the corner at the turn, the racer must drop speed in order to move safely passing the track to avoid crashing and lost of life.

Learning the pace, mastering and perfecting the speed are more important than knowing how to drive the race car. In life, we can’t always learn to charge forward like a herd of wild animals on rampage. It takes skills and experience to drive and complete a race track safely without crashing.

Like magic, sometimes having a fast impact magic performance is good couple with great music, lighting and atmosphere. At times, doing different magic performance requires it to be slow, clear to whoa the audience with their extremely slow speed.

You can do it fast, but once people have great expectations of doing the same thing, when you fail to meet their expectations, it will result in disappointment.

However if you learn to use both fast and slow tactic, it will leave the audience curious and wanting to know what’s your next performance be about. Learn how to master speed and you will let the audience in anticipation which you can increase your value and audience who will help you increase your revenue with more profits and customers.

Perseverance is continuance persistence in a course of action, a purpose in spite of difficulties and obstacles.

Obstacles are there and in everywhere for a reason, each and every obstacles and set-back you encounter at work, business or entrepreneurship process is a tell tale sign that people have stopped at this step, and given up. When people give up, it creates a problem for the others who are in the line, the person who removes the obstacles will have a smooth route to walk instead of just walking over, the jungle trail with small rocks which might cause you your life in times of danger when you’re chased by a wild hungry beast. A small stone is all that it takes to make you trip over and be devoured by the hungry beast.

The person who picks up the obstacles, understand it, learn how the problem started, find a remedy, than move on, help make the route smoother not only for yourself, but for the others taking the same trail you have once walked on.

Perseverance is good, but again in the minds of people who are poor, they only complicate and don’t really find nor ask about the real essence of the word and just use it without understanding it thus they are having problems struggling with bringing the bread and butter back home.

There are two versions to every single word in different people’s mind. Positive or negative, similar if not identical to the angel or devil; god or demon, it all holds the same meaning, with slight difference in understanding the idea of the single word leads to different course of actions and results.

Positive perseverance is to work hard despite people throwing wet blanket, splashing cold water on you when you know you’re doing the right thing, which others have yet to proof it. Be the first person to prove you’re right, than others will agree with you, money, wealth and success will follow and haunt you chasing after you.

Negative perseverance is to work hard despite you already know that what result you will be getting, and the result will never ever change regardless of how hard you work in an employment. There is a limit to everything the day you are in an employee quadrant. You get the same pay, even if you get a pay rise, your pay will be similar to the previous person, and you can’t set your own pay limit.

If you seek to improve and increase your success, wealth, learn to take risk and enjoy the rough ride of a lifetime. Once you master the skill, it will be yours forever, thus the wealthy get wealthier, it’s all about duplication. Look at fast food restaurants, hotel chains, property business owners, what did they do?

All they did is to master a skill which is tested proven to work and profit, repeating it again and again while increasing the scale of the project to increase profits and have more wealth flowing towards them. Businessmen are successful too in their way because they continue to build bigger better enterprise with the knowledge of what works and what don’t. It is as simple as it looks, but it is a mastery of skills and the art of perfection that is not simple and takes years of hardwork.

Whenever a problem pops out, solve it, stay positive, and make sure you ask if in doubt, to capture and understand the true definition to a word which you may have misinterpreted it already leading you to failure. Ask until you understand the word and know how to look at it from different perspective without clouding your mind with negativity. Convert any and every negative into positive and you will be positive, armed and equipped with positive mindset, perseverance will show you the route to success one day.

Cooking is the preparing of food for consumption.  It is a mastery of skills, handling, experience of using the fire, water, ingredients, mix and matching of different food to come up with a excellent display of dish with nice presentation for both visual, and mouth-watering tasting sensation.

Cooking requires positive discipline, organizing, tidiness, cleanliness, budgeting, creativity and sensitive sense of smell, taste-buds, hearing and sight. It’s not simple to master it, but when you master it, the same skills which were used to help you cook up a nice table full of dishes will help you greatly in the process of becoming wealthy if you correctly apply it and convert it into financial and business disciplinary education.

How a person cooks directly reveals his/her attitude and working style. It’s similar to wealthy businessmen playing golf to determine their business partners and the deal etc. Cooking is just a part of the consideration factor. Still, if you want to get wealthy, learn to play golf, they have their reasons for playing golf.

Cooking and the cleaning up part will reveal a person’s attitude and thinking to clearing up a mess of his/her own. The preparation of the dishes will reveal how hardworking and meticulous a person is in details which translates to business customer service. The presentation of the dish, layout etc will reveal to you how a person present and sell him/herself to others. How they eat the food will reveal how much table manners, respect they have to their elders, parents and friends.

Mastering cooking will not help you to go from rags to riches, but not wealthy. It will help you improve yourself, have more discipline etc. To be wealthy, you need to learn a lot of other related education to succeed; it’s more about the mindset which determines your success, so work on it.

You can get rich from cooking, but when you’re rich, you can’t stop cooking else your money will stop which is the difference between getting rich and getting wealthy. Wealth is accumulated even when you do nothing; it’s just a result of what seeds and hard-work you put in previously that allows you to reap the fruits of your hard labour in the past which not many people will know of.

