Reading is the fastest, smartest, cost-effective strategy to boost our own knowledge and wisdom of employing different strategies in life.

Since i started reading self-improvement books and business related books couple of years back..I realized that there’s so much of an abundance of wealth and knowledge in books stored in libraries which does not cost a single penny to assess such information written by successful businessmen like Donald Trump, along with many other people.

How much we learn and absorb from the contents of the books depends on our own respective experience and exposure in life, at work and daily interaction with business operations and clients (people).

Knowing the theory will help a little, but having gone though the ordeal/experience of a worse case scenerio and re-reading similar incidents case studies mentioned in such books than will boost our acceptance, understanding and applying counter-measures in future to prevent a repeat of same mistake from happening twice.

It is a common knowledge that might have being forgotten due to the influx and fashion trend lead by information and technology for the fun and entertainment aspects..but for those individuals who are serious and sincere in amazing wealth (not money)…you better start reading..don’t depend on such technology gadgets, unless you’re making money from it. Else just ignore it.

Regardless of how technology evolve with times, reading is essential in personal development, learning history so as not to repeat the same mistakes made by our early generations. More soever in the financial, property, technology, commodities sector. In order not to repeat and face global crisis that makes lives miserable for the masses.

Female is any living organism, it can be plants, animals, reptiles or man. I will be writing about ladies in particular today as a classification.

Ladies fall into various different classifications. Virgin or non-virgin, young or old, rich or poor, all of them have got their own terms.

Woman is a term which ladies used in the past to describe only for girls who have had sex, but these days it is no longer this way teenage girls having casual sex to satisfy their early puberty due to chemically processed food, external influences and curiosity. Instead, woman is used to describe ladies who are matured in thinking, know their priorities, and taking responsibility for their own actions unlike teenage girls.

A clearer classification of woman for themselves is that a woman who is married, with a blissful family and has given birth to a baby than only will she be considered as a completed woman. It does not stop there, in fact woman seeks to climb the ladder like males do, and thus the next higher position is to become a businesswoman.

Businesswoman is one who can excel and juggle between the differences in handling people especially the different gender communication and rapport in teambuilding. To be a leader leading a group of people is what everybody regardless of gender seeks, to be the leader of the pack.

There is another higher level and that is to become a successful businesswoman who is recognized by both genders and not just leading guys in her group with their hearts completely against a female leader. It is not gender biasness, but it is time tested and proven that guys are objective and will draw a line clearly unlike ladies who might bring their personal feelings into the business thus making a biased decision. It is in the genetics that nobody can alter but with practice, ladies can overcome this obstacle.

Carolyn Kepcher, the co-star of Donald Trump’s “The Apprentice” is the perfect example which leads me to the highest position in the corporate ladder that any woman can climb.

Successful businesswoman is a lady with a blissful family with kids (a son and a daughter), successful in business negotiation, building businesses, brings in projects and revenues for the business and is independent with the ability to be given complete authority over a business. She knows when to be the businesswoman, housewife, mother, colleague and as a friend.

All of the above are skills essential for any ladies who aspire to climb up the ladder, instead of demanding for it using the women’s charter in Singapore Law to their advantage at the expense of the company and their increase their colleagues workload (for ladies residing in Singapore) which doesn’t works in business which is why politicians and businessmen always cannot co-exist and work in partnership because their thinking is different.

Consideration is the evaluation of facts and benefits keeping in mind of something.

It is the process of weighing the difference effects and consequences to something before, during and after the decision has being made. Thinking about the results, if it will produce positive or negative impact, who are the affected parties, who will benefit, who is the main targeted market who directly benefit from the decision.

The poor, takes lots of time to come up with a decision, without first knowing what they want, how they will judge and access anything when the time calls for a decision to be made. First thing that comes to the mind of the poor is “let me go home and think” which not only isn’t productive, efficient and it will further delay the growth in all aspects. When poor people goes back to think, the people they talk to are people who knows nothing, and when a ignorant person ask another ignorant person, the answer after the decision is nothing thus hindering their own success and growth.

