Responsibility is an obligation that everybody has in different degree and duties.

It is be accountable, and be responsible for personal action by means of being reliable and dependable. It is the duty which every one of us has since birth. The complete opposite of responsibility is burden which all of us have as well.

There are numerous kinds of responsibilities entrusted to different individuals depending on their status, role and position. Social, moral, corporate, media, individual, professional, cabinet and ministerial responsibility is just some examples of the variations of responsibilities. I will write about the root of responsibility which boils down to individual responsibility.

Individual responsibility changes with time as we grow older and taking different roles and status depending on our personal development.

A duty of a baby to teenager is to grow up strong healthy and do their parents and family proud. The duty of a adult is to ensure that he/she in turn take care of their parents who help groomed them to who they are as an adult. As parents and grandparents, it is to ensure that their children grows up strong, independent with good grades to support themselves and their own newly formed family and also their parents and in-laws plus grandparents if financial ability permits them to do so.

In order to be accountable, and responsible for one’s actions, he/she must be given the right education knowledge and guidance to grow up into a fine example or as a role model.  While responsibility is a topic which no schools will talk and teach, it is what we learn as we grow, that helps us individuals understand the real definition of responsibility or each of their own duties and the roles they have play.

Experiences and knowledge help shape responsibility of an individual, given the wrong guidance, a child will learn about increasing burden than responsibility and increasing troubles and problems affecting the surrounding people slowing down their individual progress or growth in whatever areas.

Schools may be taught the word responsibility but it is only done on the very surface of that word without in depth studies on it as it varies from people to people thus it is largely learn based on experience.

Rich people have more areas to take note as compared to the poor people who in turn is dependent on people for help without helping themselves.

If you want to get rich, wealthy and successful, make sure you understand the real essence of being responsible which is further divided into two words which I have written above and that is to be reliable and dependable which sums up the whole of responsibility.

Have a clear understanding from anyway possible if you want to be rich and successful. The poor is getting poorer day by day due to the fact that they push away their individual responsibilities and make it a burden of their families and relatives thus they are poor.

Line is an indication of demarcation, boundary, limit; often said to the fine line between right and wrong. In business and in law under the justification system, a clear line is drawn and spelled out clearly between the legal and illegal business or law practice.

Smarter individuals and businesses will than engage professional help such as lawyers and accountants to get into the hidden line of spectrum, the grey boundary which is similar to science, the colour spectrum of light and how it compromise of many various different light rays.

It is clear that in business and under law, it is easily to spell out what is right and wrong thanks to the terms and conditions with agreements to follow whatever considerations that has being discussed and agreed before any contract has being signed. But it is not always the same as for relationships especially when it comes to emotional relationships which has no right or wrong, neither is there any laws in any country to date that governs this emotional relationship in particular.

What every country can only do is to spell out laws which concerns business, money when relationships failed over partnership or when things get messy and out of hand.

Ladies often said men are playboys, which I as a guy can only agree but only partially agreement. But with time and exposure to books, television shows, and the ability to understand and comprehend in depth conflicts of relationships and emotions plus the link between these two, there is only one conclusion at the end of the topic. And that is; people often draw lines and follow the lines, rules set by it within the boundaries, people who cross the line and mostly it is the guys who does that, thus giving the blanket impression that ‘all guys are natural playboys’ in some ladies regardless of age.

Guys in the past change girlfriends like nothing, giving ladies the impression of being a playboy, but after years of thinking, and understanding from different perspective, guys change girlfriends only when their other half step beyond the line and try to have more control over something which results in arguments and unhappiness leading to break-ups which also happens in ladies breaking up with guys too for similar reasons.

Now-a-days, the line is further being blurred and more towards the grey area with the media coverage of skimpy, revealing clothes and designs which give the young minds a wrong education over the television, fashion fads and trends and even within individuals be it at work, play or home.

The boundary is no longer clear, emotion, love and sex are mixed up in the young minds which leads to more problems than what ordinary people can handle which is why nationals and politicians are having headaches over marriage issues, abortion, pregnancy issues in many countries across the globe.

To solve the global problem, there is a simple solution to the problem. List out and define your own line, limitations, principles and follow whatever rules, terms and conditions which you have set to eliminate all these potential problems which will surface without clear rules implement order in place to keep it well oiled like a smooth running machine that never breaks down or jams up.