Cooking encourage communication, discussion among family members. Advice and experiences are shared on the table during dinning or at a tea-break session with a common interest in food, the universal language regardless of boundaries, thus it is the easiest method to break the ice, increase the family bonding etc.

If you want to instill discipline into a spoilt brat, throw him/her into the kitchen and just make sure they don’t burn the kitchen in flames will do. Stand by their side, offer advice, not nag, and let them do what they like experiment it, taste the difference, than advice are much appreciated, rather than immediately saying No to this, that whatever is wrong, than they get the expected answer without first tasting the bitter, burnt food dishes which they should taste.

Cooking is a great way to teach children as they grow up and be independent to cook for themselves and family members if all are staying together sharing the fun process, enjoyment and happiness of cooking.

Comfort is the feeling which we all seek. Regardless who we are and across the globe, we all seek comfort of feeling pleasurable and contentment thus accounting for the entertainment, self-reward after a day’s of hard work etc.

Comfort is what the key to what differentiates the wealthy and the poor.

People who are poor live in an illusion of their own, feeling and being contented with what they have and never will take steps walk out from own misleading impression of reality. Going home everyday after work, or school only thinking of how it is like to live in a better house. What does it feels like to have a room of their own, example if they are living in a one room flat; they will move to three room flat etc, upgrade and expand their comfort zone.

Poor as they may seems to be, but all of them have a inner desire that seeks a better environment but numerous discouraging experiences from their peers have caused their downfall, submitting to fate and destiny without even fighting to get what they deserved.

Being poor means to live is a unreal precedence of comfort, lying not only to themselves, their family members and even their children to stay within the family, don’t do anything more, just be contented with having three meals a day.

Contentment comes from the fear of having to meet nasty experiences and setbacks again which are obstacles to people and people who are weak mentally will trip, fall and never be able to learn to stand up and continue walking. Like a spoilt brat seeking attention from the caregiver wanting to be coax into taking the next step like a baby learning to walk when he/she is crawling.

There’s only a limit to how much a caregiver can offer to the baby, anything else extra not within the abilities of the caregiver will require the baby’s own efforts to learn and get it him/herself. It is the same like government who never fails to provide food to the poor acting like a caregiver, but by doing so, they are not allowing the baby to grow and pick up a skill which can help them gain independence. That kind of care as a caregiver is a form of negative practice of upbringing that everybody should change.

Instead of feeding the baby, why not put the food there, let the baby learn how to do it, teach them the skill. Gradually letting go of them encouraging them to stand on their own two feet, it’s identical to seeing a baby grow. But people just forget that it is a natural learning curve which everyone must go through and learn from it. If they fail, both the caregiver and the baby failed. If the caregiver does what is needed, but the baby refused to learn a skill to be independent, than the baby has only him/herself to blame.

Wealthy people grow and expand their wealth faster due to their desire to improve their living conditions increases and expand at the limit that surpass their success thus the wealthy are never happy with their homes and seek for bigger better homes. It’s good to have desires, but work positively towards it like the wealthy people.

Skill is a art, a knowledge that an individual excels in as being the master of the knowledge with the ability to apply a skill that he/she picked up and apply it to any business, environment or even in daily lives and activities. Skill is a expertise in a certain knowledge with the ability to apply it anywhere, everywhere, wherever and whatever the situation is regardless where, who, what, and how an individual is in.

Knowledge is just know-how. Knowing how to solve certain problems with steps and procedures to go about it, knowledge by itself is useless without the flexibility to remodel it and apply it into different forms and variations.

Everyone can pick up knowledge but not everyone can pick up a skill which requires time, effort, commitment, determination and passion to master and try perfection the knowledge into a skill they can use and apply in whatever circumstances.

Examples:

Look at a professor teaching in a university. What is he doing? He’s teaching students and passing them the knowledge which he got from his teachers and professors when he was still a student and the cycle repeats. A professor can only teach academically in exchange for an income to meet day’s needs.

A professor isn’t skilled to use and apply whatever knowledge he/she has to monetize it and profit from the knowledge which he/she the professor has and an abundance of it actually.   No matter how much money he/she earns, the professor is and will only be confined to his area of knowledge without any chances of venturing into other areas which he has no knowledge of.

A professor is a smart individual without any skills nor is the professor able to guide us their students how to profit and make real money. Do you want to continue pursuing academic education and stay in the rat race getting yourself only deeper and deeper into the banks’ favorite list of debtors making them rich and causing yourself to be debt-ridden and suffer more as your study?

An entrepreneur might not be as academically smart like a professor but an entrepreneur is definitely smarter in application processes and knowing how to maximize the skills into perfection to create a business, profit from it which is why entrepreneurs will always be more respected than bosses who just take over the company from their rich parents.

Entrepreneurs are skilled in whatever they choose to be in and are experts in whichever and whatever they do, able to apply the skill to any businesses even if it’s not what he is good at, but with a specific skill set that he/she has perfected, it’s like a blue-print, a skeleton key that can open any doors regardless of what types of locks are being used to safeguard a home.

The next time you pay money for education, make sure you’re picking up a skill, and not just learning new knowledge.