The wealthy and successful people have their own way of consideration and will set a date line for all decisions to be made with the exception of when the project/proposal will implicate the whole business, employees, than no time limit will be set. The general consideration factors typically hang around these few.

Projected return on investments, target market, strategy to penetrate into the market, what are the risk and rewards to themselves, the employees and the company/business. Will it be possible to expand business into a new area to increase profits and slowly build an empire, who is the partners they will be working with, do they have the clean past track record, their respective style of doing business, how they treat their partners after a successful project, if they turn their backs around them and run off.

Wealthy and successful individuals have their own respective consideration factors to think first before making any decision. The higher appointment you hold in the business, the deeper your consideration needs to go under to areas which will be overlooked.

When it comes to making a decision, they are fast, efficient in this aspect while the poor takes their time, drag this drag that, thinking the opportunity will wait for them living a their own made believe world.

People who go from rags to riches will understand this time, timing which is why all self-made millionaires and billionaires keep increasing their wealth as compared to businesses whereby it is handed down from generation to the next.

People who are already successful born in a silver spoon might not necessarily understand the essence of it because they have the power (money) to do things from the start.

If you don’t know what to consider, ask the person who introduce it to you, they can help and assist you in making an informed decisions with them knowing the differences among their competitors.

The more time you think without discussing and asking questions and keeping those questions to yourself, the higher your chances are of failure. Wealthy and successful people are not afraid to ask, it is only when they start asking, they learn something new and thus more windows of wealth accumulation will be opened up to them.

Passion is a powerful emotion, a feeling or desire, a strong or extravagant fondness and enthusiasm for something. It is the immersed emotion and enthusiasm that allows hobbies to stay alive and keep doing it without expecting anything in return.

Passion is a interest in whatever a person does, be it a job, hobby that he/she does for a living and is so enthusiastic about it that they do not mind working over time, not getting paid for doing what they love.

An example will be to be involved in a relationship, younger teenagers these days get into boy girl relationship for various reasons, of which most are due to immaturity in mindset together with their curiousness on how it feels like to be in one.

Boys go into relationship for pride and ego, not wanting to lose out to their peers, they just want to find a easy partner and do whatever they want with sweet talking a girl into the trap in some cases.

Girls get into relationship to be loved, to seek attention from her partner to compensate for her lack of attention and focus from both her parents.

Don’t believe me? Just look back and think about it. In the passed, boy-girl relationship only starts around sixteen to eighteen years of age for the earliest if not matchmaking for marriage purpose.

Teenagers are able to follow the natural genetics order of growing more mature than look for relationship because they get the attention, care plus love and concern from their parents back than when there was it was still possible for a family to depend on a sole bread winner to support the family.

These days, thanks to competition, both parents have to work hard, less family time together, lack of love, care and concern is the crucial factor leading to boy girl relationship. Once you identified your own passion, things will get done go smoother for you even if you face obstacles, it will be resolved in a matter of time often it goes away with a new idea that pops up in your mind.

I blog and hang around forums to discuss and share tips in those medias because I enjoy what I am doing without bothered for the returns. When you start giving, you will somehow receive back something, it does not need to be in monetary forms. It can be happiness, sense of satisfaction that just gets you moving and wanting to help more people.

Blogging initially was plainly for a replacement of their personal diary which started few years back, and soon it evolved into a fashion trend and evolved into technology with people jumping in without knowing why they even want to be part of it.

From blogging to micro-blogging with the introduction of Twitter, those doing blogging are considered out-dated. I don’t really care about it, because they are following the trend, exposing their personal lives daily activities to strangers, letting them know of their actions, throwing away their privacy rights which is silly.

Mirco-blogging just to get updated, it is more of a self-expression of our own thoughts than to be silly enough to post pictures, activities that will attract predators to prey on gullible individuals brushing with law.

Passion is the enthusiasm, not a fashion fad but a fashion trend which will go on and on with the right results. Bloggers who had the right thoughts about the origins of it, used blogging to start doing their own business and succeed, of which those featured in newspapers are single young mummies and its something which people should learn from.

