Secrets are meant to be private and confidential, information, communication not mean to be known by competitors or by anybody outside the selected circle.

In “Water Colours Part 3 of 3” it showcased the last series of the wonders of marine life. It started with a new twist of colour introduction, fluorescent colour in the dark.

Under the elusive depths, where light is not within reach, creatures living in those depths also share the same language which marine animals in the shallow coral reef area uses, fluorescent light glowing from their skin, bones eyes etc.

Even more surprisingly was a shark card on record to be follow glowing with fluorescent light in the deep ocean with half a kilometer in depth.

To be able to glow in the dark is a colour language which being used in the marine life and are not limited to marine animals but also corals.

In different setting under different brightness and darkness, marine animals use colours to communicate. Other than colours, they also use touch and sounds for communication.

Beyond the fluorescent abilities, there are the UV rays of vision which only selected species of fishes and in particular smaller size of fishes and rays will have to be able to communicate. UV rays colour filters were used when recording the small coral reef fishes duck dive into the corals at the same time.

At that moment, all species of fishes recorded on camera were spotted to unanimously spot to have UV light flashing for a second before diving into the corals. That was a sign of danger when predators are approaching.

While I learn not as much knowledge from the previous two series, this last series tells me something about secrets, it is exclusive and only known to insiders within the circle sharing the common language, outsiders will never learn the secrets.

When I think and cross reference it to the super rich, its absolutely true, as the language they use at the top of the social class, is simple conversation language which poor people may already know, but it just gets more complex while super rich really uses simple communication tools. One of which I read from a book was casual chat in just one to two sentence that will seal the deal.

Another language which the super rich uses, I believe is network with cooperation for mutual benefit short, mid and long term in a single action which justifies why they are super rich, one single action reaping dual results as compared to the poor who benefit only once from that action.

Power is the ability, capacity or authority to carry out an order, action or command to have any task completed either done legally or illegally.

It is the strength, force to influence to accomplish tasks via being in a authoritative position to order subordinates to complete their assignments/tasks on time.

It is a force not to be reckoned with, especially with nature especially with the forces of natural disasters, the power and impact is damaging.

It is what many people would dream of having, the power to control almost anything and everything by being in an authoritative position. Power struggle is usually the result of not having reached an agreement and both either sides are happy with the terms and conditions being proposed.

In the most recent example, Thailand, the red shirts peaceful riot that changed into partial violence. While it looks like the military has got the weapons, and are in the authority position to defend them but without the command from their leader, they cannot carry out anything.

The people participating in the riot on the other hand has the advantage, whatever steps the military and government do, they still win because they are taking away their rights, restricting their movements and forcing them into a corner by force.

By using force, such as bullets, water guns against the protestors who started with ladies and even children, military has no reasons to fire bullets against them, but they still did, thus they are in the wrong. For pushing them backwards, they are bullying the weak, thus the protestors return what they receive from the military.

One of which was throwing back a smoke grenade back to the military, thus they cannot say that it is the protestors who started the violence with they throwing grenade into the government protected places as reported in Channel News Asia.

There are lots of political Dos and Not Dos which we can learn by watching the news. If you want to succeed and win in the war of business or politics, you will like to switch your channel and get the latest insights to their progress.

Language is a system of study for both encoding and decoding of information as communication process.

There are many different variations of languages, from pictorial diagrams, to words, calligraphy, verbal, visual, body and even natural weather predictions and even the use of symbols in some instances.

Man has multiple systems for information processes such as facial, visual, verbal, hearing, body and emotional communication plus breathing rhythm if in close body contact.

Animals on the other hand especially in the marine life have an extensive communication channel which is a common language in different species. It is similar to man having a common language such as English across the globe. Having watched “Water Colours Part 2 of 3”, with a new knowledge of how colour works.

