Beauty is what majority of people are after. From both genders, male and female, we all like to be associated with beautiful stuffs, people and places.

Like the above image, we all seek to travel to beautiful places all over the earth but we never want to be associated with ugly stuffs.

Likewise in business, in the quest of success, wealth, power, and influence. Getting connected with the right people, contacts, networks are vital for success.

Who wouldn’t want to be able to lie on the beach, doing nothing but just enjoying the sea, sky and the soil?

But not many people will be willing to undertake the difficult route ahead with the hardship and difficulties. Experiences such as poverty, hunger and opposition against all odds even family.

Not many will succeed, like the award winning picture below, it’s very real, factual that only the strongest, fittest survives.

Who ever succeeds in winning against all odds, are only than worthy to enjoy the beauty and nature. Having both passive and recurring income, without working, after laying down the foundation.

Now back to the subject proper. while the top 10 Forbes Rich List yearly are dominated by Males only. Ladies seem not able to get it.

For now, I suppose what I’m about to say might help ladies get rich and wealthy asap if they possess the right skills and connections.

It is general knowledge that ladies’ market is bigger than the males. Males spend, invest only when necessary when the time is ripe, but ladies on the other hand spend without thinking, on impulse, depending on mood most of the time, thus majority of all shopping centers only have female related retail outlets on level 1, male related outlets are at level 2 if not 3 onwards.

Having said that, it’s a clear signal, indication for all ladies who seek to get wealth without dependent on males support in any way.

The most feasible method is to help other ladies be beautiful while the creator earns a penny or dollar for every single product sold.

It may sounds simple, but not many ladies will be entrepreneur enough to even put on their thinking cap, since by right, they are legally entitled to husband’s wealth and claim up to 50% of the assets after a divorce, so why would ladies even want to do business?

Isn’t that right? Generally speaking?

The only reason why males succeed and are head and shoulders beyond the reach of ladies is solely and practically due to lack of protection globally in law from divorce where assets are split..thus forcing them to put on their thinking cap.

Survival is the best bet against anything in the world.

Having watched documentary of the week: Surviving Disaster – Avalanche, it gave me new insights and reminder to on survival and the basic guidelines and principles to live. Linking it up with what I myself experienced on my progress in Entrepreneurship, it gave me a actual blueprint on surviving the hardships of entrepreneurship.

I’ll just summarized what i’ve just learned and convert it to make it business-proof.

In an ski trip with an injured ski-mate with a open bone fracture, and with a handful of team mates, with night approaching, the best bet is to set up a snow cave to spend the night waiting for day light before attempting to find help.

Check for any injuries, in this case, it’s a open bone fracture, cover the open wound with clean cloth to prevent infection, without pressing on the bone, put it on top of it, break the ski stick in the correct length and tie the leg tight against the sticks to prevent anymore movement. Lay person on a ski board, move injured head downwards with leg on top. So in event of hitting an object, wound will not incur any additional damage, with head protected by helmet. With sun setting, it’s time to build a snow cave for the night.

The snow cave allows all ski members a safety cover from the elements, shelter from the wind (which speed up heat lost), allows members to stay together to have the warm air in the cave stay there while the cold air drops to the entrance.

Once the cave is built, immediately move the injured team mate inside, as motionless individual stand greater chance of hypothermia. Lay the injured person on the, while other ski members take turns to take care of each other. Giving the injured as much food as possible to encourage more heat generated, but don’t let injured drink alcohol which speeds up hypothermia. One person in-charge of the injured, another in-charge of keeping the entrance partial open for air to come in, the other one to check for every team member’s health status (preventing death sleep in the cold), and rotate duties every hour.

Next day comes, day-break, leave behind the slowest team mate to take care of the injured in the snow cave while the rest seek help.Member staying behind uses urine and ski board to mark a clear X (cross) sign on the top of the mountain while the rest find help (instead of all waiting to die).

In the process, downwards, they faced an avalanche, 2 team mates trapped in it. Using avalanche survival kit to track (20 yards effective radius) members trapped under the snow and dig them out of it before they die of suffocation and hypothermia. Moving in a zig-zag direction to cover the whole distance of the avalanche path.

