Obstacles

Obstacles are things which obstruct the path and hinder a process. It stands in the way of the flow attempting to delay or block something from being done.

Depending on the position and size of the obstacle, it will carry different impact. An obstacle in the air path will result in a lack of air thus causing death, similar a blood clot is equally lethal. If it is just a wall of maze to position a person or animal in, it is non-lethal and will properly just result in time wastage with no significant impact or life threatening situation.

As I was trying to do product creation during these few weeks upon long dragging, when I have started writing it, obstacles just keeps on coming, excuses find their way up to me, I find myself just not in a conducive environment which gives me so many disruptions.

Enough of the grumbling, at the end of the day, I know all these written are just excuses which I created and tell myself to give myself more reasons not to do product creation making myself only poorer than I already am, plus dragging me away further from my goals.

I am not sure how long I will overcome all this nonsense in my mind despite going through so many excellent training, coaching and mentors, but I will find my way.

After all, I want to move out of my current environment, and free myself from all liabilities either forced onto all males or those liabilities which I created myself. I will write them out..and sell the products for money to solve all my problems..

Product creation is the one and only way I have to work on. As I was writing, I realized something; obstacles are also part of the learning curve for success, without these difficulties, winning will not be a sweet victory worth celebrating.

People who succeed always celebrate, and the day will come when I pen down my books and sell them to my network of friends who needs the books which I am about to write to increase their sales, profit and business makeover.

The books will be a winner but ..Sigh..no buts..I’ll just have to slog things out, straighten my thoughts and kill all negative thoughts hindering me than doing me good at this point.

Selling

Selling is the process of persuading someone to buy a product or service in exchange for a sale, commission and profit. It is done by a sales person who exchange the time in engaging a person in exchange for a single sale. This is usually done over the counter in shopping malls and centers.

Marketing on the other hand is the process of offering value and selling in bulk converting to more sales, profit and commission for the company and the salesperson and at the same time helping the client to save money. In order to generate that high sales volume, it boils down to relationship building, value creation and unique selling proposition of the products and services which a business or an individual can offer to a potential client who may turn out to be their potential joint venture partner in future.

Selling is a job, an employment; marketing is strictly business and nothing else. The income or salary between a salesperson and a marketeer commands a great difference. Business owners make lots of money, wealth because they are marketers themselves, as compared to sales people.

Revenge

Revenge is to harmful action in response to a grievance. It is to let the wrongdoer suffer the same or greater pain than that which was originally inflicted for the suffering, pain, torture and humiliation a person has gone through.

Revenge falls into two types, positive and negative.

Negative revenge is whereby the sufferer is determined to get back to the wrongdoer paying any price to the extent of death and dragging the wrongdoer down together with the sufferer together.

Positive revenge is whereby the sufferer will undergo a complete transformation and shed of its previous skin, learn new business skills and traits whatever is required to succeed and topple the wrongdoer legally and get their hands back on the property, assets that the sufferer once possess if not for the wrongdoers actions.

Once the sufferer is ready to make the move for revenge, the land mines are all ready set and position in place, which is a method whereby all alpha males does but they do it so brilliantly that nobody except those who speak and know their language will understand with the help of their networks to other business partners thus blacklisting any individual who will serve as a treat to ruin their reputation which is why wealthy successful businessmen always hang around each other, helping one another.

Helping one another to succeed is the way and how things works, you can’t climb up the ranks by upsetting other people. Do your best to create all win situation, even in employment, it is a huge win to a win situation in a employer employee relationship thus when both sides are happy, they profit together even if the compensation isn’t really that equally distributed but at least everyone is ‘happy’.

To prevent employees from stealing or using trade secrets, make sure they are satisfied with the compensation to prevent employees turning their back against their former employer and stealing their business.

Whatever you do, do it gracefully without offending anybody, else when the time and opportunity comes, you who have a dark history will suffer the consequences of your actions previously.

Revenge can be the catalyst to entrepreneurship if done the correct way and with proper guidance and coaching.

Never be offensive unless and until provoked.

Conduit

Conduit is a natural passage way, a channel or a media to convey information.

We were born into a world full of various different passage ways. Each to different specialization in skills as employees and nothing with regards to path to be a successful entrepreneur or wealth that people dream of.

Whatever is a conduit in the world across the globe is just the natural passage way for people born into this world to become an employee, to work their guts hard, helping others but themselves get rich than wealthy.

To be wealthy and successful, don’t seek to follow the trail of a conduit built and walked by millions of people before you. Go hiking, draw and chart your own trail towards entrepreneurship with the right mentors and seek advice, coaching, and produce results.

Wealth is all about creation of assets, the more you own, the more assets in different forms will find their way to you. Wealth is not about chasing money; rather it is money chasing you with each new system you have build to allow it to start.

Getting rich is about you chasing money by working hard, and there is no possible for you to outrun and win against money. You have two legs, the money have four legs (corners) and can even fly in the air. So if you want to have wealth, find a system and learn the proven tested system to help you build your wealth.

Don’t chase after money. Let wealth chase you instead.