While fishes cannot talk, they compensate it for their brilliant variety of colours. The colour as a language of communication is the same among all the reef animals in particular those animals that does cleaning.  The colourful display of colours and the ability to change colours is how marine animals in particular those living near the coral reefs and sea bed communicate with one another, colours is the language, used by shrimps, fishes, octopus, squids and rays.

Different body parts of colours serves different purposes, either for survival, sex or to allow other cleaners to clean off parasites from their body. Changing of colours represents the appreciation the cleaning services, and for acceptance of partner for the opposite sex during the mating season for fishes.

Colour changes also happens when the fishes are growing up, having completely different colour and body shape so as to remain completely different from the adult fishes to reduce the association and competition thus increasing their chances of survival living next to the adult fishes.

Man also communicates, but unlike the marine animals, we express ourselves more through body language and via sound. While we cannot change our colour, our body also grows more developed as we grow into adulthood, having either more muscular body for  or more curves which increases the sex appeal and attraction from the opposite gender.

Master the art of understanding language, the system of communication via different means so as to increase your chances of survival and to grow up stronger without putting yourself at risk as you grow.

Reduce risk and increase your odds of survival by mastering the language in different variations not limited to only speech.

Reliable is the reliability in which a person or a system to perform and maintain its routine circumstances, as well as in hostile and unexpected circumstances.

In dictionary definition, reliable and dependable is related words but I myself have different meaning and understanding of this two completely different words.

Reliability is the basis of dependability, without reliability, there is no use even if a person or a system is dependable.

It is the basis and fundamentals of able to perform what is expected of him/her in the situation and environment a person is situated in.

Simply put it this way, it is to do the right thing without mistakes, do it right and repeat the same thing like a well run system like a routine manner.

Should something out of the unexpected surface, the person or system should be able to rectify and solve the problem on hand without much difficulty and that is what I understand of being a reliable person.

Common examples will be in a typical employment setting whereby each of us will just do what is expected of us, do not do anything more and anything less.

Doing anything more means you are poking your nose into other people’s business which means you want to increase your workload without pay increment.

Doing anything less means you are underperforming and putting yourself at risk of being place on the slaughtering platter and getting yourself either fired by the boss or you fire the boss either way works.

In short being a reliable person to me means to do what is expected of you, yourself and doing it within your limits and ability.

Responsibility is an obligation that everybody has in different degree and duties.

It is be accountable, and be responsible for personal action by means of being reliable and dependable. It is the duty which every one of us has since birth. The complete opposite of responsibility is burden which all of us have as well.

There are numerous kinds of responsibilities entrusted to different individuals depending on their status, role and position. Social, moral, corporate, media, individual, professional, cabinet and ministerial responsibility is just some examples of the variations of responsibilities. I will write about the root of responsibility which boils down to individual responsibility.

Individual responsibility changes with time as we grow older and taking different roles and status depending on our personal development.

A duty of a baby to teenager is to grow up strong healthy and do their parents and family proud. The duty of a adult is to ensure that he/she in turn take care of their parents who help groomed them to who they are as an adult. As parents and grandparents, it is to ensure that their children grows up strong, independent with good grades to support themselves and their own newly formed family and also their parents and in-laws plus grandparents if financial ability permits them to do so.

In order to be accountable, and responsible for one’s actions, he/she must be given the right education knowledge and guidance to grow up into a fine example or as a role model.  While responsibility is a topic which no schools will talk and teach, it is what we learn as we grow, that helps us individuals understand the real definition of responsibility or each of their own duties and the roles they have play.

Experiences and knowledge help shape responsibility of an individual, given the wrong guidance, a child will learn about increasing burden than responsibility and increasing troubles and problems affecting the surrounding people slowing down their individual progress or growth in whatever areas.

Schools may be taught the word responsibility but it is only done on the very surface of that word without in depth studies on it as it varies from people to people thus it is largely learn based on experience.

Rich people have more areas to take note as compared to the poor people who in turn is dependent on people for help without helping themselves.