Don’t follow others for wanting to be in the bandwagon of crowd not to be left behind. Instead why not think about how to brand and sell yourself? How you can profit from your passion, with the correct advice and guidance, everything is possible as long as you are willing to take a step forward and learn from people who has the related skills and ability to share with you.

Starbucks is so successful today because the CEO is so passionate about offering top quality coffee.

Donald J.Trump is so successful because he enjoys doing what he likes and that is to build properties just like his dad.

Bill Gates is successful because he made his vision into a reality with the help of his mom.

Facebook founder Mark Elliot Zuckerberg started the social media site as his Harvard controversy of the project which started purely just to keep in touch with his classmates.

Perseverance is continuance persistence in a course of action, a purpose in spite of difficulties and obstacles.

Obstacles are there and in everywhere for a reason, each and every obstacles and set-back you encounter at work, business or entrepreneurship process is a tell tale sign that people have stopped at this step, and given up. When people give up, it creates a problem for the others who are in the line, the person who removes the obstacles will have a smooth route to walk instead of just walking over, the jungle trail with small rocks which might cause you your life in times of danger when you’re chased by a wild hungry beast. A small stone is all that it takes to make you trip over and be devoured by the hungry beast.

The person who picks up the obstacles, understand it, learn how the problem started, find a remedy, than move on, help make the route smoother not only for yourself, but for the others taking the same trail you have once walked on.

Perseverance is good, but again in the minds of people who are poor, they only complicate and don’t really find nor ask about the real essence of the word and just use it without understanding it thus they are having problems struggling with bringing the bread and butter back home.

There are two versions to every single word in different people’s mind. Positive or negative, similar if not identical to the angel or devil; god or demon, it all holds the same meaning, with slight difference in understanding the idea of the single word leads to different course of actions and results.

Positive perseverance is to work hard despite people throwing wet blanket, splashing cold water on you when you know you’re doing the right thing, which others have yet to proof it. Be the first person to prove you’re right, than others will agree with you, money, wealth and success will follow and haunt you chasing after you.

Negative perseverance is to work hard despite you already know that what result you will be getting, and the result will never ever change regardless of how hard you work in an employment. There is a limit to everything the day you are in an employee quadrant. You get the same pay, even if you get a pay rise, your pay will be similar to the previous person, and you can’t set your own pay limit.

If you seek to improve and increase your success, wealth, learn to take risk and enjoy the rough ride of a lifetime. Once you master the skill, it will be yours forever, thus the wealthy get wealthier, it’s all about duplication. Look at fast food restaurants, hotel chains, property business owners, what did they do?

All they did is to master a skill which is tested proven to work and profit, repeating it again and again while increasing the scale of the project to increase profits and have more wealth flowing towards them. Businessmen are successful too in their way because they continue to build bigger better enterprise with the knowledge of what works and what don’t. It is as simple as it looks, but it is a mastery of skills and the art of perfection that is not simple and takes years of hardwork.

Whenever a problem pops out, solve it, stay positive, and make sure you ask if in doubt, to capture and understand the true definition to a word which you may have misinterpreted it already leading you to failure. Ask until you understand the word and know how to look at it from different perspective without clouding your mind with negativity. Convert any and every negative into positive and you will be positive, armed and equipped with positive mindset, perseverance will show you the route to success one day.

Dream is a succession of images, thoughts or emotions passing through the mind during our sleep. It is also a vision voluntarily which we indulged in while being awake which is to day dream example during classes, at work etc.

Dreaming is a powerful tool yet very much under utilized of. It is a state of thoughts running through the mind which can be beneficial to us regardless of it being good or bad dream.

If it is good, it encourage ourselves to work harder in a particular direction towards our passion. If it is bad, remember the bad dream, and how you felt in that dream, and take steps to make sure that what you least wanted in your mind doesn’t happened.

Most of us will have dreams, but majority of us who dream a dream will just leave the dream as it is, hoping to have a part II continuation of the same dream extended version, which I had a few couple of success when I was young.

Dreaming back than was like playing video games to me, in a poor family, games are considered a luxury back than, so dreaming is my next best option, cheapest and I feel great even after I wake up from the dream whereby I was the kid being tasked to test out new games before it launches the product for better improvements and fine-tuning.