Always draw and distinguish a clear line to eradicate all potential problems even before they have any slightest chance of growth in our mind or heart whichever way you like it.

Line is what sets the huge gap between poverty or wealthy, rich or poor.

If you want to say good-bye to poverty, welcome wealth and riches, than start defining your own line(s).

Disagreements is a state of prolong dispute or debate over either an issue or an opinion.

It is the difference which often leads to nothing else but conflicts, disagreements, arguments which results in communication break-down and the list of trouble and problems just keep stockpiling like a small harmless snowball rolling down the mountain gradually gaining in mass, velocity and the damage upon impact with contact on any obstacle.

Although the root of all the above starts from a difference in opinion and how things get done, it is more about how to solve and nail the root of the problem in the bud or the seed will sprout that will sprout and grow with time.

Regardless of rich, poor, young, old, male or female, we all will come across and experience disagreements which leads to arguments and if not solved immediately, hatred will take roots in our mind, gradually accumulating in our mind eventually blinding ourselves to bias perspective and clouded judgment coming up with poor decisions thus affecting personal, family and even business operations depending on the situation a person is in.

Different people of different gender, social status have different ways to handling disagreements, I will get to the root of it and address directly the difference of how poor and rich address disagreements.

This can be practice and done by anyone regardless of your gender, social status, age language or religion. It is a skeleton key to ironing out disagreements.

How to solve and nail disagreements in the bud is crucial and critical for success.

Poor people often look and handle any disagreement at face value or what they see that will result in instant repercussions only without factoring into future present tense and the chain of events which it could lead it.

Rich people on the other hand handle disagreement in depth and will factor in anything and everything to put it up for discussion, because it is profits which the rich, affluent, successful and wealthy people are talking about thus they need to talk about anything and everything to ensure profits do not turn into red negative losses.

Below is an example of how poor and rich social class handles disagreements; it is between a mom and her daughter who place her lingerie in the washroom with the intention of wearing the same lingerie for a evening event before washing it.

Example: Poor social class disagreement between a mom and her daughter.

Mom: Hey Jane, you should not misplace your worn lingerie in the washroom.

Daughter: Mom, I just finished my shower, let me put on clothes first before I take it back into my room in a moment.

Mom: You better remember to do what you said.

Daughter: Common, give me a break and stop nagging will you?

Example: Rich social class disagreement between a mom and her daughter

Mom: Hey Jane, you should not misplace your worn lingerie in the washroom.

Daughter: Mom, I just finished my shower, let me put on clothes first before I take it back into my room in a moment.

Mom: I will not tolerate this action of yours; it is unacceptable, keep your lingerie away this instant!

Daughter: Yes, mom, I’m coming, and I will not repeat this again.

You might have notice that the openings of two examples are completely the same but the ending is completely different. It sets a different tone, and gives no leeway in the latter example as compared to the former example.

It is about getting what you like or don’t like across to the other party and have them acknowledge it immediately so the same mistake will not be repeated again in future.
This is why the rich always get richer while the poor only gets poorer day by day without even noticing the slight difference in how they handle disagreements.

After the disagreement has being settle, have both parties sit down peacefully and listen to what each other have to say with how and what they think, so that no misunderstanding will be kept in their minds. Talk it out immediately, that is why businesses always have negotiation talks face to face so any problems and technical difficulties gets ironed out immediately without any delay.

Do not look at things on the face value, practice it if you want to succeed and reduce disagreements and conflicts. Upgrade is a replacement of a product with a newer version of the same product. It is handed out as a reward for completed a task, an assignment, for a successful project.

With new upgrades, more features, user experience more benefits and cut down on time processes which may not have being possible without a new upgrade of product.

While everybody upgrades, there is one crucial element of upgrade process which majority of the people failed to upgrade which caused them to be caught up in a fix income range unable to increase or grow their income even if they change employment to a higher paying job, and they are still is unable to save money or save up enough capital for investments to grow their money.

In a product upgrading process; example a technology hardware; computer or notebook, for it to have better audio, visual graphics, faster batter performance and durability of power with longer use in battery mode, all these features requires upgrading of existing core supporting chips and processors inside the hardware so as to support a new upgraded product. Upgrading of chips and processors are the core backbone and what is required for a new graduated product to function well without breaking down halfway.

