Growth is a constant which we experience everyday and every second.

It refers to an increase in quantity over time which can be physical or abstract. It is the gradual increase and the act of process.

Man, animals insects and living organisms are growing every second and growing positively, but why are there so many people who seek growth negatively?

With growth, comes wealth, following closely behind will be success and power. We grow up wiser and smarter with time and it is a gradual process.

Are people really growing positively or negatively?

Wealthy and successful people are doing it correctly but the poor are totally learning, embracing teachings, education which is completely wrong thus the negative growth into debts, problems, and requesting for help and assistance.

Look at those who are educating the poor, people should learn from their elders, follow what they are doing and not doing what they are telling.

Elders refer to the government, politicians, even terrorists who are guiding and telling their followers what to do. They are getting rich (but not wealthy and successful), so to get rich, we need to do what they are doing, instead of doing things which they tell us to do, which are things that they are not doing it themselves.

If you want to get rich, copy what the rich is doing, do not do what they are not doing. It is a simple recipe to duplicate success.  If you want to be wealthy and successful, get a mentor and proper coaching who can guide you in the right direction. If you find a wrong coach, you are screwed!

We all need to grow and constantly improve, not to make ourselves in worse situation. Make sure you learn from the right people.

Do not allow the blind to lead the blind. Free thinkers have their own ways to search their souls, just go on travelling, get back to nature, with the river, forest and temples, even if you are not a believer, just being in any empty natural place without electronic gadgets will do the job.

You do not need to believe me or my words, you just need to do it and test it out yourself. It will never fail on you. Electronic gadgets emit waves that just disrupts and increase our tension, thus we cannot focus and is unable to find peace, thus people go to their religion practice regularly for peace.

Look around those places; no way will you see it filled with electronic gadgets all over the place, with the exception of the minimalist of mike and speaker plus lights.

For best results, natural place, with fresh air, water flow and indulge in the gentle morning sunlight if you have the time to learn and appreciate nature.It is free, but not many really know how to appreciate the beauty of nature knowing there is somebody who you can share the joy with.

Let the sea breeze blow in your direction and that might be a smoothing and relax sensation to anyone, as long as you take time to slow down your pace, and empty your thoughts.

Enjoy and indulge at that moment of silence with the wind blowing in your ears and the sound of sea waves hitting against either the stones or the beach.

In employment, it is the most competitive employment for employees where sky is the limit, and like what is said in the show, anybody who can survive in Wall Street for at least a year is already earning more than others. They have five times higher wages than others in the world. A hedge fun manager can easily earn up to a billion dollars of wages if he/she is successful.

In business, Forbes ranking list is the most competitive place for businessmen and entrepreneurs. In the past, being a millionaire will be sufficient to be among featured in the Forbes List, since few years back, Forbes List has changed and it takes at least a billion to climb into the list, thus the competition is intense.

Unlike employment, business is easier and much more fun and happening, if you enjoy what you are doing, something that is your passion, you are already ahead of your competitors because there is no classification between work and play for people who are working on their passion as business thus passion is a critical factor in business.

Competition is everywhere, it is the survival of the fittest for our own lives, we cannot depend on anybody except ourselves for a living, no even our parents, although parents are willing to give up their lives for us, but that is something that’s not good.

Wild animals only protect their babies until they are fully independent and able to hunt on their own before leaving them on their own and carrying on with their own lives. This is seen and practiced by Western countries which is good but not in Asian countries thus contributing to Asian weakness in survival instincts.

Go for more natural outdoor sports and advantage, you don’t need to go into the advantage and sports full time, just a one time experience will do if you can catch and remember the feeling, experience at the back of your hand and recall it easily. If not, put in some effort into it and experience what nature and what is required for success.

Reflect is to reproduce, rebound, mirrored and to give back or show an image. When we look at the mirror, it gives us a reflection of ourselves with an image of how we look.

It also serves as a form of mediation to reflect on one’s virtues and faults. Whatever we do reflects what we learn from our own family upbringing and education we learn. Reflections are what we see around us everyday but how many times do we actually slow down our pace and take a look at our past actions and reflect on how we can improve ourselves for the better?

No many people do self reflection in fact, instead of doing so, they blame others, taking their own faults and claiming it to be others by implicating and pulling others into the picture via expanding and fault finding like a amplifier or loudspeaker to make everybody know what is happening.

Blame is like the junior of reflection, whereby from reflection than will we gain wisdom and improve while the former will only increase our problems.

Mediation is a art, it is something that can be taught, self-learned and picked up easily as long as the person is interested in learning it, with mediation, seeking the inner peace, thus reflecting on their past actions and coming to a truce with whatever they are doing to walk on a path of improving themselves regardless of the sins they did in the past.