If you want to get rich, wealthy and successful, make sure you understand the real essence of being responsible which is further divided into two words which I have written above and that is to be reliable and dependable which sums up the whole of responsibility.

Have a clear understanding from anyway possible if you want to be rich and successful. The poor is getting poorer day by day due to the fact that they push away their individual responsibilities and make it a burden of their families and relatives thus they are poor.

Secrets are confidential information which was not meant to be shared and be kept within the knowledge and circle among the parties involved only.

Everybody has secrets and it covers a lot of different areas be it health, business or relationship, depending on the impact in an event which should a secret leaks out, what impact of damage will it reflect on individuals, families and businesses thus in the higher middle income to rich and affluent families often have a price tag to every secrets.

How much secrets can a person keep, and how long did the secret last before leaking or is it always safe with the person? There are many factors which everybody can test and sound out on anybody to find a trustworthy person.

The ability to safeguard a secret is c direct and straightforward reflection of an individual on his or her integrity, honesty, creditability and reputation of himself/herself. The better you are at safeguard secrets, the more money and wealth you will receive at the end of the day.

Look at Tiger Woods, reports have mention that his inner circle of friends even help him cover out his scandal and offered to pay the ladies in some previous reports to keep it under the table and from the public media. On the other side, we have the ladies who cannot wait to spill the beans to a short term fame and money for their one-time income for selling their story to the media.

In business, especially secrets dealing with personal, business, the more you help them safeguard the secrets, the more you will benefit as well on a continuity basis which can be considered reciprocal and passive income source.

Before the fall of Tiger Woods scandal, the golf industry was seeing their business media attention and viewership increasing, shortly after the scandal broke free, golf related businesses and individual professional golfers experience a dip in their wallets and in the accounts for individuals and businesses.

The ladies on the other side could enjoy the benefits of being treated like a queen if they keep it under the tabs but they choose not to for unknown reasons which does not make logical sense to me, emotions got the better of them. Committing a suicidal step to their reputation and personal creditability, telling all others potential business partners and friends that “don’t ever let me know your secrets or you will see your reputation, effort and business go down the drain”, in short it is equivalent to telling them do not hire me if you identify me as a secret spiller.

By being a secret spiller, it has not long term benefits at all and it will follow that person till they rest in peace and in some instances, it brings and spills over to the next generation making live more difficult for their kids and family even after their dismissal. Refer to Adolf Hitler and Benard Madoff; read related articles and reports how they people do not want to be associated with such people. That is what I think and after reading lots of similar business related books which support certain parts of what I have written above.

Ladies always wanted to be treated equally, but do they really mean what they say? I’m not against women; in fact I’m supportive of ladies as a matter of fact, more towards women than to ladies for their supportive role and they mean what they say unlike ladies who are still not yet mentally mature and able to take up responsibilities for their own actions.

There are many ways to earn money and keeping secrets is definitely one of the best ways to increase your own network, by being able to keep our own mouth zipped up.

Vision is sight or the power of sensing with eyes. It is the ability to interpret information and surroundings from visible light reaching the eye which results in perception also known as eyesight, sight or vision.

Earlier I have written about vision, and today at this moment, I will write about visual perception which is another form of vision in dictionary context.

Often we man learn from observation which we learn by sight by right. Other living organisms learn either from sight, heat, smell, and touch which spreads into taste and feel in deeper context.

It is often said that “What we SEE is what we GET” but this isn’t always true. Whatever we can see with our own eyes will not necessary convert and means the whole truth in which we learn by talking in a discussion, getting to learn what was before, during and after an incident.

Our very own eyes already give us a bias side of visual perception. If we just depend on relying on our eyes for verification, it will only give us limited information and details of how other people views different events.

Having just watched “Water Colours” from Okto channel, understanding a deeper meaning to vision and the different eyes and colour receptor cones in different species of living beings from human to snakes to octopus, shrimps and fishes, it adds more variations and definition to both context and content giving us more insights to visual perceptions.