Without the backbone supporting the newly upgraded and enhanced products, there is no way a new product without core backbone upgrade will even work or last due to lack of primary support system. This is exactly the situation which I see not only in Singapore but all over the world, this is a global problem which needs to be addressed. This is the crux of the problem which it seems impossible to take the leap of faith and jump from rags to riches.

People who want to grow their wealth should first upgrade their own mind, throwing away counter-productive information stored inside their heads and replacing it with new information which will assist them in growing their money and wealth.

It is equivalent to trying to put a Formula One race car engine into a normal civilian car not meant for racing; the engine just doesn’t fit into the car body. Because of the vast difference in the support, tuning, size and many other parts needed to support a Formula One race car engine, a civilian car cannot support the engine nor can it even accommodate the engine, thus it will not even move forward.

It is the same in people. As we seek growth, we need mental growth and upgrades as well, without it, we will not be able to have the necessary skills to management finances, and property issues which will definitely help increase our money and wealth.

Look at lawyers, financial, insurance and property agents, they understand this fact, thus they went on to learn whatever is required to help them better managed their financial statements, accounts which will have a positive effect on their bill statement if done correctly.

It is precisely this issue with majority of the poor people that cause them themselves to be in the poor social class, the reluctance of self-upgrade, thinking that the rich always wants to trick them into believing what they think is evil.

Conception is the act of conceiving, the state of being conceived, to form an idea of something, it is the fusion of gametes to produce new organism of the same species.

The word conception comes from the word concept which is an idea which was either passed to us via learning or what we picked up as we grow and learn from experience.

The most common concept, idea about wealth and success is that “Money is the root of all evil”. I am sure most people would have heard of this concept at least once in their lives.

Like I said in previous blog entry, money is a double edge sword, and it is and can be anything except evil.

The root of evil comes not from money but comes directly from the beholder of money also known as the person who desires for great wealth, fast cash, quick cash, instant cash that contributes to this concept of money is the root of all evil, but those who think that money is evil didn’t even at once look around themselves and understand the many different uses of money in the society and all over the world.

Money being used to commit crimes is just a small minority uses compared to the businessmen, entrepreneurs use of money for other purposes.

Money is conceived by many different channels, and we definitely can grow our money with the right choice of vehicles chosen, and the most discussed and widely used way is not the best way which is to throw and trust your hard earn money to the banks, insurances and let them do what they want with your money in return for peanuts.

You should instead grow your money; invest in instruments which can help you grow your money. By investing in a person, property, or business, the person, asset or business will be the vehicle that will help you grow your money, in a way giving birth to more money like a money tree with ripe

That is the real definition of growing your money, instead of buy and spending your income, which typically goes like this “pay bills, spend & enjoy, save the remaining” on a monthly basis.

Instead it should be “pay off bills, invest a portion, save a portion for raining days than spend the remaining to entertainment”.

I am sure this is so simple for anybody to apply that no body will need to even pay or engage a financial or wealth manger to help you with money management.

It is actually a extremely simple common knowledge that poor thinking people often complicate things and ask questions that only complicate and worsen any simple problem thus thinking it is extremely difficult.

It is tool, a double edge weapon, which both the rich and poor people use for different purposes.

Rich, wealthy and successful people use it to benefit more people via charity, sponsorship, and philanthropy purposes, and not forgetting by being generous, it also helps to reduce the tax payment thus businesses never fails to donate and do their part for charity. There are so much advantages to doing charity.

Poor people on the other hand use money as a weapon, to put themselves only to more harm via what everybody knows of the lack of financial knowledge and proper financial management. It is more about understanding the basics of money management, the returns on investment which differentiates the wealthy and the poor.

Wealthy invest while poor spend their money.

Invest for growth, using money as a seed, fertilizer to grow more money trees via business acquisitions etc.

Spending money only increase the debts, liabilities and more financial woes to surface with time and encouraging of bad habits.

You don’t need to pay school fees to learn how to manage money, you just need to think right and start from the basics and go in the right direction and get the right coaching from mentors who will give you more examples on how to increase your wealth.