Upon finding trapped member, dig up, and wait for help, use binoculars to reflect light to the helicopter, and create a landing zone (L.Z) preferrably on a flat surface. Wait for the search and rescue dogs to search for team mate who’s survival kit was not placed with him, and instead a bag further putting oneself in danger.

Than inform the rescue team about the injured at the top of the mountain.

Now for the entrepreneur conversion. The food is the important fuel that allows members to live, in business wise, minimal food to fill our stomach.

Put aside emotions, which is vital for wealth creation, follow and obey leaders who can grow money, not reduce it.

Follow all basic ethics and the laws to observe discipline, so you will not have your efforts gone down the drain one day when you’re caught for any crime.

The snow cave refers to a shelter over our head as a protection.

Team members: Select only a handful who will not put you at more risk. Example: spilling your business secrets/strategies, waste your resources, burn bridges of trust, creditability and reputation critical for success.

Search and rescue team refers to new sources of income when your financial reserves are depleting fast. Seeking help is not a sign of failure, it is to live to die another day.

Proper medical, survival knowledge with experienced leader: Vital in a process, to tell exactly what’s happening, what will happen and how to minimize risk of failure and look out for safety.

PS: In ski, dangers are bears, elements of cold, but in business, it’s the eagles and vultures, seasoned players who gradually/openly steal your strategies, food, business partners, networks and turn them against you!

So weigh your own skills set, financial reserves, networks, expertise, knowledge and flexibility to adapt to new changes, such as temporary going back to employment to first solve the fundamental money issue before you resume your entrepreneurship.

Last but not the least, be damn aware of your own surroundings, keep your strategies and wealth generation sources to yourself. In the absence of team mates, depend on yourself and your own resources.

Never ever give in to opposition of your family and love ones (that’s logical) knowing they will want to be in the rats race suffering together for a short-term most risky employment without any job security.

Reading is the fastest, smartest, cost-effective strategy to boost our own knowledge and wisdom of employing different strategies in life.

Since i started reading self-improvement books and business related books couple of years back..I realized that there’s so much of an abundance of wealth and knowledge in books stored in libraries which does not cost a single penny to assess such information written by successful businessmen like Donald Trump, along with many other people.

How much we learn and absorb from the contents of the books depends on our own respective experience and exposure in life, at work and daily interaction with business operations and clients (people).

Knowing the theory will help a little, but having gone though the ordeal/experience of a worse case scenerio and re-reading similar incidents case studies mentioned in such books than will boost our acceptance, understanding and applying counter-measures in future to prevent a repeat of same mistake from happening twice.

It is a common knowledge that might have being forgotten due to the influx and fashion trend lead by information and technology for the fun and entertainment aspects..but for those individuals who are serious and sincere in amazing wealth (not money)…you better start reading..don’t depend on such technology gadgets, unless you’re making money from it. Else just ignore it.

Regardless of how technology evolve with times, reading is essential in personal development, learning history so as not to repeat the same mistakes made by our early generations. More soever in the financial, property, technology, commodities sector. In order not to repeat and face global crisis that makes lives miserable for the masses.

Technology is the usage of knowledge of tools, techniques and crafts to communicate for convenience especially over long distances.

Modern technology has replaced old traditional media such as telephone, text messaging or short message system (SMS) and even blogging ever since the introduction of mirco-blogging which is more related to giving updates of personal details than to share ideas and thoughts.

No matter how much innovation and creativity are being created with modern technology, age old communication face to face will still be the strongest form of communication.

It is only when discussions are carried out in person, than are they able to melt or iron out disagreements, differences in thinking, ideology, principles, objectives, agenda before unanimously agreeing on a share vision for mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

While technology has increase the bonding of friends without meeting up in person, it only is able to tell us in one single aspect of communication which is the thoughts of what is in our mind that is written in social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and many other social websites or even gadgets such as 3G phones etc.

The benefits of meeting up in person for discussion has got more benefits in fact which most civilians will not notice either way because only businessmen or owners will testify to those benefits.

In a person to person boardroom, group, or private meeting, there are many other ways in which we can communicate and understand both parties’ interests clearly without many words used.

