Direct Selling

posted by ryan

Direct Selling Picture

Direct Selling is the business strategy used by companies all over the world to market and sell products directly to the end customers.

It is both an effective and efficient business model for the business operators as well as the customers. For starters and majority of the people, it may seems that direct selling is just all about selling, selling and more selling.

But over my years in going in-depth into the business industry, meeting many different distributors, business leaders from different companies, it over 90% of the people whom I have met all are focus on the sales aspects, inclusive of even the a couple business owners of the industry.

Actually there are more to it than it meets the eye. The very reason why many successful business owners, authors, motivational speakers talk about network marketing is simply because they understand the benefits inside out, from a business perspective, which I know all too well, cause that’s the perspective I’m coming from to, as it helped me learn the ropes to the industry, the rules, ethics, customer service, technical troubleshooting of difficult clients, overcoming skeptic prospects, reverse brain-washed prospects, winning them over, business growth and expansion, marketing, advertising and promotion campaigns, events management, running, are all the many different skills that I have learned over the years.

On becoming a direct selling expert, learning the same information, skills, knowledge, yet why i managed to learn far more than other people? Perhaps you might say it’s luck, but I’ll say I had a very different goal that is to learn the secrets and strategies of the trade and not to make any money which is what majority of the clients had in their mind.

With the difference in thinking, it affects the way we process learning, absorption of knowledge, how we analyze the results and perspective, thus the outcome is different.

The reasons for success in the trade is actually pretty simple, exact duplication, in other words, copying 100% just like what franchise business models do in any country. But there’s a catch, that most companies are even in the unknown, inclusive of top level international companies, they are duplicating the wrong sets of skills, information to the clients who turn distributors, thus as much as it is a trillion dollar industry, many of which still have difficult pushing it even the billion dollar company let alone hit the trillion.

The industry is fill with anything and everything but honesty, loyalty, integrity, humility, ethics, moral values conducive working environment . That is why there are so many companies (competitors) growing on a yearly basis, sales distributors keep on switching around, hoping to find the best company and prospects from themselves.

Just like doing any business, even in trading, all trades requires the same set of basic skills, that is selling, but what other businesses cannot offer to their employees in preparation is for the real business operations, running the daily routine, growing the profits while keeping cost low, thinking of ways to find new clients, all these are the skills that can be learned from direct selling, yet, not many actually even realize the importance of on-job-training in learning the ropes of the business.

In every company, they stand an equal chance of success as well as failure. Yet majority of the clients turn distributors belittle the opportunity presented to them to learn the trade of the business. But it is not a simple route, in fact it is a road less traveled, as one cannot learn all even a handful of the skills I mentioned above in a single company, thus that warrants a different strategies and methods to accelerate and speed up the learning process while keeping the cost to the minimal.

Success is the mother of all failures. It is a age old wisdom quote. I managed to eliminate all skeptics due to the multiple failures that i had gain as experience as well as learning from other people’s failures (who they themselves didn’t reflect on) plus getting feedback from the clients, and always learning from customers. The very reason why businesses exist is to sell clients what they want, and not what business owners want to sell.

Timing

posted by ryan

Timing Picture

Timing is everything.

It matters in business, relationships, education and even life itself.

In business, investors, business owners, operators always wait for the right timing before executing their advertising, promotion campaigns in order to capture the highest potential viewership and attention when it comes to buying advertising spots in television, radio, newspapers, mobile marketing using apps.

Examples like: Cashing in on year end sales, especially when Christmas and New Year is round the corner, thus giving more reasons for customers to buy more. As they need to buy gifts, and new furniture, new renovation, repair works to give their homes a uplift for a new year with new look for fresher feeling.

In relationship, both genders will at times capitalize on the best moment to propose the other hand to live together as a couple.

As for education, tests and examinations are always place at the end of each term and closing academic semester respectively. Why can’t tests and exams come before studies? It’s obvious, as they need ample time for students to learn, practice and prepare themselves, getting ready for the examinations.