Man has three colour receptor cones in our eyes, while fishes have around two to three colour receptor cones in their eyes but with a wider position in the placement among the colour spectrum which enables some fishes and marine animals to view what man cannot view which falls into ultra-violent rays and dark black places.

It is this ability to see visual from different angles which enables us to learn about each other and create a common language in the world today, a common denominator in the language money as a form a survival.

Money is a double edged sword, seen in different eyes and treat differently by people from different social status and class. The same applies to visual perception by marine animals in particular fishes. The reason why marine fishes are so colourful is because in the documentary show, it was said that marine animals uses their wonderful colours not as a camouflage but as using the background to conceal themselves by means of disruptive camouflaging.

In marine world, fishes, rays, shrimps all use their vision, strengths to help one another. Visually poor animals may not be able to able to fend for themselves if they depend on themselves, thus it was shown that a shrimp or crayfish animal depends on a fellow friendly neighbour fish to replace the shrimp’s lack of visual ability. The fish than depend on the shrimp and its strong claws to build a holes of tunnel to protect both the fish and the shrimp from incoming predators. So to speak, both the shrimp and the fish is helping one another to live and survive.

The same should be done on land where man should help one another instead of fighting for the same food. Why not try or help one another find more food to co-exist together in a peaceful manner?

It is this selfish reason in which businesses often take over another business and not to share the pie. It is the selfishness that restricts them from growing bigger.

It is a natural survival instinct which we all must learn to abolish. Marine animals and the deep vast blue ocean is a learning ground which we can model after.

Reflect is to reproduce, rebound, mirrored and to give back or show an image. When we look at the mirror, it gives us a reflection of ourselves with an image of how we look.

It also serves as a form of mediation to reflect on one’s virtues and faults. Whatever we do reflects what we learn from our own family upbringing and education we learn. It is an aspect or impression of how well or poor we do in anything, for an example, the project’s success reflects well on your abilities.

Reflections are what we see around us everyday but how many times do we actually slow down our pace and take a look at our past actions and reflect on how we can improve ourselves for the better?

No many people do self reflection in fact, instead of doing so, they blame others, taking their own faults and claiming it to be others by implicating and pulling others into the picture via expanding and fault finding like a amplifier or loudspeaker to make everybody know what is happening.

Blame is like the junior of reflection, whereby from reflection than will we gain wisdom and improve while the former will only increase our problems.

By mediating, which the monks does regularly, they attain a higher level of wisdom and intelligence thus they are free from corruption, greed and money despite the major influence on capitalism throughout the world and yet Buddhism or the Shao Lin Shi in China is still going strong and has greatly influence many other nations and individuals to join if not to learn about it and even Americans are learning marital arts from China which is the spark to USA’s interest in China whereby white skin start to change their views about the yellow skin. I am not being racist or anything but it is just facts which we all have to accept, with Shao Lin Shi’s acceptance and willingness to share etc, it is what open the window to sharing, mutual beneficial win-win situation etc. It is only when we ignore all those skin colour, religion practice and accept one another that allow us to gain wisdom and intelligence beyond what schools teach.

Mediation is a art, it is something that can be taught, self-learned and picked up easily as long as the person is interested in learning it, with mediation, seeking the inner peace, thus reflecting on their past actions and coming to a truce with whatever they are doing to walk on a path of improving themselves regardless of the sins they did in the past.

It is to admit and agree totally that it is their own fault for the whatever situation they are in presently based on their past actions. Than with mediation, do soul searching and look back in their mind and see themselves on what exactly did they do, how they do it etc. It is like piecing up all your past memories together and watching the memories unfold themselves in your mind like watching a movie of yourself as a lead and learning from your own mistakes.

Everybody will surely be able to do soul searching at the one critical point in our own lives and that is when we are at the brink of death, either when we are about to die peacefully, or from accident and being rushed to hospitals (touchwood) etc.