It is to admit and agree totally that it is their own fault for the whatever situation they are in presently based on their past actions. Than with mediation, do soul searching and look back in their mind and see themselves on what exactly did they do, how they do it etc. It is like piecing up all your past memories together and watching the memories unfold themselves in your mind like watching a movie of yourself as a lead and learning from your own mistakes.

Everybody will surely be able to do soul searching at the one critical point in our own lives and that is when we are at the brink of death, either when we are about to die peacefully, or from accident and being rushed to hospitals (touchwood) etc.

It is something which we all can do everyday, every second as long as we want to do it. The catalyst to success starts from reflecting on yourself and martial arts is one way which we can cultivate both mind body and soul.

Female is any living organism, it can be plants, animals, reptiles or man. I will be writing about ladies in particular today as a classification.

Ladies fall into various different classifications. Virgin or non-virgin, young or old, rich or poor, all of them have got their own terms.

Woman is a term which ladies used in the past to describe only for girls who have had sex, but these days it is no longer this way teenage girls having casual sex to satisfy their early puberty due to chemically processed food, external influences and curiosity. Instead, woman is used to describe ladies who are matured in thinking, know their priorities, and taking responsibility for their own actions unlike teenage girls.

A clearer classification of woman for themselves is that a woman who is married, with a blissful family and has given birth to a baby than only will she be considered as a completed woman. It does not stop there, in fact woman seeks to climb the ladder like males do, and thus the next higher position is to become a businesswoman.

Businesswoman is one who can excel and juggle between the differences in handling people especially the different gender communication and rapport in teambuilding. To be a leader leading a group of people is what everybody regardless of gender seeks, to be the leader of the pack.

There is another higher level and that is to become a successful businesswoman who is recognized by both genders and not just leading guys in her group with their hearts completely against a female leader. It is not gender biasness, but it is time tested and proven that guys are objective and will draw a line clearly unlike ladies who might bring their personal feelings into the business thus making a biased decision. It is in the genetics that nobody can alter but with practice, ladies can overcome this obstacle.

Carolyn Kepcher, the co-star of Donald Trump’s “The Apprentice” is the perfect example which leads me to the highest position in the corporate ladder that any woman can climb.

Successful businesswoman is a lady with a blissful family with kids (a son and a daughter), successful in business negotiation, building businesses, brings in projects and revenues for the business and is independent with the ability to be given complete authority over a business. She knows when to be the businesswoman, housewife, mother, colleague and as a friend.

It is a intelligent system to control and maintain order. At home, school, work or in business, there are always rules and regulations to follow, depending on the seriousness, basic rules will be set for home and school for basic needs whereas at work and business, laws are usually used to control, reduce and prevent theft of confidential business secrets, recipes and fraud charges against both employees and employers keeping the interest of the business in place where profits is the key.

It reflects the way which we want to live our lives. These days’ performers and celebrity artists are also multi-tasking to for commercial and financial reasons.  Look at the past, do singers dance generally back in the old days? No they don’t, in fact they just depend on purely singing skills to whoa the audience and the crowd.

These days, singers not only have to sing, they have to dance, and come up with creative and interesting dance moves that will whoa the audience. The focus have shifted that these days, the singers are no longer like singers of the past, their singing skills aren’t as good as their seniors from the past.

In the past, singers can sing none stop because they have master the skill of breathing while singing, thus they will never ever go breathless, but listen closely and attentively to singers, even popular singers these days in live concert; they lack the basic skill of breathing control. With multi-tasking they have already ignored and thrown away the basic fundamentals required of a singer, and they focus only on packaging, while editing the breathlessness away in albums with the help of technology.

Multi-tasking is a good habit, but don’t let it become your obstacle and ignore the core basic fundamental skills.

If you don’t know of any successful people around you, the next closest people you can look to is your superior, does he/she talks more, do more sales using speech to close more deals making clients happy or does he/she does more manual labour like average employees like you and I?

The prime example that everybody will experience will be the food and beverage industry. Do you often see waiters and waitresses talk and interact with the valued regular customers more or do the supervisors and captains talk and interact with the clients more? Are you the waiter and waitress doing more hard-work labour or is the supervisor and captain doing more hard-labour?

Answer is straight-forward. To succeed, we do not need to depend on hard-labour in exchange for money, all that we need to do is to think of ideas and monetize those very ideas which often comes free of charge with the exception of those businesses paying people to comes up with ideas that it example designers etc.

Put on your thinking cap and have a notebook plus a pen by your side at all times. No ideas are stupid, you just need to refine and commercialize your ideas for profits. Make sure you protect your own ideas from theft at all times.
