Dependable as mention in earlier post (blog entry) is on the basis of reliable, and it has to do with dependability as a person or system and it gets more in depth for deeper understanding.

Dependability is the ability to do things beyond what you expected of you, a person or a system. Such as troubleshooting, working with things beyond what you learn and learning it quick as well as putting it into application and coming up with a solution.

Majority of the people need not be dependable in terms of employment situation but ought and should be dependable in a family setting or situation so that the partner and the babies can depend on the person regardless of gender or age for survival and basic necessity like bringing the bread and bacon back home to the family.

It is the responsibility of doing and going beyond what is expected of a person or system to ensure everything goes smoothly without much and major disruptions.

In a family, the head of the family, most often the father figure is taking charge of ensuring that he brings back bread to the family to feed them thus leading to the phrase “sole breadwinner”. Bringing back bacon will be a bonus.

A father is needed not only to be reliable but also dependable, as he may be required to attend to sudden child health issues and family financial difficulties due to family complications and issues with parents in laws, disagreements or anything and everything which calls for attention in the family.

Due to globalization and increasing stiff competition, both parents need to be at work and thus the family is no longer depending on just a person to bring the bread back home. Instead in developing countries, both parents need to work in order to survive and afford to pay for necessities.

No matter how times have changed, generally the rule still applies as the male needs to be the bread winner because unless the law is changed to complete equality, where there is no law that enforce a guy to pay for the maintenance of his spouse and family than only can ladies and women be considered equal.

Thus if you who is reading this blog post right now, and happens to be a lady plus you are still single, start searching for a responsible partner now. It is easy to find a reliable partner but not a dependable partner. As to where to find it, I leave it to your imagination and experience.

Be responsible and accountable for the person who you will be living with for the rest of your life. Ladies, proceed with caution and make the right choice.

Empower is to authorize, give power or authority by legal or verbal means to either an individual or a business. It is the process of enabling or permits a person or a business to do something which he/she or the business previously may have no control over with.

There is a long debated issue over the difference in Man and Woman. Seeking equality which is practically impossible and not logical, it is like asking a man to give birth to a baby.

Man and woman are born different according to genes the chromosomes which differentiate our gender the moment the sperm and egg was fertilized. With differences in genes, differences in race, language, religion, and gender set us apart and completely different from one another.

Ladies asking for complete equality is more like asking a lion to instantly change or have a complete transformation to become a tiger which has different genes which is undisputable.

We should work accordingly to our difference be it race, language, religion, or even gender, focus on our strengths, and create a team, with different members the weakness will be greatly reduced with multiple strengths to cover up for each other weaknesses.

Teamwork is the only workable way to achieve a higher social status with the help of one another. Don’t seek to look for people to empowering people, instead look for ways to empower yourself to constantly improve and upgrade yourself so as to keep growing, replacing the old with new like how our body cells are doing daily; the natural survival genetic rules of live.

Replacing and duplication is what makes us who we are thanks to the wonders of science and understanding of how our own body works through the arts of science.

Secrets are confidential information which was not meant to be shared and be kept within the knowledge and circle among the parties involved only.

Everybody has secrets and it covers a lot of different areas be it health, business or relationship, depending on the impact in an event which should a secret leaks out, what impact of damage will it reflect on individuals, families and businesses thus in the higher middle income to rich and affluent families often have a price tag to every secrets.

Committing a suicidal step to their reputation and personal creditability, telling all others potential business partners and friends that “don’t ever let me know your secrets or you will see your reputation, effort and business go down the drain”, in short it is equivalent to telling them do not hire me if you identify me as a secret spiller.

By being a secret spiller, it has not long term benefits at all and it will follow that person till they rest in peace and in some instances, it brings and spills over to the next generation making live more difficult for their kids and family even after their dismissal. Refer to Adolf Hitler and Benard Madoff; read related articles and reports how they people do not want to be associated with such people. That is what I think and after reading lots of similar business related books which support certain parts of what I have written above.

Ladies always wanted to be treated equally, but do they really mean what they say? I’m not against women; in fact I’m supportive of ladies as a matter of fact, more towards women than to ladies for their supportive role and they mean what they say unlike ladies who are still not yet mentally mature and able to take up responsibilities for their own actions.

There are many ways to earn money and keeping secrets is definitely one of the best ways to increase your own network, by being able to keep our own mouth zipped up.