Getting rich, be successful also requires timing, wait for the perfect moment, but as we wait, get ready, and be prepared when it comes. else when you miss it, the spot will be taken by others who are more prepared than you. (This always happens in sports, businesses and even relationship.) Only people who grab onto the opportunity when presented clinch the top honors, and recognition.

Success must be continuous riding on the momentum and maximizing on the frame to go even higher. It’s a bit like how celebrities using some tricks or two to gain more publicity, so as to become popular and earn more money.

How to seize the moment. It is simple, but again, it is not easy. While you wait for the perfect moment, continue working on other projects, if you have completed one, as you monitor the already success project, than work on slightly bigger project riding on your previous success, as those are only temporary, so work on more projects, so when the time comes, the person/business who is more successful with higher profits (combined) compared with their competitors wins.

He who succeed, and thinks it is his/hers, will not win. Just think of the the rabbit and the tortoise story and you will understand.

Winners never take break, losers take lots of break.

So what if you want to take a small break, make sure you have an edge/advantage on your competitors, take a break, rest yourself, and get back up fast before your competitor is within your sights (radar), you will continue to take the lead. By that, it means always be aware of what competitors are doing, thus you can take a break as long as you continue to let them play be the chasing pack, while you lead the chase.

Never rush, plan your time properly and you will be one step closer to success, it is just round the corner.

Difficulty

posted by ryan

Difficulty Image

Difficulty is either the state or condition of being difficult. It is a task that requires commitment, concentration and determination in order to overcome the difficulty of completing a task dedicated to us from our superiors or parents with our interest at heart to grow up stronger, better even under pressure.

Nothing is easy in the world. even cooking, something that is so simple, but it is never easy, because starters often find it very difficult because of a few common mistakes of doing the wrong steps without proper techniques nor guidance thus they will either end up with cut fingers, if not burnt food when attempting to deep fry it, or end up with extremely salty food. Only those who learn the techniques from master chefs are able to come up with a pleasing dish to serve in a restaurant. Those who didn’t do a good job however still can sell, but they sell it cheaper, and to provide convenience to the customers rather than customers preferred choice, which differentiates between the good, average and bad.

Studying is just as difficult, only the top students will get the opportunities to choose the subjects they want to study and continue their education, whereas the average and below average students just take up any advance education that helps push them forward just not to be left behind, despite taking up a subject that he/she may not like.

Making money is the same, it is simple, as long as they learn the secret techniques, but majority choose not to, by working and doing it their own way, they work before they have to, not because they choose to. If making huge sums of money requires the same level of effort, commitment, perseverance as earning mere  sufficient money to meet daily requirement and fulfill basic needs, I see no difference in adding just a little bit more effort in learning how to earn huge amounts of money many times over the basic salary for a better living standards.

Even finding your other half is difficult, no, it is extremely difficult to find the ideal half, who will not have you regret your decision and end up in divorce few years later. It is easy to get married, but it is difficult to maintain a blissful, happy marriage till the end of life.

Sometimes, I can’t help but wonder, who are the really lazy people and who are the hardworking individuals.

95% of the people might think that hardworking individuals earn the most while lazy people earn the least, but the reality is completely reversed if you were to think about it carefully.

Rich people work so little, yet earn so much. (Laziness)

Poor people work so hard, work such long hours yet earn so little. (Hardworking)

Now ask yourself, how many times have you kept working and working, expecting to earn the same amount, restarting your efforts on a daily basis without compounding your efforts and earn more on a daily basis?

Actually work should be just like the way banks pay interest. If we know how to compound our work efforts, and multiply the results yet reducing the physical work require, that is real laziness, for lazy people are intelligent individuals, they use their brains, and not their body.

On the other hand, look at the poor employees, which I in the past used to be one, but is in the midst of conversion, slowly but surely. They work so hard, overwork, underpaid, complaint so little, yet earn so little.

The rich complaint about everything they don’t like, yet earn money from their complaints.