Rush

Rush is a movement to move in a certain direction with speed. Rushing Is an habit cultivated over time on everybody who has gone through the same education system regardless of nationality, race, religion age or gender.

Rushing is a habit forced on us as we study in schools, slowly getting used to the momentum of school life, than followed by working life and the rush to earn money.

Rushing is not wrong but it’s definitely also not right in certain ways. Look at the successful businessmen. Ask and interview anybody who are successful in the past, present and future down the road, and you’ll realize something that they all had in common – patience.

Successful businessmen don’t rush into businesses, they take time, effort, to understand and master the industry, know everything they can before committing themselves and their capital into whatever their niche is.

The people, who do rush, are normal people like you and me, but I’m slowly but surely learning how to reduce my pace and learn from the successful businessmen. Just look around you, simple observations will tell you a lot of things which will give you more wisdom adding bits by bits to your success which will come to your with time and at the right opportunity.

Look at the bus and MRT passengers, how often and common can you spot people rushing into and out of the public transport, in and out of their work place especially on Fridays whereby everybody will be super effective and efficient when it comes to this day if the company or business has a five day working week. At 5pm, all work and task will be allocated nicely in order for next week. 5.30pm or at 6pm, most of the employees will be rushing back home and than enjoy their weekends.

Look and observe all around you. There are so many observations to be made, but do you even have the time and can afford to slow down your pace to just observe? The rich don’t rush, they have all their schedules planned and appointments made in advance.

The poor, rushing day in day out, getting the same results without continuously pay increment despite working and slogging so hard to increase the company profits.

Look around and ask yourself what kind of life you want to lead. Seek advice and better make sure you ask the right people who have being there, done that, and make sure he/she whom you are positive about it, and successful.

You don’t not ask a failure to give you a positive reply that allows you to be successful because its common sense that a person who has failed will only share the experiences and being a act Mr-Know-How to act like they know everything when in fact they know nothing except being failures themselves.

Failure can’t wait to drag you down together to hell with them for more companionship.

Last but not the least, as the right people; get the right coaching, advisers and successful businessmen.

Simple versus Easy

Simple and easy are two words which everybody knows what it means. As simple and as common as it sounds, there’s a deep meaning to the differences between the similarities of these two small words.

Easy is used when the instructions, guidelines are easily attainable, and easy to understand and absorb to put into application without any prior practicing needed. Example: It’s easy to cook instant cup noodles to fill a hungry stomach by just making a purchase off the counter, take one cup noodle out, boil some hot water, pour it in and wait 3-5mins before it is ready to be served. That’s easy.

Simple is used when the instruction guides are explained, with proper coaching and practice to master the skill. It takes time, effort and commitments to make a task looks simple even if there’s a lot of skills and practice needed. Example: Cooking, it’s easy to cook a few dishes, but it is not simple to cook a whole event of dishes for business events, wedding dinners to serve guest and to appeal to the masses. Cooking is a simple task but it’s not a easy task which everyone can immediately understand without practicing. It takes time, effort, understanding, mastering the skill to control fire, strength to knead flour, use the right recipes to come up with the whole table of dishes for guests to enjoy and indulge in.

Simple is a mastery of skills made easy with step by step practicing and commitment to perfecting the skill. Easy is just a idiot proof method to read, follow and do what is needed without the having to master any skill.

Connection

Connections are a term which has similar meanings with networking and are words both used in businesses.

In business, when businessmen go around the social hall mingling around, they are networking, introducing each other, getting to know one another and creating a strong network of people to ensure a smoother transition into areas which may require each other help in future.

Connections is a word which holds a stronger meaning to just networking. It is the bond that holds individuals together with trust and equals to meeting up, hanging around on a regular basis, thus being connected with wealthy individuals’ in particular successful millionaires as mentors, who also are connected to stronger multi-millionaires are essential.

People with lots of connections are the people who will be able to help you extend your wealth, the convenience the wealthy influential multi-millionaires have as compared to average income earners on the streets.

To be successful, in MLM, most people depend on the bridge to bridge the gap between a employee with Just Over Broke (J.O.B) situation to a adviser also known as a presenter who will be the connector in between the two strangers who knows you.

In business, connections is mostly all that is to it to success, wealthy people are connected, like what is being mention in the book “What Men don’t tell Women about Business” completely illustrates the point of connection among the super wealthy individuals who are traditional successful businessmen.

Time is precious, required for negotiations which in turn reduce the sales price thus converting to saving money. Everyone has the same twenty-four hours, how you maximize the twenty-four hours of your day is a skill which we need to master and what better way to learn and leverage by joining millionaires and learn their language, understanding and perspective of viewing a business, individuals etc.

To learn the skills that make a successful millionaire, you need to get a connector who will connect you to millionaires, be their apprentice and learn whatever you can learn like a sponge, and leverage on their financial capabilities to jump-start your path to success with the right tools, environment, coaching and connectors.

As there’s a saying, if you can’t beat them, join them. Like wise, if you can’t devise your own strategy on how to become rich and wealthy to be a self-made millionaire, than first go and learn from a self-made millionaire than devise your own methods by which I mean model your method after the tested proven successful model than add in your own enhancers to make the method easier.