Tiger Woods the first billionaire athletic who is now back to a multi millionaire thanks to his scandals.

The scandals and his wife have one thing in common, ladies. From the start of the scandal, his wife chasing after Woods with a golf club which caused Woods to crash a fire hydrant and sent to hospital which lead to a sex scandal which involves numerous number of women from different professions.

Woods can become a billionaire is due to his ability to market himself and his skill and not discounting the fact that he knows how to manage his wealth. To become a wealthy successful person, one must learn basic accounting knowledge which is essential and the fundamentals are same on money management.

Considering the zeros differences, there will be slight difference in how money is being managed to grow the money instead of losing money. Yesterday in Straits Time, Woods was labeled as a Cheapskate by one of the ladies associated in the Tiger Woods scandal for only buying her a sandwich and not to provide for her financially.

With regards to that, I am in full support of how Woods managed his financial statements and looking at the profit and loss statement on anything and he is a good accountant himself to manage it well as a matter of fact.

By not providing for the lady financially, it is simple investment knowledge not to invest in a losing property or entity which will only drain your money away like a leaking tap or a faulty water dam depending on the number of zeros investors are talking about.

Providing financially for that lady not only will incur losses in short, mid and even long term.

Short term, the lady’s appetite for financial support will burn a hole.

Mid term will be that the profit and loss statement is going from blue to red tabs and it gets only darker blood red.

Long term is due to the business implications on the brand of Tiger Woods picking up the bills for another lady who is not his wife which will lead to companies losing trust and withdrawing from Woods earlier than expected if he did the wrong choice of providing financially for that lady.

On the other hand, Woods have being paying millions to hope savage his relationship with his wife, Elin Nordegren is a smart choice which has short, mid and long term benefits.

Short term is that he increases his own relationship bonding and trust among his friends, relatives and business partners as a complete model family and as somebody to look up to. With a family as emotional support, he can easily discount the work stress and replace it with family love, support plus care and concern which has immediate benefits.

Mid term is that with a complete family image, businesses will want to associate themselves with people who are already successful themselves and are setting a good role model example for the majority. To top things up, he is a expert marketer himself in his golf skills on top of a blissful supportive family prior to the scandal broke out. Combining both role models and his marketing skills of himself, he opens up new invitations for appearance which is his residual income source.

Long term benefits are tied together with business endorsements, representing various brands for their prestige, creditability and association with somebody trustworthy which is long term passive income for doing absolutely nothing. All that Woods needs to do is to behave himself which he did until the scandal broke out.

Financial management requires a basic understanding of accounting and the ability to foresee short to long term benefits before venturing into any investments, which includes in providing financially for ladies in this case study.

Growth is a process, it is a constant.

Previously, I mention about growth in general, today, I will write about growth as a development but towards survival instincts. More about the live or die context. The survival of the fittest!

While every living organism is trying their best to growth brilliantly, showcasing the best of their abilities progressing forward, we man in particular humans are regressing and it is a process which is undesirable.

Living organism, bacteria, plants, animals, reptiles are progressing and moving forward, evolving and changing for the better but man on the other hand is growing but wilting as we grow due to negative competition.

In documentary shows, nature is like a piece of profound art that is so beautiful that words cannot describe it with sight and seeing it for ourselves. The beauty which leads to such natural beauty in the wild, be it on the mountains, forest, jungle, lake, sea or deep blue ocean, it is all done naturally, without human intervention, thus the competition if beautiful as they are there show-casting their beauty  due to their own unique survival instincts be it animals, flowers, marine animals etc.

Among the crowd of natural living organisms, there will definitely be one standing out from the rest of the peers, and that one is the strongest, having grown the best, beautiful elegant in the case of flowers. In the ocean, it is all about surviving and finding food to either grow and become a predator or become a pray to other stronger predators. Earning the rights to be the strongest that alone is a beauty.

Man who has since conquered all elements is regressing in a way that there are tons of negative and unhealthy competitions. People, business, countries, and even nations form alliances just to fight for a piece of meat, making ourselves look so miserable, ugly behaviors so to speak. Instead of fighting among ourselves, we should help one another.

Nature is so beautiful because they wild life, animals, plants, insects, reptiles, birds, and marine animals understand and acknowledge one simple yet complex fact.