Within a short effective one hour group discussion of meeting, there will be discussions, disagreements are ironed out instantly without waiting increasing the lag time. The tone, facial and body expression will tell the receiver even more details about the real intentions, thoughts and observations during the conversation thus making an accurate decision as compared to a casual discussion online.

Social websites can create the common bond, but it is the bonding of trust and chemistry that is only created during inter-personal interaction that brings the gap one step closer to one another.

Technology at the end of the day should be used as a secondary communication channel only for keeping in contact with people who each of us are not really close to, but primary communication still stands and is technology proof, interpersonal communication is still what works best.

It’s a fact; if not why would couples want to meet in person to know the other half instead of meeting, chatting with each other online until the critical stage of marriage than meet. It is a fact which we cannot deny and cannot escape; bonding is created only at interpersonal level and not via technology usage.

Embrace technology and put them to good use, but do not let it be used as an excuse not to meet friends in real life. Communication is what holds people together and it should be done in person.

Ownership is having legal rights of procession; proprietorship. It is to have the exclusive rights and control over property.

It involves multiple rights, from title to intellectual property, distribution rights, translation, print, copy, duplication, recording, transmission in whole or in part in any retrieval system or in any other permission related to the use of a product or property.

Having ownership of a proprietorship is akin to winning and having a money tree bearing fruits of money and increasing the owner’s wealth with deeper pockets.

Example: Having a great story, can be translated into a book, animation, video, drama series and movie or be converted into other mediums of products for instance bookmarks, gifts, clothes, or any other product which can be sold for money.

The world is our limit, as long as we the owners put on our thinking cap, wealth, money and riches will find their own way and crawl onto the owners if you know how to market and generate profits from your own products, knowledge of expertise which is exclusively only available to you yourself only.

There are thousands of ways to get rich, have you found your own method to make it big? Going from rags to riches is a simple but uphill task which is not easy without proper guidance.

Are you having any exclusive knowledge, product or information or idea that could propel you forward towards getting rich? Do you have great ideas but yet are clueless on how to market your ideas nor have any strategy to safeguard your intellectual property to prevent other people from stealing it away from you?

Secrets are meant to be private and confidential, information, communication not mean to be known by competitors or by anybody outside the selected circle.

In “Water Colours Part 3 of 3” it showcased the last series of the wonders of marine life. It started with a new twist of colour introduction, fluorescent colour in the dark.

Under the elusive depths, where light is not within reach, creatures living in those depths also share the same language which marine animals in the shallow coral reef area uses, fluorescent light glowing from their skin, bones eyes etc.

Even more surprisingly was a shark card on record to be follow glowing with fluorescent light in the deep ocean with half a kilometer in depth.

To be able to glow in the dark is a colour language which being used in the marine life and are not limited to marine animals but also corals.

In different setting under different brightness and darkness, marine animals use colours to communicate. Other than colours, they also use touch and sounds for communication.

Beyond the fluorescent abilities, there are the UV rays of vision which only selected species of fishes and in particular smaller size of fishes and rays will have to be able to communicate. UV rays colour filters were used when recording the small coral reef fishes duck dive into the corals at the same time.

At that moment, all species of fishes recorded on camera were spotted to unanimously spot to have UV light flashing for a second before diving into the corals. That was a sign of danger when predators are approaching.

While I learn not as much knowledge from the previous two series, this last series tells me something about secrets, it is exclusive and only known to insiders within the circle sharing the common language, outsiders will never learn the secrets.

When I think and cross reference it to the super rich, its absolutely true, as the language they use at the top of the social class, is simple conversation language which poor people may already know, but it just gets more complex while super rich really uses simple communication tools. One of which I read from a book was casual chat in just one to two sentence that will seal the deal.

Another language which the super rich uses, I believe is network with cooperation for mutual benefit short, mid and long term in a single action which justifies why they are super rich, one single action reaping dual results as compared to the poor who benefit only once from that action.

Language is a system of study for both encoding and decoding of information as communication process.

There are many different variations of languages, from pictorial diagrams, to words, calligraphy, verbal, visual, body and even natural weather predictions and even the use of symbols in some instances.

Man has multiple systems for information processes such as facial, visual, verbal, hearing, body and emotional communication plus breathing rhythm if in close body contact.