Perhaps this is the first time you even heard of this fact, but it is one way whereby the rich makes money, but complaining to the business owner, service provider that it isn’t up to their expected level of service standards, they get complimentary meals, lodging, gifts, and even free products.

Those really intelligent complain and make tons of money, from which by finding fault with some businesses, ensuring that only they have the instant solution, sell the solution to the business owner/operator and make a profit by helping other business prosper.

That’s the difference between positive and negative complaints.

Earning money is simple but it is never easy, as long as you know what techniques to use, you’ll get the hang of it in no time. Just get the basics right.

Everything that we do is in fact difficult, so if we are always facing difficulty, why not instead learn to be lazy instead of being hardworking? Think about it.

If you want to succeed, learn to start using your brains, so you can work hard and play hard. “You don’t need to be smart, you just need to hire people who are smarter than you. If you get it, great, if you don’t best of luck!”

If you want to fail, continue doing what you are doing without making any change to you daily routine of study hard, work hard.

If you want to fail faster, do nothing.

Everything in life are meant to be difficult, just so that the rewards are sweeter and justify the effort and commitment put in.

Pricing

posted by ryan

Pricing Model image

The pricing model is something that has always attracted my attention for many years ever since I know that I wanted to become my own boss.

Many people often question how and why are there so many expensive products, brands, businesses all over the world. Finally I have found the answer to that question. Although it took me minimally not less than five years.

Since the day I set my sights on becoming my own boss, I was learning anything and everything that i have access to, and luckily, my efforts paid off, not in monetary terms at least at the moment.

As I did my own project for testing and market study behavior over the past few years, sharing free knowledge of business secrets, insights and strategies, there seems to be of no value. Even when I help people to save money, by answering questions that sales agents will not want their prospects to know, I solved their queries at my own expense (in a forum filled with nothing but irresponsible agents), I was broke, only a word of thanks, and that’s only something that happens once in a blue moon.

Even in my own blog such as this one, while I expect nothing out of this, as i just took it like a test project, it did help me benefit one way or another in financial gain, but the contract has yet to be finalized, I’m still working on it. It isn’t the contents nor quality that I gain, but the popularity and the ranking in search engines that has returned me the favor in future potential returns that I will be capitalizing on.

So much for Free Stuffs. They don’t not work, nor do they benefit you financially, unless you have some other agenda, like why i blog, I got that results i wanted, and I’m happy with it.

Back to the subject proper, having talked about free stuff and the zero returns on investment, anybody who think they want to try out giving free stuffs, information should never ever think about it, if you do not have a way to monetize on your free stuffs, information or product that you are giving away for free. Think of a way to generate income/result from a thing before you offer free stuffs.

Now for the middle to expensive high end stuffs. With my few years of employment since fifteen until before i enlisted in national service, having served both low to middle high end clients, seen and somehow understand the reason and benefits of imposing high charges.

Businesses dealing with high value clients actually in fact have a easier time doing business, even as employees dealing with clients, they behave, react, and act way much better than the clients who I served at low end businesses, pay so little, yet expect everything more this, more that.

Than attempting my own projects, following closely and observing my mentor’s business growth and strategies, i managed to get it craved in my head, that it is better to serve high end clients than low end ones. Should you really have to serve the low end clients, think how you can serve more more clients while doing less work, and when you find that answer, you might be given promotion, as you help the business grow.

There are multiple profits and benefits as compared to offering to low end clients.

1. VIP Clients are appreciated, they make your work easier and happier.

2. VIP Clients knows the value of service and work stuffs and business owners put in thus charging higher price, so they do not complain even once as they value quality service in return for a pleasant and unforgettable experience.

3. By having higher fees, cheap-skates will automatically be barred due to financial reasons, thus greatly reducing the possibility of having any complaints who do not even know what is expected of them, the service, product quality they should be getting, and in most case, they always ask for more than what they are paying, so this cuts down lots of unnecessary trouble.