Dreams are free. The more you dream, the better your chances of success are if you do what is right to make your dreams into a reality. On the other hand, if you don’t even dare to dream, your odds of success is greatly reduced.

Dreams are free, and should be dreaming, but never ever overdo it, and dream for the impossible, dream of something practical and within reach, which has a possibility to you, even if others say it’s impossible. Listen to only yourself, your mentor, coach, and accept only constructive advice, don’t accept whatever junk advice losers give you.

To succeed, you need to first learn to dream without limits and start picturing visions of yourself at the top doing whatever you like and wish for. Do whatever it takes to reach what you seek but do it within legal and ethical means.

Endorsement is a agreement either between two individuals or between a company and an individual with celebrity-liked status with creditability, trust and reputation. He/she can be either an media artist, model or athlete and others.

Endorsement is just a simple business strategy which allows the company and business to leverage on the celebrity’s reputation and the trust which they have built with us through different Medias inclusive of their own effort and hard-work over the years. It is the act of getting paid to endorse products and that doesn’t mean the celebrity endorsing the product have to use the product himself/herself when endorsement agreements are carried out as long as the agreement of a highly remunerative compensation in return for the celebrity to endorse a product.

Business endorsement is another story and a completely different ball-game in this same aspect. When a business endorses a product or service, the firm is entrusting their reputation, creditability on the line for any business endorsements.

If in the event should a endorsement products or services failed to satisfy the customers’ needs and failed in delivering the promise, the business that’s endorses the product and services will instantly overnight facing huge business loses which will definitely implicate other business endorsement they have a hand into even if they are not related together with the company that pay the business for the endorsement deal together down in times of trouble.

The next time you decide to buy any products or services with endorsements, find out if there is any ambassador who took up the endorsement and if he/she is a businessmen/women or it’s a firm that’s endorsement the products and services.

If you find any businessmen especially successful ones personally endorsing any company, products or services, than don’t even think about it and jump right in joining them to earn wealth together if there’s ever an opportunity to work together with them. Businessmen access and do their own investigation for months first before any commitment etc so if they are happy with the results which risking their business reputation which could tarnish and collapse over night due to a silly mistake, they will jolly well make sure that this doesn’t happens.

Make the right choice in purchasing opportunity, products or services from businessmen endorsements rather than celebrity endorsements. Be smart, save money, and time and grab whatever opportunity that comes your way.

Entrepreneurship, a word which have being lightly mention in parts of my blog before, today it will be the made a subject although it may be short but it’s going to be a direct pinpoint on the issue itself.

While there are many entrepreneurs publishing books on why they have succeeded and how we can be the next one live to tell the tale but what’s really missing from their success story is the pushing reason, mostly by which might be personal reasons causing them to have the intense desire to succeed which they didn’t at once mention that caused the important ignition of a spark leading to a wild burning forest fire of self-motivation towards success.

There’s a book which I mention previously in a separate blog entry, but I’m going to repeat it again as this book together with another book will be more than sufficient to tell you why you we should succeed, not for others but for ourselves.

Many times, the idea of success comes with glory and honor but the reason behind the desire to succeed can be so simple like “I never want to eat choosing numbers”. As simple as it sounds, to those who understand what I written as example, good, else there’s no need to motivate or force yourself towards success if it isn’t you yourself who seeks success.

The book which I strongly recommend is “Why we want you to be rich” and Who moved my cheese”. The former being written by both Donald J. Trump and Robert Kiyosaki is a book which doesn’t teach you how to succeed but rather helps you understand yourself more and why you should. The latter is a book which isn’t top seller book, but it is a very practical, down-to-earth and simple book which can be completed in less then two hours even for a guy who doesn’t like to read books with slow book reading speed. This book however isn’t available in national library but can be bought in bookstores for $10 (round off to the nearest complete figure).

While many have talked about the fish analogy, but not many really take it to heart due to they have yet to learn actual real life fishing to understand the satisfaction of it. Unlike fishing, the book “Who moved my cheese” describes a tale of two mouse trapped in a maze looking for cheese to fill their stomach.