Animals on the other hand especially in the marine life have an extensive communication channel which is a common language in different species. It is similar to man having a common language such as English across the globe. Having watched “Water Colours Part 2 of 3”, with a new knowledge of how colour works.

While fishes cannot talk, they compensate it for their brilliant variety of colours. The colour as a language of communication is the same among all the reef animals in particular those animals that does cleaning.  The colourful display of colours and the ability to change colours is how marine animals in particular those living near the coral reefs and sea bed communicate with one another, colours is the language, used by shrimps, fishes, octopus, squids and rays.

Different body parts of colours serves different purposes, either for survival, sex or to allow other cleaners to clean off parasites from their body. Changing of colours represents the appreciation the cleaning services, and for acceptance of partner for the opposite sex during the mating season for fishes.

Colour changes also happens when the fishes are growing up, having completely different colour and body shape so as to remain completely different from the adult fishes to reduce the association and competition thus increasing their chances of survival living next to the adult fishes.

Man also communicates, but unlike the marine animals, we express ourselves more through body language and via sound. While we cannot change our colour, our body also grows more developed as we grow into adulthood, having either more muscular body for  or more curves which increases the sex appeal and attraction from the opposite gender.

Master the art of understanding language, the system of communication via different means so as to increase your chances of survival and to grow up stronger without putting yourself at risk as you grow.

Reduce risk and increase your odds of survival by mastering the language in different variations not limited to only speech.

Responsibility is an obligation that everybody has in different degree and duties.

It is be accountable, and be responsible for personal action by means of being reliable and dependable. It is the duty which every one of us has since birth. The complete opposite of responsibility is burden which all of us have as well.

There are numerous kinds of responsibilities entrusted to different individuals depending on their status, role and position. Social, moral, corporate, media, individual, professional, cabinet and ministerial responsibility is just some examples of the variations of responsibilities. I will write about the root of responsibility which boils down to individual responsibility.

Individual responsibility changes with time as we grow older and taking different roles and status depending on our personal development.

A duty of a baby to teenager is to grow up strong healthy and do their parents and family proud. The duty of a adult is to ensure that he/she in turn take care of their parents who help groomed them to who they are as an adult. As parents and grandparents, it is to ensure that their children grows up strong, independent with good grades to support themselves and their own newly formed family and also their parents and in-laws plus grandparents if financial ability permits them to do so.

In order to be accountable, and responsible for one’s actions, he/she must be given the right education knowledge and guidance to grow up into a fine example or as a role model.  While responsibility is a topic which no schools will talk and teach, it is what we learn as we grow, that helps us individuals understand the real definition of responsibility or each of their own duties and the roles they have play.

Experiences and knowledge help shape responsibility of an individual, given the wrong guidance, a child will learn about increasing burden than responsibility and increasing troubles and problems affecting the surrounding people slowing down their individual progress or growth in whatever areas.

Schools may be taught the word responsibility but it is only done on the very surface of that word without in depth studies on it as it varies from people to people thus it is largely learn based on experience.

Rich people have more areas to take note as compared to the poor people who in turn is dependent on people for help without helping themselves.

If you want to get rich, wealthy and successful, make sure you understand the real essence of being responsible which is further divided into two words which I have written above and that is to be reliable and dependable which sums up the whole of responsibility.

Have a clear understanding from anyway possible if you want to be rich and successful. The poor is getting poorer day by day due to the fact that they push away their individual responsibilities and make it a burden of their families and relatives thus they are poor.

Secrets are confidential information which was not meant to be shared and be kept within the knowledge and circle among the parties involved only.

Everybody has secrets and it covers a lot of different areas be it health, business or relationship, depending on the impact in an event which should a secret leaks out, what impact of damage will it reflect on individuals, families and businesses thus in the higher middle income to rich and affluent families often have a price tag to every secrets.

How much secrets can a person keep, and how long did the secret last before leaking or is it always safe with the person? There are many factors which everybody can test and sound out on anybody to find a trustworthy person.

The ability to safeguard a secret is c direct and straightforward reflection of an individual on his or her integrity, honesty, creditability and reputation of himself/herself. The better you are at safeguard secrets, the more money and wealth you will receive at the end of the day.