4. With high fees, personalizing, customization and providing first hand service experience to VIP clients gives the clients more time, and convenience to the business as well, as the high fees compensates for the lower numbers of clients at least for a few times so it justifies the financial accounts positively, and it helps grow the business too organically.

5. Both VIP clients and service stuffs are always appreciated by the business owners and operators thus given good treatment, and they might be their future business partners, investors thus there is a possibility of unexpected profits from joint ventures via the connections of the clients as well as the employees whom have delivered quality services, may end up being head-hunted by a VIP client to become their in-house trainer; which I did heard of it happening at least during my stay working in a five star hotel when I was still in the teenager age before enlistment.

6. Time & Profit matters: More time is spend on the event, clients and delighting the clients, so providing quality, which is the core of every single business, yet not many businesses (excluding the MNCs) actually follows this simple rule. Other small middle businesses just focus on sales, but not customer service, thus they never grow and always have the typical glass ceiling of profits that they cannot overcome no matter what methods they try.

7. Scarcity is something very important to the business, especially if you are one of the few people in the world who knows and are providing the services to businesses to help them grow their business, that way you can charge well above market rates, as there is not guide yet, as long as you can justify your price with savings and sales for the business. That’s the very core behind any pricing model.

A Happy Employee = A Happy Customer = A Returning Customer = A Happy Profitable Business

That’s what majority of the sales industry those still struggling failed to realized, yet they keep expanding compromising on the service delivery. If you want to earn more, and grow your business fast, make sure you pay your employees above market rates and treat them well, in order to keep them loyal to your business, very good example will be the bankers. Paid awfully huge amounts for quality service, unlike in the Food & Beverage industry, overworked, underpaid, and worse, unappreciated by the superiors. Even property, insurance industry cannot pay as well as banks do.

Maturity

posted by ryan

Maturity Image

Maturity is a term used to describe either a person, society, business or country that responds to situations in a appropriate manner worthy of his/her status at the position at any particular time, without ruin the reputation, creditability he or she may be representing should they be working for organizations or is a governor.

It is not something that comes easily. In fact real maturity comes only to individuals, societies, business entities and nations that have experienced at some time unpleasant experience and circumstances that may force, pressure or push them in one way or another into doing something against his or her will nor is that task considered popular to begin with.

While the law states that majority of the countries all adults are classified as adults as long as they are aged twenty-one years and older, having access to credit cards and taking up their own responsibility, due to their physical maturity.

Yet most of the ‘adults’ are not mature mentally for the reason that there are only increasing numbers of crimes committed all over the world, individuals are not socially, morally, ethically responsible for their own actions, having to use law to force individuals to submit and follow law, that is not a sign of maturity. Only those individuals who act, in the interest of themselves as well as the others who revolve around them are really considered to be mature.

In the entertainment industry, only a handful of countries’ entertainment business are considered mature. Untied States, Europe and Taiwan are those few countries that have achieved a maturity state of entertainment business.

It means that all individuals regardless of male, female, single, married, divorced, separated or others, all are given equal treatment and exposure and opportunity to serve the audience who are paying the businesses and the celebrities to continue their occupation. The audience doesn’t mind the celebrities’ martial status and accepts them for who they are and what they are, even if they committed crimes and are associated with drugs etc. Most of the other countries, they are still learning, and growing, not yet mature, as they and their audience still lack maturity, only favoring single status celebrities, those with a clean sheet of history with no bad associations nor publicity.

Hong Kong is slowly crawling towards that direction and it is a good sign, as married celebrities are still given opportunities to develop themselves and serve the public audience.

In the business arena, only a couple of industries are mature, majority of the others are not. Namely property, aviation, food businesses are the only few industries that have matured. By this definition, it means that they are open to anyone and everyone for expansion, testing of new products, information and exchange of mutual interest to help each other grow in a fair competitive landscape without any nasty underhand tactics.

