Ownership

posted by ryan

Ownership is having legal rights of procession; proprietorship. It is to have the exclusive rights and control over property.

It involves multiple rights, from title to intellectual property, distribution rights, translation, print, copy, duplication, recording, transmission in whole or in part in any retrieval system or in any other permission related to the use of a product or property.

Having ownership of a proprietorship is akin to winning and having a money tree bearing fruits of money and increasing the owner’s wealth with deeper pockets.

Example: Having a great story, can be translated into a book, animation, video, drama series and movie or be converted into other mediums of products for instance bookmarks, gifts, clothes, or any other product which can be sold for money.

The world is our limit, as long as we the owners put on our thinking cap, wealth, money and riches will find their own way and crawl onto the owners if you know how to market and generate profits from your own products, knowledge of expertise which is exclusively only available to you yourself only.

There are thousands of ways to get rich, have you found your own method to make it big? Going from rags to riches is a simple but uphill task which is not easy without proper guidance.

Are you having any exclusive knowledge, product or information or idea that could propel you forward towards getting rich? Do you have great ideas but yet are clueless on how to market your ideas nor have any strategy to safeguard your intellectual property to prevent other people from stealing it away from you?

If that is the situation you are in, speak to me and I might be able to offer some advice to you upon request.

Getting rich and be successful is not a lonely journey, in fact you will need business partners and companions who will assist you on the voyage to your destination. It is up to you to decide if you want to win alone or win as a team so as to celebrate success together and share the happiness at the top rather than being alone with no one else by your side to share your joy and happiness.

It is simple but it is not easy. Speak to somebody whom you can trust for advice. See you at the top.

Restrain

posted by ryan

Restrain is to hold back, suppress, keep back, limit or to keep something in control. It is this restrain in the form of protection which parents provide to children which greatly suppress and limits the creativity entrepreneurship of children while they are still in the growing.

Children are creativity and can be either a dreamer or visionary depending on the kind of protection restrain which parents provide to their kids.

Poor parents trying their best to meet ends needs will suppress their kids’ dreams, advice and persuade their children to be practical and avoid falling in their mistakes so as to converse and save money for a rainy day thus kids bought up in such a protected environment will naturally be poor.

Poor children were never encouraged to do something on their own, and instead encouraged to follow orders, advices and value experiences from their elders and seniors, living in people’s shadow through out their lives. It is like putting a collar on the neck of their children, while they might think it is for their own good, but in fact it is doing their children and themselves a de-service instead and adding on to their problems and worries as their children grows up.

The poor are getting poorer because children are asking their parents for money, dependent on their parents like a unlimited cash machine thus they are poor.

Rich parents on the other hand will encourage and push their children into the open, let their children make as much mistakes as possible during their childhood and growing years so as to let them learn how to be independent and depend on their own.

Only when mistakes are made by individuals, than will it be appreciated when a senior or elder shares the similar experiences which value adds onto the mistakes, enabling children to grow up smarter, wiser and being street-smart instead of just purely academically smart.

Compare and identify the differences in how the rich and the poor protect their children.

The rich only share their experiences and advices when they meet problems which enrich their learning curves, while the poor teach everything and restrict their self learning, and that is a fatal mistake made by parents globally.

It is easier to control a loose child than to control a loose adult who has the same intelligence and physical strength with parents who are on the losing end. Instead of letting their learn only in adulthood where the mistakes could cost thousands to millions in terms of failed or wrong investment decisions, why not let their growing children learn from mistakes, at least the learning cost is cheap and within parents ability such as form few dollars to just hundreds of dollars for toys, food etc.

If you want the best for your children as they are growing up, than let them learn to stand on their on without assistance, like how babies learn to stand and walk on two legs in just months.

Power

posted by ryan

Power is the ability, capacity or authority to carry out an order, action or command to have any task completed either done legally or illegally.

It is the strength, force to influence to accomplish tasks via being in a authoritative position to order subordinates to complete their assignments/tasks on time.

It is a force not to be reckoned with, especially with nature especially with the forces of natural disasters, the power and impact is damaging.