Look at Tiger Woods, reports have mention that his inner circle of friends even help him cover out his scandal and offered to pay the ladies in some previous reports to keep it under the table and from the public media. On the other side, we have the ladies who cannot wait to spill the beans to a short term fame and money for their one-time income for selling their story to the media.

In business, especially secrets dealing with personal, business, the more you help them safeguard the secrets, the more you will benefit as well on a continuity basis which can be considered reciprocal and passive income source.

Before the fall of Tiger Woods scandal, the golf industry was seeing their business media attention and viewership increasing, shortly after the scandal broke free, golf related businesses and individual professional golfers experience a dip in their wallets and in the accounts for individuals and businesses.

The ladies on the other side could enjoy the benefits of being treated like a queen if they keep it under the tabs but they choose not to for unknown reasons which does not make logical sense to me, emotions got the better of them. Committing a suicidal step to their reputation and personal creditability, telling all others potential business partners and friends that “don’t ever let me know your secrets or you will see your reputation, effort and business go down the drain”, in short it is equivalent to telling them do not hire me if you identify me as a secret spiller.

By being a secret spiller, it has not long term benefits at all and it will follow that person till they rest in peace and in some instances, it brings and spills over to the next generation making live more difficult for their kids and family even after their dismissal. Refer to Adolf Hitler and Benard Madoff; read related articles and reports how they people do not want to be associated with such people. That is what I think and after reading lots of similar business related books which support certain parts of what I have written above.

Ladies always wanted to be treated equally, but do they really mean what they say? I’m not against women; in fact I’m supportive of ladies as a matter of fact, more towards women than to ladies for their supportive role and they mean what they say unlike ladies who are still not yet mentally mature and able to take up responsibilities for their own actions.

There are many ways to earn money and keeping secrets is definitely one of the best ways to increase your own network, by being able to keep our own mouth zipped up.

Upgrade is a replacement of a product with a newer version of the same product. It is handed out as a reward for completed a task, an assignment, for a successful project.

With new upgrades, more features, user experience more benefits and cut down on time processes which may not have being possible without a new upgrade of product.

While everybody upgrades, there is one crucial element of upgrade process which majority of the people failed to upgrade which caused them to be caught up in a fix income range unable to increase or grow their income even if they change employment to a higher paying job, and they are still is unable to save money or save up enough capital for investments to grow their money.

In a product upgrading process; example a technology hardware; computer or notebook, for it to have better audio, visual graphics, faster batter performance and durability of power with longer use in battery mode, all these features requires upgrading of existing core supporting chips and processors inside the hardware so as to support a new upgraded product. Upgrading of chips and processors are the core backbone and what is required for a new graduated product to function well without breaking down halfway.

Without the backbone supporting the newly upgraded and enhanced products, there is no way a new product without core backbone upgrade will even work or last due to lack of primary support system. This is exactly the situation which I see not only in Singapore but all over the world, this is a global problem which needs to be addressed. This is the crux of the problem which it seems impossible to take the leap of faith and jump from rags to riches.

People who want to grow their wealth should first upgrade their own mind, throwing away counter-productive information stored inside their heads and replacing it with new information which will assist them in growing their money and wealth.

It is equivalent to trying to put a Formula One race car engine into a normal civilian car not meant for racing; the engine just doesn’t fit into the car body. Because of the vast difference in the support, tuning, size and many other parts needed to support a Formula One race car engine, a civilian car cannot support the engine nor can it even accommodate the engine, thus it will not even move forward.

It is the same in people. As we seek growth, we need mental growth and upgrades as well, without it, we will not be able to have the necessary skills to management finances, and property issues which will definitely help increase our money and wealth.

Look at lawyers, financial, insurance and property agents, they understand this fact, thus they went on to learn whatever is required to help them better managed their financial statements, accounts which will have a positive effect on their bill statement if done correctly.

It is precisely this issue with majority of the poor people that cause them themselves to be in the poor social class, the reluctance of self-upgrade, thinking that the rich always wants to trick them into believing what they think is evil.

In fact, to get rich, it is a necessity to be brainwashed inside out, but done correctly, you will be able to think and analyze stuffs like how I think right now. Read my previous blog entries and see the difference in how you and I think.

The difference in thinking and perspective is what determines a successful and a failure including some other factors.