In terms of society maturity, only certain European States are considered to be mature, all the other countries including United States are still learning. Why, simply because they still have the thinking, their white skin is superior, yet the fact is, their economy is in a mess due to their ‘superior thinking’ like the Europe nations in particular Greece who pull down the economy status of European Nations.

Europe is a nice place to travel and explore, for they already faced the bad experience of being over-powered by another competitor United States, so they accepted their place, and are still finding their right position, with humility that is widely recognized, mainly due to positive experience in tourism where clients post majority of positive remarks and acceptance by local citizens, there are a healthy balance and mixture between the locals and the expats from different nationalities.

United States on the other hand, while they are developed nation states, their society is not developed globally, as in the Amazing Race show, contestants are frequently spotted cursing, rejecting other countries cultures instead of accepting it graciously as well as politely rejecting it if they don’t like as they race to complete the challenges to win the award. Japan on the other hand is the most matured society with lots of freedom and manners in this aspect.

Individuals like you and me on the other hand, majority of the people are not matured mentally, just think of how positive or negative our thinking is of the others, other countries and traveler, how we treat our fellow friends, strangers, staffs, immigrants and tourists.

Are we embracing them or are we rejecting them for fear of competition for job? You think about it, and see if you are considered mature enough. Physical maturity is nothing, emotionally, mentally mature is what we should be going after.

If you think deep and long about this topic, you will gradually realize the link and relationship between maturity and wealth. Those who are really mature gets all the wealth, not money, but real wealth that comes in abundance. They live much happier and work harder than the others. To succeed, first be mature, to be mature, first widen your exposure by having different kinds of experiences in life, that adds to your wisdom and helps improve the way we handle and react to things even under pressure.

Those who are not mature enough, and yet very immature individuals acting cute, over-protected, unable to protect him or herself are just examples of failures in life. Where they are often being made used of, abused, some are even criminals, for they failed to discipline themselves and commit crimes, end up in jail, yet not learn from their mistakes and keep on repeating the same mistakes again and again.

“Maturity does not comes with age, but it does comes in a package with exposure and experience of set-backs in times of difficulty.” – That’s what I think.

“Maturity is the ability to think, speak and act your feelings within the bounds of dignity. The measure of your maturity is how spiritual you become during the midst of your frustrations.” Samuel Ullman

Experiencing Fear

posted by ryan

Fear Poster Image

Fear is a distressing signal to a perceived threat, impending or imminent danger. It can also be cast from imaginary threats that is not for real.

There is a great difference in the way we handle fear against those from bought up in western culture.

Asians have lots of fear, due to the lazy parenting methods of scaring babies to keep them from making trouble, thus they grow up to be afraid of anything and everything that is unfamiliar or unknown to them.

Westerners on the other hand, never groom their children to be scared, instead they always encourage their babies to continue trying, and stand up where they fall until they succeed, such is the difference in how people living in different cultures have different understanding of fear. As westerners, they never know what’s fear from my perspective, as they were not taught to be afraid, thus they are more entrepreneur than most of the Asians.

To face fear is to venture into the unknown. When people do not know what they do not know, and they keep trying until they succeed, than comes a success formula that they are quick to duplicate in everything they do to multiply their results.

I have my own fair dosage of fear.

The most memorable experience of fear was when I was fifteen, on a trip to mountain expedition in Malaysia, organized by the uniform group that I was part of. Realizing that I was afraid of heights (walking on a path next to steep slops of the mountain) only when I was three quarters up route towards reaching the submit of the mountain, my legs was shaking, as the group was pushing forward fast, at that moment, another team mate got a leg cramp, and was forced to stopped, while the mountain rangers had a quick discussion, they radioed back to the head quarter office, leave a ranger by his side, and the rest of us abandon him in the care of the ranger and move forward.

The climb was hard, having reached the submit, with only thirty minutes stay on the submit, it was a mad dash down to back to base camp at the mid point of the mountain. It was only during the dash back to base camp for safety that i learn the fear of death was not as scary as being left in the dark of the mountain forest without a shelter over our head for rest and putting myself and the team mates at risk and the mercy of forest creatures.