It is what many people would dream of having, the power to control almost anything and everything by being in an authoritative position. Power struggle is usually the result of not having reached an agreement and both either sides are happy with the terms and conditions being proposed.

In the most recent example, Thailand, the red shirts peaceful riot that changed into partial violence. While it looks like the military has got the weapons, and are in the authority position to defend them but without the command from their leader, they cannot carry out anything.

The people participating in the riot on the other hand has the advantage, whatever steps the military and government do, they still win because they are taking away their rights, restricting their movements and forcing them into a corner by force.

By using force, such as bullets, water guns against the protestors who started with ladies and even children, military has no reasons to fire bullets against them, but they still did, thus they are in the wrong. For pushing them backwards, they are bullying the weak, thus the protestors return what they receive from the military.

One of which was throwing back a smoke grenade back to the military, thus they cannot say that it is the protestors who started the violence with they throwing grenade into the government protected places as reported in Channel News Asia.

There are lots of political Dos and Not Dos which we can learn by watching the news. If you want to succeed and win in the war of business or politics, you will like to switch your channel and get the latest insights to their progress.

Who is right or wrong, it is all based on personal perception and views. To win, we not only need to know business but also politics.

Empower

posted by ryan

Empower is to authorize, give power or authority by legal or verbal means to either an individual or a business. It is the process of enabling or permits a person or a business to do something which he/she or the business previously may have no control over with.

There is a long debated issue over the difference in Man and Woman. Seeking equality which is practically impossible and not logical, it is like asking a man to give birth to a baby.

Man and woman are born different according to genes the chromosomes which differentiate our gender the moment the sperm and egg was fertilized. With differences in genes, differences in race, language, religion, and gender set us apart and completely different from one another.

Ladies asking for complete equality is more like asking a lion to instantly change or have a complete transformation to become a tiger which has different genes which is undisputable.

We should work accordingly to our difference be it race, language, religion, or even gender, focus on our strengths, and create a team, with different members the weakness will be greatly reduced with multiple strengths to cover up for each other weaknesses.

Teamwork is the only workable way to achieve a higher social status with the help of one another. Don’t seek to look for people to empowering people, instead look for ways to empower yourself to constantly improve and upgrade yourself so as to keep growing, replacing the old with new like how our body cells are doing daily; the natural survival genetic rules of live.

Replacing and duplication is what makes us who we are thanks to the wonders of science and understanding of how our own body works through the arts of science.

Line

posted by ryan

Line is an indication of demarcation, boundary, limit; often said to the fine line between right and wrong. In business and in law under the justification system, a clear line is drawn and spelled out clearly between the legal and illegal business or law practice.

Smarter individuals and businesses will than engage professional help such as lawyers and accountants to get into the hidden line of spectrum, the grey boundary which is similar to science, the colour spectrum of light and how it compromise of many various different light rays.

It is clear that in business and under law, it is easily to spell out what is right and wrong thanks to the terms and conditions with agreements to follow whatever considerations that has being discussed and agreed before any contract has being signed. But it is not always the same as for relationships especially when it comes to emotional relationships which has no right or wrong, neither is there any laws in any country to date that governs this emotional relationship in particular.

What every country can only do is to spell out laws which concerns business, money when relationships failed over partnership or when things get messy and out of hand.

Ladies often said men are playboys, which I as a guy can only agree but only partially agreement. But with time and exposure to books, television shows, and the ability to understand and comprehend in depth conflicts of relationships and emotions plus the link between these two, there is only one conclusion at the end of the topic. And that is; people often draw lines and follow the lines, rules set by it within the boundaries, people who cross the line and mostly it is the guys who does that, thus giving the blanket impression that ‘all guys are natural playboys’ in some ladies regardless of age.

Guys in the past change girlfriends like nothing, giving ladies the impression of being a playboy, but after years of thinking, and understanding from different perspective, guys change girlfriends only when their other half step beyond the line and try to have more control over something which results in arguments and unhappiness leading to break-ups which also happens in ladies breaking up with guys too for similar reasons.

