There are many steps in-order to change from a ordinary person to a entrepreneur with the right mindset, thinking, behavior and other related skills.

Over the last two weeks whereby I was cracking my brain on what to write, there are many road-blocks and excuses which naturally came up to my mind automatically.

Having grown up in a average environment whereby everyone believes in employment which is not helping us improve our own standard of living thus lots of beliefs which are being taught and passed down to us by our parents, friends and relatives will keep hovering inside our mind.

To achieve a complete entrepreneur make-over/transformation, individuals have to first identify and know what are their own goals, ambitions, purpose and direction of life before they can start to fine-tune themselves to head towards the direction of their own choice instead of being influenced by their parents, friends, relatives or even by colleagues whom each one of us hang around often while in the process to earn the first pot of gold to start a business.

Over the next few blog entries, I will change my blogging practices. Instead of me following a fix schedule accordingly to what I have previously plan, I will instead adopt this approach – Idea come; entry written, plan blogs entries to be posted later when I run out of ideas.

First and foremost, before we fine-tune ourselves to adopt an entrepreneur mindset, lets understand the basics first. By understanding what are the problems that are causing us to stay in the average joe’s situation and then slowly changing them and replacing it with positive mindset, beliefs and call-to-action to undergo a slow and steady process of a entrepreneur make-over/transformation.

This phrase is something which my secondary school friend Andy told me back than: “Don’t build a castle in the air” which means you can’t build a castle without the foundation. It’s a long process to transform ourselves but it’s those who keep on trying until they succeed that will eventually become the winner and reach the top position in any niche.

I hope with the new approach with I will be adopting from now on, my blog will be used as a reference and as a witness to see the difficulties of achieving a transformation.