After that, fear was something that was deleted in my mind until the last weekend. Another fear popped up, the fear of speaking to a camera – I was giving a testimonial of my search engine optimization results for being found on page one major search engines like Google.com, Google.com.sg, Yahoo and Bing. At that recording period, in under three minutes or so, i had five NGs..without a script, I was instructed to write out what I wanted to say in the camera if not I will repeatedly have blank thoughts, and left speechless in front of the camera again.

After the training ended, I took another attempt at the testimonial recording, and surprisingly, it was fine in just one take by reading from the paper that I prepared with considering having to rush to catch the last train back home late in the night.

Few days have passed, i realized something in common on confronting fears, we can never be too prepared for it, but be prepared nonetheless, and when you are being rushed, fear is non-existent at that very moment, at least it works for me. Being placed under pressure is what kills fear.

Now that I think and link up with why businesses always have date lines, contracts to follow, somehow it give a slight element of pressure, so people will not think of what’s going to happen if they do this or that, but rather forcing them to meet datelines or risk compensating clients for financial loss, which is effective.

It works by eliminating the fear, and replace it with financial loss, something that is practical, logically, so our minds will be in control by not thinking too much, just following the instincts and never look back, coming up with different methods to  shift the attention of fear if not divert their attention to somewhere else of higher importance.

After i understand the link between fear, pressure, contract, it links up with time limit and punishment. When we set a time limit and a harsh punishment to ourselves for not meeting target, it could be the very step that will push everyone of us forward towards achieving our goals and targets in life.

Perhaps you should give it a try. Hope that you can conquer your fear this way too.

The fun yet stupid part of fear when you learn to overcome it is that when you look back, and ask yourself :”Why am I afraid of this silly thing in the first place, now that I have completed what i previously thought impossible”

When I think about it, there are still many small and unknown fear that I have, I just have to overcome them one by one, and I hope you will overcome them too.

Stagnant

posted by ryan

Stagnant Water

Stagnant is the commonly used to describe sluggish economy, water that does not have any activity, movement, still water that emits an unpleasant smell favorable for mosquitoes as breeding ground to harm people as they spread diseases such as dengue fever around.

It can also be used to describe people, thinking, thoughts, and even movement, something that is not developing, inactivity that brings nothing but harm. Even our body is growing, replacing old cells with new ones.

If our thoughts, brains remains inactive, it means that our thoughts are getting stagnant, emitting a odorless trouble that’s most people might not detect or will ignore it think it as relaxing, resting for insipritations.

A brain that doesn’t thinks creatively, helps solve problems, will only spell trouble and complicate things.

Look at the poor, how long have they majority of the poor like minded change their thoughts from the standard saying: Study hard, work hard? This saying has being circling around the poor people’s mind infesting our brains to the core that it is already rotten, to which they can only remain poor.

Look at the rich on the other hand, they continue to get rich, with new technology, trying, testing anything and everything on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly if not annual basis for better methods, formulas to improve their performance, results, efficiency and lower business operating expenses, while coming up with newer ways of growing their sales, profits in whatever way possible.

That is a fact that poor people have stagnant minds, brains that does not developed, even if they do, developing at a pace slower than first generation computer, while the rich people’s minds are constantly evolving like how fast the Microsoft and 3G Mobile phone applications are surfacing..at quite a fast speed..

To remain in motion, never be motionless, and get in pace with the fastest, if not faster group of people who are always on the move. Tagging behind such people gives you advantage over the rest who are not improving themselves for the better, thus they already complain of the same problem, money not enough, without thinking why they can never escape from this problem. It is chained to their brains already.

I only realized this few days back, when I kept asking myself why did my second internet marketing project was a failure to date, until the answer pop up in my brain..that’s because I simply stopped moving forward..thus the results stopped, I got demoralized and yeah, the rest is history..

Having realizing my mistake, linking up the dots, triangles of positive negative thoughts, solutions and alternative back up plans, it is now clearer than ever.