It is something which we all can do everyday, every second as long as we want to do it. The catalyst to success starts from reflecting on yourself and martial arts is one way which we can cultivate both mind body and soul.

Female is any living organism, it can be plants, animals, reptiles or man. I will be writing about ladies in particular today as a classification.

Ladies fall into various different classifications. Virgin or non-virgin, young or old, rich or poor, all of them have got their own terms.

Young virgins are called girls usually used to describe child or adolescent. Old virgins are called maid and generally women is used to identify adult females regardless of age. (Source from Wikipedia)

Woman is a term which ladies used in the past to describe only for girls who have had sex, but these days it is no longer this way teenage girls having casual sex to satisfy their early puberty due to chemically processed food, external influences and curiosity. Instead, woman is used to describe ladies who are matured in thinking, know their priorities, and taking responsibility for their own actions unlike teenage girls.

A clearer classification of woman for themselves is that a woman who is married, with a blissful family and has given birth to a baby than only will she be considered as a completed woman. It does not stop there, in fact woman seeks to climb the ladder like males do, and thus the next higher position is to become a businesswoman.

Businesswoman is one who can excel and juggle between the differences in handling people especially the different gender communication and rapport in teambuilding. To be a leader leading a group of people is what everybody regardless of gender seeks, to be the leader of the pack.

There is another higher level and that is to become a successful businesswoman who is recognized by both genders and not just leading guys in her group with their hearts completely against a female leader. It is not gender biasness, but it is time tested and proven that guys are objective and will draw a line clearly unlike ladies who might bring their personal feelings into the business thus making a biased decision. It is in the genetics that nobody can alter but with practice, ladies can overcome this obstacle.

Carolyn Kepcher, the co-star of Donald Trump’s “The Apprentice” is the perfect example which leads me to the highest position in the corporate ladder that any woman can climb.

Successful businesswoman is a lady with a blissful family with kids (a son and a daughter), successful in business negotiation, building businesses, brings in projects and revenues for the business and is independent with the ability to be given complete authority over a business. She knows when to be the businesswoman, housewife, mother, colleague and as a friend.

All of the above are skills essential for any ladies who aspire to climb up the ladder, instead of demanding for it using the women’s charter in Singapore Law to their advantage at the expense of the company and their increase their colleagues workload (for ladies residing in Singapore) which doesn’t works in business which is why politicians and businessmen always cannot co-exist and work in partnership because their thinking is different.

Multi-tasking is the ability to carry out more than a task at the same time. Often it means doing two to three tasks at the same time.

It not only saves time, increase efficiency and productivity and help businesses reduce cost such as hiring more employees with the work load.

Man are very good at multi-tasking, in fact we do it so well these days that we forget that we are even doing it and it’s already an basic instinct in some of the people.

People created computers as a tool for additional multi-tasking to help with communication, calculations, presentations, entertainment etc. Technology is the leverage that man has created to do multiple multi-tasking at the same time.

A frequent example will be using msn or facebook messenger with conversion whereby you can talk to many individuals at the same location right in front of your computer without having to move or use additional equipments.

These days’ performers and celebrity artists are also multi-tasking to for commercial and financial reasons.  Look at the past, do singers dance generally back in the old days? No they don’t, in fact they just depend on purely singing skills to whoa the audience and the crowd.

These days, singers not only have to sing, they have to dance, and come up with creative and interesting dance moves that will whoa the audience. The focus have shifted that these days, the singers are no longer like singers of the past, their singing skills aren’t as good as their seniors from the past.

In the past, singers can sing none stop because they have master the skill of breathing while singing, thus they will never ever go breathless, but listen closely and attentively to singers, even popular singers these days in live concert; they lack the basic skill of breathing control. With multi-tasking they have already ignored and thrown away the basic fundamentals required of a singer, and they focus only on packaging, while editing the breathlessness away in albums with the help of technology.

Multi-tasking is a good habit, but don’t let it become your obstacle and ignore the core basic fundamental skills.

Focus is the key.