That is the world is big enough to accommodate everybody, we are interdependent on each other for survival, it is a big wide food chain that they know which they relay on each other.  Predators pray only when needed, thus in documentary shows, prays are also often video recorded to help their enemies to clean their teeth, and this is most often seen in marine fishes plus birds helping crocodiles to clean their teeth for hygiene purpose.

Man on the other hand are selfish beings so to speak, reducing the living space of wild life at their expense of extinction for our own benefit limiting their space and greatly affecting their chances of survival. Business owners, politicians’ nation wide, all fight for power, influence to restrain one another from being dominant and beyond control. All these are carried out at the expense of taking the food, resources which we should be sharing with other people, wild life, environment and nature to achieve a environmental balance.

To be the leader and earn the respect of groups from other food chain, it is to emerge the strongest in a fair fight without additional help or shortcut, that is why nature is always the elusive beauty secrets that no matter how much money has being put into duplicating a same thing, it will never ever be comparable to the real deal.

Likewise to be a leader of the pack, leading people, and countries, not only do we need to help our own people in our own country first, we also need to extend the help to other people from other countries and at the same time winning them over through ethical legal and fair competition without restricting any of the competitors. That is how we man should compete, but unfortunately, it isn’t always this way.

Man has trample on the weak and build corpse as their stairs in attempt to climb the uphill task of social ladder at the expense of many innocent people in the process. No nations to date in modern times has yet to attain this style of high level respect in leadership status which commands the respect of no only your followers but also the respect from your competitors.

Except for the fact in the past, this has being achieved, only in China, the story of the Three Kingdoms, and one other unique person which lives much closer to us, and that person is none other than Bruce Lee. Respect is not earned by force but by sincerity and the true intention.

Vision is sight or the power of sensing with eyes. It is the ability to interpret information and surroundings from visible light reaching the eye which results in perception also known as eyesight, sight or vision.

Earlier I have written about vision, and today at this moment, I will write about visual perception which is another form of vision in dictionary context.

Often we man learn from observation which we learn by sight by right. Other living organisms learn either from sight, heat, smell, and touch which spreads into taste and feel in deeper context.

It is often said that “What we SEE is what we GET” but this isn’t always true. Whatever we can see with our own eyes will not necessary convert and means the whole truth in which we learn by talking in a discussion, getting to learn what was before, during and after an incident.

Our very own eyes already give us a bias side of visual perception. If we just depend on relying on our eyes for verification, it will only give us limited information and details of how other people views different events.

Having just watched “Water Colours” from Okto channel, understanding a deeper meaning to vision and the different eyes and colour receptor cones in different species of living beings from human to snakes to octopus, shrimps and fishes, it adds more variations and definition to both context and content giving us more insights to visual perceptions.

Man has three colour receptor cones in our eyes, while fishes have around two to three colour receptor cones in their eyes but with a wider position in the placement among the colour spectrum which enables some fishes and marine animals to view what man cannot view which falls into ultra-violent rays and dark black places.

It is this ability to see visual from different angles which enables us to learn about each other and create a common language in the world today, a common denominator in the language money as a form a survival.

Money is a double edged sword, seen in different eyes and treat differently by people from different social status and class. The same applies to visual perception by marine animals in particular fishes. The reason why marine fishes are so colourful is because in the documentary show, it was said that marine animals uses their wonderful colours not as a camouflage but as using the background to conceal themselves by means of disruptive camouflaging.

In marine world, fishes, rays, shrimps all use their vision, strengths to help one another. Visually poor animals may not be able to able to fend for themselves if they depend on themselves, thus it was shown that a shrimp or crayfish animal depends on a fellow friendly neighbour fish to replace the shrimp’s lack of visual ability. The fish than depend on the shrimp and its strong claws to build a holes of tunnel to protect both the fish and the shrimp from incoming predators. So to speak, both the shrimp and the fish is helping one another to live and survive.

The same should be done on land where man should help one another instead of fighting for the same food. Why not try or help one another find more food to co-exist together in a peaceful manner?

It is this selfish reason in which businesses often take over another business and not to share the pie. It is the selfishness that restricts them from growing bigger.

It is a natural survival instinct which we all must learn to abolish. Marine animals and the deep vast blue ocean is a learning ground which we can model after.

Principles are collectives of an accepted or professed rule of action or conduct. It is according to personal rules for right conduct. It can be moral principle, or a rule which a person fixed himself or herself to do something.

It is the ethical standards, judgment, rule of a good behavior. Everybody needs to define and refine their own principles and follow strictly to their principles and their own beliefs.