Poor people have stagnant minds, while rich people are always on the move, never stopping which explains why they are rich. Just ask yourself, why do MNC grow so fast and so huge? Because they have multiple factories, plants all over the world, running twenty-four hours seven days a week. Even if in a country, it is closed on due to public holidays, the other countries’ operations, business are still running, so while there may experience minor drop in profit over public holidays, the poor on the other hand completely stopped their own source of income, by not working.

Such is a simple reason why the rich get richer.

Flexibility

Flexibility Image

Flexibility is important not just in health, but also as important in relationship and in business, this is what I learn it the hard way.

After staying in a fix position looking in the direction of the speakers over live coaching training recording in my mentor’s office for his home study course over the last weekend, the next day, my neck was score to the core, tight muscles, having difficulty even turning to my right side normally. Instead of turning just the neck, I have to turn both my head and my body towards right side in order to see stuffs on the right side.

Second day, it got worse, having to experience pain even with just a sneeze, or slight movement. Left with no choice, consulted the general practitioner doctor in the polyclinic, she commented. “Our body is very strange, your muscles will get score if you don’t move at all, if you move too much, it will also get score.”

That was a wake-up call. That not only was it important to remain flexible, it is also important to remain flexible in relationship as well as in business.

In business, we must be flexible to stretch at times to meet goals and datelines and attempt to reach for the unreachable, that’s what it takes to do business. Testing anything and everything, multiple projects at a time instead of one project with different people taking charge for different projects respectively and measuring the results and going with the next best choice for profit and growth.

Whereas in relationship, it is to have quick-thinking, reactions, reflexes to respond accordingly. A person who is bad at handling relationships will be as bad in business, as it is all about people business, failure to handle people means failure in business. That’s what evolving and materializing in businesses all over the world right now.

Social Media Interaction via Internet Marketing has not only forced businesses to bend to the customers, but also force business owners to keep updated with the latest technology, trends and the next wave of best business practices.Fortunately, all these important information was taught to us by my mentors in a live-event recording for a product of home study program for businesses who wants to grow their business.

As for the specific name, I’ll reveal it only after my mentors launch the product globally to maintain its secrecy. The training program was excellent, teaching us what to do, and how to be part of the next wave before there’s even that has already hit United States, but not yet in Singapore, so we were told of best business practices from United States thanks to my mentor Fabian Lim, with his business partner Simon Leung as well as his business partner Andy Huang.

There have to be a balance in everything, too little, cannot, too much also cannot. Flexibility is somehow slightly different from change. The former is to be open minded and expose to different ideas irregardless if it is a brilliant or stupid idea. The latter however is to switch if not move towards a specific direction after something has happened, meaning to say, change is being forced upon, while flexibility is like having an advantage over the rest with a first-mover advantage by reaching for something before it even becomes a must.

Just like the picture above, it is not over-rated, but of course, we don’t need to be so fit like the lady in the picture, just stay open minded, and test everything that comes your way, and you’ll have the first mover advantage and experience to leverage on when others are still testing, you on the other hand already knows what the results will be like and how to market the results, products for a profit perhaps.

Change

Change Image

Change is happening everyday, every second all over the world.

The ability to change will determine the fate of an individual or an organization.

Like in the picture above, if the surfer refuses to change his original plans to surf on the same big wave of the shark in the picture, he will face a seriously fatal consequences, a higher possibility of being the lunch, dinner or perhaps a snack if the shark only makes it off with a bite not fatal to the person.

In business, it is always welcome by enterprising business owners, investors, and execution officers in charge of the business. Because with every new change, it levels the playing field, lowering the competitive due to new rules and guidelines, and giving more rooms to individuals who are eagerly seeking to take advantage of new technology, information passed on to the majority over new recoveries of health studies and researches on how to better improve our overall health.

New information means more profit, but only to those who took advantage of the newer technologies. Most recent examples are the new media technology using apps.

