Membership is the status of members belonging to an organization and society. It is the association, made up of a group of successful individuals each in their own niches of expertise and professionalism.

The tell-tale signs are obvious; just look at who is being sandwiched in employment, workload increases with competition, pay increase slightly but the workload increases by leaps and bounds.