Going hungry is something that every single person have experienced and therefore this book will be especially closer and be appreciated more than the fish analogy. Back to the subject, quoting for the book “Why we want to be rich” again, “Entrepreneur is not a group effort. You have to be willing to go it done for a certain amount of time and sometimes for a long time. Having said my point, I wish all Happy New Year and say Cheers to Success if you believe and FOCUS.

Thanks to the book “Why we want you to be Rich” from Donald J.Trump and Robert T. Kiyosaki, it has help me cleared most if not all of the blocks, riddles and reasons why becoming rich is no longer a want but a need to do so. In fact it is such a strong need that most countries ought to do so. If you want to know and find out reasons why you should be rich, either buy or borrow this book to read.

At page 248 of the book, there’s a section which talks about living below your means or expand your means. Most of the poor people would choice the former as the latter is out of the question to them having little to zero financial education. The latter will than be chosen by people who aspire to be rich one day if not are people who desire to be even richer.

While it’s true that rich people can also live in a simple lifestyle below their means but it comes with a heavy price tag to be able to buy a land, grow the plants, vegetables and be self-sufficient but in Singapore and land scarce nation, it’s nearly impossible already except for the existing kampongs which both government and developers have no say in, rejecting their offer to sell their land which has at least the size of few soccer field big.

Left with no choice than, the poor has to bow down to fate and the destiny that awaits them for being poor – no choices and living below their means, one standing phrase among all the poor minds’ are “Study hard, get a job, work hard and save your money for rainy days.”

I’m so sick and tired of such words, like wise for the majority of the people who took up MLM hoping to change their destiny, but it somehow seems far reach as most sales distributors are still dreams and not entrepreneurs themselves.

The poor mind works simple, they seek only not to lose, and not to gain, just living each day to the bare minimal hoping to be able to fill their stomach and nothing more than that. The simpler thinking each poor mind has, the worst their lives will be having their savings slaughtered like pigs in the farms by banks, governments, insurance agents, and financial advisers.

Look at the banks; list me anybody who has went become a Millionaire by just purely savings – no one, the only people getting rich from banks are the top management people getting paid high salary for making wrong investments at times with our money and being directed the way to the exit.

Look at the government, poor investor mind sets, only squeezing the poor, ripping our hard earn savings, make and squeezing us dry like loan sharks just that they do so legally by law due to lack of financial education. Which is why global educational institutions and governments do not and will never ever encourage people to take up financial sectors instead hire only people who chose the path themselves.

Government people are poor individuals with only knowledge in politics and academically smart yet holding high paying jobs making costly mistakes sucking us dry yet playing with trillions worth of money from respective nation’s citizens’ savings. Making a few mistakes with millions, and at times billions worth of mistakes does not warrant their immediate resignation due to primarily lack of politicians so they are free to make costly mistakes with our hard savings yet the poor can’t complain nor do anything because they don’t even know that government are not helping them at all.

Here comes the best part – insurance agents and financial advisors – they are the group of ‘trusted agents’ with nothing more than a paper qualification getting paid for each policy and financial package signed under them. With no prior experience of investments, they are just copycats, following the leader who tells them what to invest in, what to look out for etc. In short, they are not trained nor taught to help us get rich. They get rich by simply selling your paper services that help themselves get rich. Is this the world that you want to be in getting squeezed by those ill-trained advisers in different fields?

Quoting from a phrase said by Robert in the same book page 119 “Wall Street is the only place that people drive in a Rolls Royce to take advice from people who ride the subway.” This is truth that even a rich nation like US is taking advices from the wrong advisers, so what will become of the future in terms of dollars and cents? Do you want your money to be managed by ill-trained financial advisers or would you like them to be place in trusted people in the hands of entrepreneurs who knows the secrets of doubling if not helping you with increase your wealth?

To get rich, it’s as simple as knowing who to place your trusts in with your hard earn money. I have identified five mentors (in property, financial, and businesses) who will help me increase my wealth but first I got to proof my own worth first.