The trend setter was Apple with Steve Jobs leading the direction with iPhone, iPad, following closely behind are other major brands like Sumsung, HTC and many other brands adopting new technologies to ensure that they do not lost out their already existing market share of clients under their brand and hopping to newer brands.

Nokia on the other hand, took a rather really slow approach, whereby it is literally being forced to accept 3G phones technology to remain competitive for profit purposes. When they did launch, they had a twist, a new trend or technology without 3G connection for developing if not under developed countries with cheaper, affordable prices to capture a market share of other niches that many businesses didn’t take much interest in, due to their limited exposure to certain nations where only low cost phones are accepted due to poverty issues common in the country itself.

Even we ourselves, our body is undergoing constant changes due to the food intake, exposure to external factors such as pressure, stress, pollution, influence that will affect how our body reacts and response to balance the equation. We are constantly growing older, but not necessarily wiser. It is only those who seek to change positively that will gain more wisdom with time and experience as they accept change.

It is only natural that we change, regardless of it being for health, business, money or relationship, if you attempt to deny change, you are restricting yourself progress of improvement.

Ask yourself if you are stopping yourself in one way or another from moving forward (for better or or worse, it’s all part of learning).

Template is like a model answer, a duplicate and exact copy of what works and helps a person in moving forward towards his or her goals and dreams.

Growing up to be a successful individual is a common goal and dream of majority of the people, it may not necessary financially affluent, but as long as the person enjoys the lifestyle and is happy with it, that’s what matters most.

Organizations on the other hand are often copying each other openly to stay in the competition so as not to be left behind and thus suffer business losses.

Finding the model answer is the simplest and most effective method ever to be successful, by simply copying and duplicating all conditions required.

Just like Thomas Edison who only improved on a old idea about light bulb and perfected it soon after, and duplicating the light bulb following the same formula. It is that simple yet it is filled with numerous trials and error before he found the solution and invented the first commercial ready light bulb.

Template is just like a following the success of others, we don’t not have to think, or even ask silly questions, all we need to do is to copy, and duplicate the same thing and sell it to others for a profit, and that is what most businesses are doing.

Mobile phones, electronic gadgets are primarily manufactured in China while cars are manufactured in Japan previously before the March 11 earth-quake, tsunami, and nuclear leakage., as well as China too producing their own cars for lowest price points.

It is not surprising to hear that there are many other copycats out there with bigger financial resources and always ready to copy a new invention if it is not protected legally. Such is what happened to Thumb-drive inventor Henn Tan who are still going after big companies overseas for copying his patent.

Following his lesson, he got smarter and partner with bigger partners for patent protection to avoid a repeat of such case.

Such is wise, and for ordinary individuals like us, with neither brains to invent nor design something good, it is in the best interest of ourselves that we copy closely tested and proven templates that works, and the owners allows others to use test the product or software that they created in exchange for a small fee.

Copying is legal as long as it is allowed, most investors have their own methods of copying legally, by hiring professionals to help them invest, just that they are duplicating and repeating the same strategies over economic and financial cycles for maximal profitability and stopping loss when there is higher risk where volatility is not applicable for measurement based on historical data and analysis, which is why most investors make money while small scale ‘investors’ who are just speculators may or may not make money depending on their luck and who they entrust their money with.

Where there are a lot of different trading software in the market, stick to one that has being tested and proven to work.

There are a lot of seasoned investors who claims that they have the best software that allows the convenience of without looking at the charts, keeping updates with the news etc. But most such investors only sell and does not provide any money back guarantee to their end users who may find it useless from their perspective, thus that’s when lots of misunderstanding, misrepresentations happen, and create negative reputation for many different experience investors promoting their products.

I was looking for such programs with money-back-guarantee so as to protect myself from any potential loss as within the allowed period, and since I found it, I might as well share it with you guys. Just take a look, DO NOT BUY IT if you don’t feel safe, it’s about Forex Trading, and it also talks about how to stop loss, something that only experienced investors will take about.