I have my own principles in doing anything and everything. Always refining my principles in details and improving on them to build creditability trust and brand myself with my principles. This way, you will position yourself on a different value worth of your intangible assets of good will that you are offering.

Different people have different perspectives leading them to their own principles based on previous experiences which they face and it is completely different among individuals. It is built on the basis on the family, friends, teaching, education, and how individuals view things, events and happenings around them. If you have absolutely no clue to what I am writing in this blog entry, ask yourself how and what do you want others to look and treat you like?

Is it to treat you like a friend, or like a pest avoiding you, or even treat you like a machine, overloading you with their own job increasing your burden without helping you in anyway in return for the help offered on your side?

How and what life do you want to live like? How do you want to be treated as? Helpful, useful or friendly person, you decide what kind of life you want to live and if you want to be an employee, or an employer.

Agreement is the act of agreeing, coming to a mutual arrangement that is accepted by all parties to an arrangement.

There is another type of agreement which is gentlemen’s agreement. It is an informal agreement between two or more parties involved and relies upon and reflects the honor of the parties for its fulfillment which is not governed by any law. It is also known as a promise or verbal agreement.

Depending on the position you are in, you can have a verbal agreement or to have it pen down in black and white to protect your interests in-case anything goes wrong so you can claim and protect your business and your own intellectual property and trade secrets.

Experience with time will tell you that sometimes verbal agreements do not work and that is when you should pen it down in black and white to protect your interest and rights. If you are considering doing a business, consult a professional lawyer and have him or her write out a few local terms and conditions, privacy, refund, employment, breach of contract agreements before you start telling anybody about your business ideas.

Whatever that involves money and anything that will help either a person or a group of people to make money, have to be guarded nicely and be put in a safe nest for housekeeping making sure everything is law abiding and thus establishing a multiple win solution for all business partners, investors and employees interests at heart.

Crazy is a word which many would immediately come to think and associate with being mentally deranged or to be insane. But if you look up the dictionary, there are many different meanings to just being insane.

It has many other meanings; it can be unusual, informal, bizarre, extreme, recklessness, unexpected, random quality, singular, wonderful or excellent. Different people or businesses will occasionally and intentionally use crazy as a word to attract attention to the business.

Example: “ABC Company is having a CRAZY SALES giving up to as high as 80% discounts on all its retail outlets, HURRY UP and buy them before they are gone, WHILE STOCKS LAST!!”

Here’s another example: “He must be a crazy coach, asking us to do dangerous actions putting our own lives at risk.” The latter example often takes place in motivational seminars for your info.

Individuals, businesses and even countries are doing crazy things. Look at Japan; they are having a game show which requires game participants to be crazy enough in order to play the game and even Americans come up with a show “I survived a Japanese game show” just to win a competition.

People do crazy bizarre things everyday. The more successful you are, the more crazy things you will do that looks, feels, think strange.
Entrepreneurs themselves do crazy stuffs, at least it looks and feels strange that they are doing things out of what is considered to be normal among the majority, but it is exactly by doing what seems, looks and feels crazy, bizarre, never done before actions, tactics that make them unique and successful.

I am crazy myself, staying up so late after watching television just to blog when I can write it later when I wake up from my sleep when now by right I should be sleeping already at nine minutes to two hundred hours which is two am. I do things which others discourage me to do, but I know what I am doing, so that is good enough.

You don’t other people’s approval to do what you like, you just need to prove to them you are right at the end of the process and have the last laugh.

Do what you like and monetize whatever you are doing fueled by passion, excellent products and a good marketing strategy for profits.

Selling is the process of persuading someone to buy a product or service in exchange for a sale, commission and profit. It is done by a sales person who exchange the time in engaging a person in exchange for a single sale. This is usually done over the counter in shopping malls and centers.

Marketing on the other hand is the process of offering value and selling in bulk converting to more sales, profit and commission for the company and the salesperson and at the same time helping the client to save money. In order to generate that high sales volume, it boils down to relationship building, value creation and unique selling proposition of the products and services which a business or an individual can offer to a potential client who may turn out to be their potential joint venture partner in future.

Selling is a job, an employment; marketing is strictly business and nothing else. The income or salary between a salesperson and a marketeer commands a great difference. Business owners make lots of money, wealth because they are marketers themselves, as compared to sales people.
