Partnership is a mutual arangement where two or more parties agree to work together for mutual benefits.

A successful partnership not only depends on the decision maker (primarily the boss or business owners) but also depends on the employees who will carry out the execution of the project or assignment.

It is formed to help each other increase their growth or reach in whatever market, niche the business owners may be thinking of expanding into either on personal or on commercial sector.

When it is handled properly, everything will be progress smoothly, but if there is no mutual understand of each others interest at stake, than most often it will result in break-ups sooner or later between individuals and businesses making things worse.

Before any partnership can even take place, the business owner must first win the trust, and understand the capabilities of his/her fellow employees, if they are able to deliver whatever goods (projects, products, assignments) tasked to them..to effectively clinch the tie-up with other businesses to help grow the business.

Just like the picture suggest, the more people who work together with common goals in the same direction, the simpler it is to succeed, thus like any business, it requires a team of like-minded individuals, both employees, self-employed, business owners and even investors to facilitate the growth of the business regardless of the scale.

The investor depends on the business owner to expand and grow the business, while the owner depends on the directors, managers to implement and carry out the assignment, who in turn separate the task smaller segments to respective employees to help the company achieve its goals. Just like the bottom depend on the top for salary, the top in turn depend on the bottom to carry out the work that brings in cash for the business. Mutual dependent with support and trust that will help grow any business.

It is more like a marriage that pulls together more than not only between two person but instead is between two groups of people. Support is essential and it requires commitment from both sides from the top to the bottom of the management chain to achieve success together.