Now-a-days, the line is further being blurred and more towards the grey area with the media coverage of skimpy, revealing clothes and designs which give the young minds a wrong education over the television, fashion fads and trends and even within individuals be it at work, play or home.

The boundary is no longer clear, emotion, love and sex are mixed up in the young minds which leads to more problems than what ordinary people can handle which is why nationals and politicians are having headaches over marriage issues, abortion, pregnancy issues in many countries across the globe.

To solve the global problem, there is a simple solution to the problem. List out and define your own line, limitations, principles and follow whatever rules, terms and conditions which you have set to eliminate all these potential problems which will surface without clear rules implement order in place to keep it well oiled like a smooth running machine that never breaks down or jams up.

Always draw and distinguish a clear line to eradicate all potential problems even before they have any slightest chance of growth in our mind or heart whichever way you like it.

Line is what sets the huge gap between poverty or wealthy, rich or poor.

If you want to say good-bye to poverty, welcome wealth and riches, than start defining your own line(s).

Control

posted by ryan

Control is to exercise restraint, dominate, command and to eliminate and prevent something or someone getting out of hands. Example controlling a forest fire, restraint a dog with a dog leashes to deter it from going against the owner’s direction.

Be it wealthy or poverty, everybody needs to exercise some control in them.

People in poverty will have to exercise restraint over poor money decisions and better manage whatever resources they have for survival.

Wealthy individuals will have to control their spending as well as investments to limit their losses and increase their profits.

How to win the game and succeed is another issue, but controlling our own financial statement and knowing how to do it is important to everyone if they don’t want to live and suffer in misery filled with money woes each day and home becomes a war place.

There are lots of issues, emotions which we need to control, being successful means there are even more things to look at so if you exercise lots of control over positive things and people, you should be seeing your profits increase with time, if you’re seeing it, than it is time to relook at what are you in control of and what to give up control over so as to switch and learn what you should be controlling yourself to move forward and upwards.

Control and exercise self-restraint when needed.

Pets

posted by ryan

Pets are animals which are kept by man for companionship. There are different kinds of animals being kept all over the world depending on the law of respective countries.

In Singapore, pets are limited to non-endangered or life threatening pets; example sharks and snakes are prohibited pets. The locals these days no longer treat and view pets like they do in the past.

Previously, dogs were bought for the intention of guarding a home, which has slowly being replaced by security devices and dogs have since lost its purpose and dog owners are increasing getting owned by the dogs rather than they own the dogs.

Look around the neighbourhood and observe those people who walk their dogs, some clean up their dog’s ass and use the tissue to wipe it, while others use the shopping cart which housewives used to push the pet dogs around instead of them walking.

The other thing is when pet owners walk their pet dogs, some owners will actually be lead by the pet dogs themselves and let the dogs lead the owner and that speaks one point, people are increasing getting used to be lead without the ability to lead and take charge of their own lives.

Rearing and breeding pets should be kept for companion purpose but not to keep them allowing them to climb over the owner’s head controlling the owners instead.

Choosing the right people to work with is important in business, so if you don’t know what you are looking for in a partner, start off by looking and observe how pet owners take their dogs out for a walk, it will give you a clearer picture of what you want and what you do not want. It will not give you all the criteria for choosing a partner, but at least it starts you off with some basic factors to look at.

It is about exercising your control and rights.

Greed

posted by ryan

Greed is an excessive desire for more of anything especially for money. It goes two ways in positive and negative.

Negative is when people start betting and engage in gambling removing the control and give up the rights to increasing their percentage of success to grow money and betting it on gambling which will snowball into numerous behaviors and repercussions which leads to unhappiness, arguments, broken family and even lost of lives.

Positive is when people who have tasted a bit of success now starts to find ways to succeed on a bigger scale to increase their profits, it is the greed that drives successful people to succeed even more than their mentors and people who coached them.

Like the Chinese saying 长江后浪推前浪。Whereby teachers/mentors will teach students whatever they know to help their students succeed, which is similar to a wave will not be as strong without the push of the previous wave to reach further in shore on the beach.