Coaching is only applicable to successful businessmen and not financial wealth managers who are employees who are not trained to do so, even if they are trained by banks, they are just trained to use money to roll money, but they are not trained in using little or no money to grow money.

Abandon is to leave completely; forsake utterly; dessert; to give up, discontinue and withdraw from. Most of will naturally come to think of abandon ship. It is a natural instinct of survival.

It is the most decisive decision which everyone will have to make in order for survival, especially when lives are at risk. No body will want to sink down together with the ship.

In marriage, divorce happens when either one of the party refused to give in or change the negative habit example gambling, thus most wives leave the family for a better life on her own outside resulting in broken family.

In business, partners will abandon each other in times of trouble. That is when business fall into pieces. Companies will fire any unproductive or under performing employees to reduce overheads. It is not harsh, it is just the natural law of survival, thus unemployment issue is always there in every single country without fail.

Survival is about the sacrifice of a person for the purpose of allowing more people to survive thus abandonment is always happening around us.

In the rich and poor example, especially in families, rich, wealthy and successful people isolate and distant themselves from their poor unproductive family members purely for survival, and it is not at all cruel. It’s just facts.

In the process of entrepreneurship, such people already have tried their ways to convince, and encourage their close ones to change and work hand in hand together with them, but if they always end up in disagreement and unhappiness, there is no way both parties can come to a conclusion especially when it comes to financial planning and budgeting issue, thus poor and rich will always have a clear line separating them, because of the clear distinct difference in financial knowledge and understanding.

Foundation is the basis or groundwork of anything.

To learn to walk and run, we first have to learn to crawl and balance by standing on our own two feet.

Disdain is to look upon or treat with contempt, despise or scorn a feeling of contempt for anything regarded as unworthy.

It is not a pleasant state of mind to look down on something, somebody or ourselves. People who do embrace disdain, are the people who are complaining of no money, money not enough, get a job work hard and get paid; those kind of mentality are what makes the majority of the population.

On the other hand, the successful and wealthy people accept themselves, and have admiration for even more successful individuals wanting to be like them, thus the rich always hangs around with one another while the poor does the same also.

People, who look down on themselves and others, are not helping themselves and instead is dragging themselves gradually into poverty social circle, restricting themselves of each of our own rightful wealth and success.

Every single one of us are winners and champions, the moment we were given lives in the womb, we were already champions because we beat the other millions of sperm and thus life was formed.

Success is not determined by birth, family, social status. If you seek success, it will be yours eventually if you work hard and are committed to doing so.

We should not listen to non-constructive comments and hang around with people who are not helping each other to improve ourselves. We should hang around with people who are honest, straight-forward with feedbacks so we can learn and improve everyday and every second.

Average people of the majority is contented with living in a unrealistic world thus they only think of study hard, work hard and get paid, depriving themselves of the possibility of success.

Think and act like a champion, and one day, you will emerge as a champion in your own niche with passion as your fuel to success.

Pets are animals which are kept by man for companionship. There are different kinds of animals being kept all over the world depending on the law of respective countries.

In Singapore, pets are limited to non-endangered or life threatening pets; example sharks and snakes are prohibited pets. The locals these days no longer treat and view pets like they do in the past.

Previously, dogs were bought for the intention of guarding a home, which has slowly being replaced by security devices and dogs have since lost its purpose and dog owners are increasing getting owned by the dogs rather than they own the dogs.

Look around the neighbourhood and observe those people who walk their dogs, some clean up their dog’s ass and use the tissue to wipe it, while others use the shopping cart which housewives used to push the pet dogs around instead of them walking.

The other thing is when pet owners walk their pet dogs, some owners will actually be lead by the pet dogs themselves and let the dogs lead the owner and that speaks one point, people are increasing getting used to be lead without the ability to lead and take charge of their own lives.

Rearing and breeding pets should be kept for companion purpose but not to keep them allowing them to climb over the owner’s head controlling the owners instead.

Choosing the right people to work with is important in business, so if you don’t know what you are looking for in a partner, start off by looking and observe how pet owners take their dogs out for a walk, it will give you a clearer picture of what you want and what you do not want. It will not give you all the criteria for choosing a partner, but at least it starts you off with some basic factors to look at.

It is about exercising your control and rights.