Greed is a double edge sword; learn to control your greed to maximize the potential and possibility which it will bring to you. Be the sword owner with the sword in your hand assisting you to break open new areas for growth and not allowing the sword to slip from your hand and end up being hurt by your own sword.

Gambling

posted by ryan

Gambling is the wagering of money or something of material value on an event or with an uncertain outcome with the primary intent of winning additional money and/or material goods. It is the play of any game of chance for money or other stakes and to take a chance on either a venture or risk towards success.  It can be any matter or thing involving risk or hazardous uncertainty.

By adopting gambling, it is to engage in a reckless or hazardous behavior and in the process of doing so, affecting their close family members and people living near them.

It is only today that I talked to my mom that I understand their thinking. They think that they are investing rather than gambling. Investing in a new hope on a daily basis, resetting their losses on investments with each new investment, purposely does not want to know and record how much they start to ‘invest’ in gambling activities.

The wealthy and successful businessmen will factor in their total losses on investments and proceed onto another business venture if the business is not doing well, but the poor does exactly opposite, ignoring their losses, keep pumping in money with the slightest hope of recouping their daily investments.

Gamblers are investing in the wrong area which leads them to poverty, it is the poor who are digging their own grave and adding more restrictive chains binding themselves to poverty instead of wealth and success.

Lottery, 4D, TOTO, horse racing and even casinos are the traps businesses set for their own company and business profits increasing their own wealth at the expense of the already poor people.

Gamblers often say “small bets will not matter much” but the issue is not placing a small bet, but to be completely blind to striking a balance in their own financial statements which requires basic accounting knowledge. It is like wanting to work to bring the bread home and striking a balance between family and work time. People who are addicted to gambling purposely blind themselves to greed and worship money rather than being hardworking to learn the tested proven ways to increase their own respective pot of own gold in terms of hard earned savings in hope for a decent retirement without worries.

Just look at the track record of winners from gambling history, is there anybody across the world who as being featured in the news to strike the jack-pot winning millions and is able to increase their pot of gold instead of gambling it away bits by bits? Are they able to increase their own wealth without any external help of professional successful businessmen, no gamblers to date since the day gambling was invented has made it possible?

The answer is obviously clear cut and straight forward, gambling will not make anybody rich, instead it is the gambling operators that are successful and wealthy from, it is a simple predator versus prey whereby the gambling operators set multiple traps within the gambling den and the casino with more chances of recouping their losses and highlight how much the highest ‘lucky’ winner has won to date to encourage gamblers to spend more.

Like business whereby nine out of ten businesses will fail ten years down the road, gambling is identical if not the results don’t need to take ten years, in fact just one year will see the results with nine out of ten gamblers losing money than profiting from gambling.

If you who is reading this article right now, agrees and wants to increase your chances of winnings with the factors you can control to reduce your risk of losses, contact me right now and I will show, lead and guide you on how to grow your money into wealth.

Push

posted by ryan

Push is a motion to move something in a specific way by exerting force or pressure. It is to press or urge to some action or course get complete a task. It is to put someone in a difficult situation because that person lack of something specified thus with a push or nudge into a competition, he/she will be forced to display that something specified with pressure to complete a task or assignment which the person previously think was impossible.

Push is a good behavior but pushing is not a good behavior. Push is a short motion, force or pressure exerted with the good intention of wanting to get something or someone improve and work harder beyond his or her comfort zone to scale greater heights. Pushing is a continuous motion to force the task to be done against a person’s will and will cause more unpleasant results than pleasant results.

To push on is a short first step to force a person into the first step into a task. If he or she doesn’t want to continue, no point wasting effort on somebody who is not willing to cooperate or upgrade themselves with the understanding of it for their own good.

Pushing is not a pleasant behavior, and will back fire at times. When a person shows signs of rejection, continuous forcing something on a reluctant person will cause unhappiness. It is like you’re entering a lions den, making the animals feeling uncomfortable with your presence than get rid of you even if you have good intention of trying to provide medication to the sick lion inside than which the other lions are protecting.

It is good to be push, but not to be pushed over allowing a bully to control and order anybody around as they wish pushing people to do what they don’t like.

Learn to push, but don’t start pushing.
